This company is JOKE! They took my Warrenty call from Rheem and 1). Canceled my fist appointment on November 13th. 2) Rescheduled for the 16th, gave me a window from 10AM to 4 PM. Still no show or call!

I called the office and the receptionist was rude! She kept stating that she canning give a specific time and I understood that but when the window of opportunity for the tech to come out depletes? It waste people's time..

The lady who answered the phone said "" You can call another contractor if You like"" as if she didn't care to take care of their customers! Big joke of a company!!!

I took Time off work for these 2 appointments! They wasted my time!

My 1 year old water heater failed and began to leak. The mfg warranty coverage sent Village Plumbing out to replace the defective water heater but these guys wanted $750 to replace my water pressure regulator before covering parts and labor for my water heater!! My neighbor recently replaced their regulator for $150! I sent them away and now have to deal with a leaking water heater over the weekend until I can contact the manufacturer in Monday. They claim my regulator was not up to code. Its not ok to charge 5x the going rate.

Marco and his team are awesome. If you like hot showers and prefer indoor plumbing to using the outhouse then these are the people to call.

He is responsive, reasonable, fair and honest. A unique combination with any contractor and especially in a plumber.

Remember it takes a Village. Call them for any plumbing needs from clogs to steam baths.

Installed a tankless water heater for me.
Quick and came on time and when scheduled. Marco removed an old leaking water heater heater for me and installed the small tankless heater which is working perfect and has enough volume for my business with 18 employees.

Waste of money! These people will come into your home an tell you what you need to do, they'll change you over $100, then leave.
Didn't perform any labor work, yet I got a bill.
Also, bad customer service!
Last time I check this was a plumbing company not a consulting firm.

SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND ENERGY AND DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!! AWFUL company and AWFUL customer service. Never told me they were coming, then when they DID get here, NEVER WORKED because they made up some lame excuse about how the apartment smells like pot and they'd have to reschedule. When I called the office to reschedule, some miserable excuse for a receptionist named Heidi HANGS UP ON ME because I ""wasn't their customer and I would have to take it up worth my property management company""...WTF? I think I'd rather take it up with the BBB. F-YOU HEIDI
