Dave helped us so much and was the best technician ever! We really needed our hot water back up and running because it's getting so cold out. Because of my busy work schedule, I was unable to meet Dave at the appointment time, but thankfully my boyfriend was able to meet up with him. Dave looked at our water heater for a bit and then gave my boyfriend a few different options on what he could purchase and what we could do. Overall, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and he fixed the heater for a great price!

Marcos and Dave were more than great! They were hardworking men who replaced my water heater with no sweat! They were very professional and cautious about my things when they were moving the water heaters in and out. I had a few technical questions and they were able to answer them in a way I could understand. The water heater I got should last a long time, but in case it doesn't they back up all their work for a certain length of time. Very happy with the great experience. So nice to have hot water again too!!

I was really happy when I got Chris as my technician from this company. He showed up right on time and completed all work In a timely fashion. Thankfully he was able to repair my hot water heater and I didn't have to replace it. Thank goodness!! Couldn't be happier!

Hands down one of the best places to get work done from! I'm had HVAC, plumbing and other services done and these guys were by far the best! They were on time (huge to me), polite(++) and very knowledgeable when it came to water hater work; they were able to answer questions to where I understood what they were saying. They sent out Benson and he helped fix my hot water heater. They did not charge as much as I thought they would. Definitely an honest company! More than worth the cost, and would honestly even pay higher charges because of how easy they made everything!!

The lady who I initially spoke to on the phone was great. Took down all of my information. I received a call back from one of the technicians shortly after. They were able to give us a close estimate and came and looked at our hot water heater the next day. Our landlord decided to replace it since it was so old in age instead of risking fixing a part and having it still not work. We are glad we replaced it and don't have to worry about replacing another one for 10 plus years down the road. Thanks for the quality work and amazing service Victory Water Heaters!

Victory Water Heaters got me into their schedule within two days of calling them. I previously had a 40 gallon water heater and then they replaced it with a 50 gallon gas water heater. The plumber was nice and fast. He didn't have any complications installing or finishing the job. Highly recommend.

Extremely happy and grateful to go with Victory Water Heaters. They came to my house and they were able to show us some options and we decided to replace our old hot water heater tank to a tankless. They made me feel comfortable and confident that they would do a good job, That is important to me. I was grateful that they were able to haul away the old tank because it would've been a huge hassle.. Great experience. I had made an appointment and the plumber came right on time. I needed to get my water heater flushed. After he flushed the water heater I wanted to make sure the rest of the plumbing in my house was up to date. He was professional and very friendly. Extremely happy! Will be calling them again if needed and referring them from here on out!

A Few days ago my water heater took a noise dive in short. I was actually referred to them by a colleague, who they said recently helped them out as well. They spoke pretty highly of them saying they really informative as well as knowledgable, and were super easy to work with. I gave them a call and two hours later they were at my house troubleshooting. Chris was able to repair the heater in the time it took me to complete my workout and get home to a hot shower!!
