I posted a 5 star review 3 months ago...and after today, I have to update it again...Another 5 star!!! Victor fixed my toilet in 3 minutes and caught luckily the fact that the valve will burst soon and saved me thousands by not coming home to a condo full of water and furniture damage!! He is honest and a good person and not expensive. Go to him...TRUST me!! I literally cannot say enough GREAT things about victor!!! Look no further!!! He is so sweet, clean, got the job done fast! He even was so kind and had to listen to me ramble about my broken heart and gave me sweet advice. Told me warning signs of men. Lol. Too cute!!! He's also free therapy!!! He's an adorable adorable man!!!! Victor is the BEST!!!!!

Main sewage line leak into the public sidewalk. Victor came out to look at the situation, he was professional and communicated well. The line was broken eight ft below the surface. There was a pool of sewage that was collecting for who knows how many years. Victor took care of the necessary permits and was prompt and communicative, sending photos and calling with frequent updates. I would call Victor for future sewer line breaks.

I called Victor on Tuesday, for an inspection of our Main. He gave me a window of 8 to 10 am on Thursday. He did not show up nor did he call to let s know that he could not make it. When we called he said that he was busy on another job but he would make it around 12 to 2pm. Again he did not show up nor did he call. When finally I called at 3pm, he did not pick up and I had to leave him a message. He finally came at 5PM and did a camera inspection of our main sewer and promised to come next week to hydro jet our main next week. He subsequently called to inform that he would not be available until 3-4 weeks later. Rather than seeking another plumber, I decided to wait it out because he had good ratings on Yelp.

Update: 2/26/16
Today Victor showed up promptly at 9 AM to Hydro jet our sewer line. He did the job himself without the aid of an assistant. He was courteous and professional and did his best to diagnose and recommend solutions for our frequent blockage which was caused by people throwing coffee grinds into their kitchen sink. He flushed our main line as well as some feeder lines from the vents and by all indications, we should be good to go for a while. He also offered a warrantee of his work for 90 days. I am happy that I waited for him and no longer have any qualms to recommend or to use him again.

Water heater was causing a leak, so I called around for a plumber on a Thursday night. While most other plumbers were charging a ton + unavailable till the following week, Victor was able to give a diagnosis over the phone (via photo by text message) and show up Friday afternoon.

He arrived within the time he confirmed, observed the leak, and explained a few possibilities for what could be causing the problem. Wanting an immediate fix, we continued with the original solution he mentioned over the phone.

I asked many questions about avoiding our issue in the future and he was very knowledgable.

Home owner with a broken water heater problem. Here's how it went down: Tenant texted me at 10:45pm telling me water heater is leaking & that they don't have hot water. I couldn't sleep well & thinking of how to resolve this situation as quick as possible. Dropped by the house the next day after work (4:45pm) to scope the scene & sure enough it was a broken water heater. Last time I changed a water heater, I got home almost at 11pm, stressed out, & vowed to find other sources of rectifying the situation. So I looked up plumbing services that service the Silver Lake area. I called a few spots based on their review, but Victor was the only one that said he can be there tomorrow. He gave me a price that beat the competitors, so the job got scheduled. He showed up later than I expected, but in fairness, he did call & gave me a heads up. However, I was more concerned of having the problem fixed that day & sure enough, it was. He's an upfront guy. Great customer service. He wasn't nickle & diming. It felt like I was talking to my neighbor rather than a hot shot pluming salesman. Told him my problem & he got it fixed at a reasonable price & great customer service. THAT's 5 STARS IN MY BOOK. Thanks bud. I'll be contacting you real soon for that slab leak problem I mentioned. Keep up the great quality work.
