Installed a tankless water heater for me.
Quick and came on time and when scheduled. Marco removed an old leaking water heater heater for me and installed the small tankless heater which is working perfect and has enough volume for my business with 18 employees.

Waste of money! These people will come into your home an tell you what you need to do, they'll change you over $100, then leave.
Didn't perform any labor work, yet I got a bill.
Also, bad customer service!
Last time I check this was a plumbing company not a consulting firm.

SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND ENERGY AND DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!! AWFUL company and AWFUL customer service. Never told me they were coming, then when they DID get here, NEVER WORKED because they made up some lame excuse about how the apartment smells like pot and they'd have to reschedule. When I called the office to reschedule, some miserable excuse for a receptionist named Heidi HANGS UP ON ME because I ""wasn't their customer and I would have to take it up worth my property management company""...WTF? I think I'd rather take it up with the BBB. F-YOU HEIDI

Marco came out and installed a whole house water filter for me, and it worked wonderfully. He also checked the water pressure and noticed one of the regulators was nearing the end of its life and replaced that too. I never would have noticed but he solved a problem for me before it became one! Happy to recommend Village Plumbing for anyone needing a great plumber.

I contacted Village Plumbing to flush a tankless water heater and the appointment was scheduled for 8 - 10 am this morning. I got a call at 8:45 am saying they were on their way. At 10 am I called and the technician said he was on his way and would be there in about an hour. My time is important too... I canceled the service call and will contact a more responsible plumber.

When we called for appointment, they said, $87/hour. But while billing, they added $25 for truck. I have to talk to the person who gave the appointment to waive this truck fee.
Also they include paper work time(15 mins) and charging $87/hr rate. I should not have called this company and I will never call them again.

Our 6 year old water heater stopped working due to an error with the computer/thermostat. Marko from Village Plumbing came out but did not have the technical expertise to clear the error. He then wanted $2,100 to replace the entire water heater. I had another company out who reset the computer and had everything working in minutes.

Great company great service I used to work for them and I know the owner and he is a great person great plumber. I wouldn't call anyone else and that's the truth they might be a little pricey but they know what they are doing and they definitely have the equipment to get the job done no questions asked. By far the best in town.
