Amazing service and clean job. Installed our water heater with no problem. The guys were on time and got it done in one day- it was a difficult task because they had to put a tankless in an area that we are doing construction. Definitely recommend.

We had a clogged shower drain that two prior plumbers weren't able to clear. Victor was able to come out the same night for an emergency service when the shower started backing up again. He was very responsive through the initial communication, prompt and highly professional. He tried several different ways to unclog the drain until it finally worked. He even gave us some suggestions on how to prevent it from happening again. The value was very reasonable for the amount of work and the time of the day. Really appreciate the wonderful service and can't recommend him enough.

We had Victor install a brand new liner into our sewer line, as well as replace a piece of corroded galvanized piping with ABS. He and his team were prompt, solidly communicative, incredibly efficient in their work, and left us with a video showcasing our new, impeccably clean sewer line.

The first time we ran the washing machine in our new house, the bathtub and toilet on the lower level immediately started backing up -- an issue multiple inspections somehow missed. Victor responded to our service request on yelp within minutes and was able to come out that same night about two hours later. He was great about communicating both before he arrived and as he worked to figure out the problem and the least complicated solution. He charged us a very reasonable amount, especially for a last minute after-hours emergency call when we didn't have much choice but to get it fixed asap.

One of my best home repair experiences. Replaced entire sewer line in 2016 and have had no problems (unlike some of our other home remodel/repair experiences...). Victor is courteous, explains job well and is willing to answer questions. I had too many others who seem to be offended by simply asking questions about a job performed on our house. this week socalgas erroneously caused me panic about our sewer line. Victor was great about listening to me, came out immediately to re-inspect sewer line to address my concerns and reassure me--he really stands by his work and his attitude was fantastic--couldn't have asked for better.

Victor and Oscar are wonderful to work with and have helped resolved multiple issues at our home. They were able to replace the old clay pipes with the new High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes using the pipe burst method so we didn't need to dig up our front lawn. They were knowledgable and efficient in the work provided and made sure everything looked clean. They answered my numerous questions and were always kind and professional so that the clients knew what was needed for the specific issues. They were also able to help resolve a nagging clog issue in the house. Victor worked his magic and was able to keep the water running effortlessly. Had our sewers backed up and called Victor's Rooter service and Oscar showed up with in a couple of hours, he communicated his ETA along the way. Once he showed up, quickly got to work and it turned out to be a bit more complicated and needed extra equipment to get the sewer opened up. The whole thing took a few hours but the hard work was a success. He kept me in the loop all along and the main objective was to get the problem solved. The final price was very fair and I have to say Oscar is friendly, courteous, and trustworthy
