I've used Victor's rooter and plumbing services on three occasions - lately he replaced my lateral sewer line out to the street - and each time I received excellent service. Victor himself supervised all the jobs in a friendly, professional manner, and kept me up-to-date on the progress of each one. When I was at work, he texted me photos of the progress and the pipes and materials he was replacing, and what he was replacing them with. Even my neighbors who had spoken to Victor, told me they were impressed with his knowledge and the efficient, courteous manner in which he and his crew performed their work. I highly recommend Victor's rooter and plumbing services.

We had our sewer line and a connector to the main LA line replaced by Victor about 3 months ago. He was very reasonable, not the cheapest but a very fair price. You get what you pay for and Victor's service was worth every penny. He was on time, finished on time and stayed within his estimate. His crew was very friendly and efficient. I recommended Victor to my neighbor and he used Victor to replace his sewer line just this week. It's hard to find a good plumber. I went through 3 different services until I discovered Victor. So glad I did. It's no wonder that he has such a high rating on Yelp. I highly recommend him.

He does it again! I've been using Victor for plumbing and rooting for many years now. No matter what my problem is, he can fix it. His work, customer service and pricing never disappoints. The last time I called him was over to my dads house for a shower tub back up, after trying to snake the pipes for a while, surprisingly the snake finally caught a dead rat causing the back up. He took care of the problem quick and efficiently as always. I recommend Victor' Rooter and plumbing to anyone looking for help.

Clearly he doesn't need any more 5 star reviews, but I can't help but wanting to write one. Victor is a fine example of high Yelp reviews reflecting his true professionalism. I wasn't sure about him when he had to reschedule me due to a major sewer problem at another client (but to be fair, he did offered to move me up the schedule, and even stop by the house and left a card in case I was available, but I couldn't meet him at that time). But he was sincere and clear in the way he communicated, and ultimately won my trust by making a trip into town on father's day morning and even waiting at the door for half an hour when I overslept. When I realized I missed our appointment, I was expecting that he would have left or even leave me an angry voicemail. But instead, I was greeted by a friendly Victor who went straight to work with a big smile and saved me the embarrassment of having to apologize profusely for wasting his precious Father's day Sunday morning. He worked fast, clearing up a clogged toilet and a laundry room sink in no time. He was careful bringing his tools in and out, paying attention to make sure nothing gets dirty or damaged in the house. He even made sure everything was nice and clean under the sink after he worked. The whole time he was also just a nice and pleasant guy that I am happy to have at my house. I was worried that all that courtesy and smile was because he was going to charge me a big fat bill for making him wait (and he knew I was desperate and had no choice but to let him unclog the toilet and the sink that morning), but being the upstanding guy that he is, he only asked for his normal service call for clearing up both clogs. A lot of vendors on Yelp have a high volume of reviews because they beg or even borderline harass clients to write them a good review. But Victor never even asked, even though he really deserved one. I don't always have time to write reviews, but I really want share this experience with others on Yelp to honor this distinguished professional that truly deserve his high ratings.

Very nice guy ! Knows what he is doing . He is very professional and actually explains the problems that you are having . His prices are very reasonable he doesn't just try to sell you he actually does the work and gives a great service. I would defiantly recommended him to a friend

I've used Victor's Plumbing a couple times now for a very old house I have in Los Feliz. He always shows up on time, answers his phone, and does the job right. Highly recommend Victor for any plumbing job you might have!

Victor came to save the day, when my new duplex mate contacted me with plumbing issues. Great company, honest prices, awesome service! Replaced all pipes to the main sewage line. We will definitely use Victor's Rooter/Plumbing for any future needs.

I believe what makes a great business is not only if you do great work ( which Victor does) but how you handle possible conflict with a customer ( he does so patiently and graciously and makes sure you are beyond satisfied)
He makes sure you have knowledge of what is being done and how your house works, he is very patient in making sure you understand. I now remember why I hired him back when i did out of multiple of great plumbers i had come look at my property. He is patient, thorough, and has quality work.
I am a landlord and have vacation properties the guests aren't always concerned about what they throw down the sinks and I had a plumbing emergency and had to call another Plumber... That plumber said I needed some pipes changed and suggested that maybe i didn't need my mainlines switched at the beginning.. I was upset so i got a second third opinion and had Victor himself come out ( I was very upset at the prospect I may have paid thousands for something I didn't need) Victor did not hesitate to come out right away. He graciously took a camera to all my plumbing and explained in great detail what had been done and what some issues may be ( no one else who said i needed extra work did this) HE also found the problem I was having now- it was minor... No need to change any pipes. In fact since he was at my place he, free of charge, did some upkeep on my plumbing which he did not have to ... an $800 job completely charge free just because I was an existing customer.
He ended up saving me potentially other thousands of dollars had I gone with a new plumber and not double checked with him.
I recommend him 1000%
