We had an issue that was causing water to backup and flood our laundry area. Victor came out in 30 min, he was SO kind, so helpful and very detailed. He was the second to come out that day but the only person to solve the issue. He suspected we also needed some routine maintenance but after solving the clog, he said we didn't need it - he didn't come to rack up a bill. I will always call him for anything I can - I had a GREAT experience with Victor.

victor & jesus were fast, knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. i appreciate how great they were to work with, literally got to me within a few hours of my call, and fixed the problem in 20 min, which involved turning off the water, checking water pressure and replacing malfunctioning hardware inside my toilet. i felt the price was comparable to other plumbers and added bonus is that they were friendly and easy to work with. thanks victor & jesus!

Victor is responsive, helpful and fair! He answered his phone early in the morning, and made time for us same day. He even gave us advice on how to deal with LADWP to help with a shut off valve. Would highly recommend!

Called early morning when we had a flooded bathroom due to a shut off valve breaking. Victor took the call right away and said he could make time later in the day. He was reassuring, came a half hour early and fixed the problem by installing the new valve with a fair and reasonable price. he even advised on calling ladwp to move the water shut off to a more accessible area outside the meter. Would highly recommend Victor.

Was in dire need with a toilet pipe clog after apartment management ignored my urgent request for over 10 hours and had been rejected by several others. Finally found and called Victor, and he was incredibly quick to respond. He quoted me $199 over the phone and confirmed via text when we exchanged information, and he was at my apartment in under an hour on a Friday night. When he realized the problem was going to be more complex, he was determined to at least get my toilet in at least a workable condition until my complex could address it, considering I only have a single bathroom. He kept at it until it was fixed, gave me tips for upkeep, and was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. Would absolutely recommend!!

Victor responded so quickly! I told him the problem (clogged bathtub drain) and he responded with a very reasonable quote. I was sold. He came within 30 min and fixed the problem right away.

These guys have no respect for your time. Unless you have unlimited time and patience save yourself the headache and hire someone else.
This was a strange experience. We called to set up a consultation. They said they would show up at 10am on a Wednesday. That time came and went and when we followed up they gave some excuse that there had been a mix up and that they had accidentally deleted our appointment. Fair enough mistakes sometimes happen.
They then said that they would come the next morning at 8:30am. They missed the 8:30am but texted latter in the day asking if they could arrive in 45mins . Ok we were home and final arrived at 4:30PM instead of 8:30am.

The tech seemed knowledgeable but said that the hydrojet the he had with him was too large and he would bring a smaller one the next day. He promised that he would arrive the next day as soon as possible guessing the it would be around 10:30am or at the latest 2pm. We agreed to his price and he shook our hand and said that he'd see us tomorrow. The next day turned out to be yet another day wasted as he never arrived, texted or called to say that he wouldn't make it.
We checked in with them around 11am and got no response. We sent two texts wondering what time they thought they might arrive but zero response.

We waited a day and followed up and the call went straight to voicemail a few times. My husband tried right after I called from his number and they picked up on the first try. They asked us to text our address to them and they would get back to us. We then got a text saying that their smaller hydrojet was now broken and they did not know when it would be fixed.

The crazy thing is they state in their ""about statement"" that they started this business because their mother was treated so poorly by a plumber and they want to treat everyone like family as they want their mother to be treated... crazy. After reading that you really start to feel bad for their mother ;)

All in all I would say that they seem to be very unreliable and there is something weird going on. And after reading other 1 star reviews it seems there is a pattern of ghosting customers, blocking their number and then having some excuse why they can't do the job. There are plenty of other plumbers so save yourself the frustration and skip these guys. .

Victor's was responsive...initially. Was quoted $150 for a drain snake. Tech came out quickly and did a good job. Charged me $199.
Despite being overcharged I contacted them for another job due to the speed and quality of getting the first job done. Two times I scheduled someone to come out and no one showed up.
Got in contact with the owner, who showed up himself on the weekend to diagnose and quote. I had a question before scheduling. Followed up twice and never heard from the owner until I told him I was moving on.
