A month ago I had a shower tub leak and I called Vic to have an inspection and repair. Vic and his crew were super responsive and friendly. They went down to the crawl space and located the leak. They repaired it quickly - it was late afternoon, well passed their business hour but when they found out a component was missing, they drove to the nearby home depot to buy it instead of asking me to wait until the next day. The original leaking pipe was not installed properly and took a big effort to remove, but Vic removed it with minimal damage to the tub. He even offered to remove a metal sheet that was a trip hazard after they finished the repair.

Their quote was on the pricier side but their services worth every penny. I'll definitely recommend them if you need a plumbing job done.

Vic is extremely courteous, professional, patient. Not only did he respond quickly, but he arrived on time for both visits. As mentioned in previous reviews, he is considerate, always wear a face mask and shoe coverings in the house.

For the same job with a different plumbing company, Vic's pricing is reasonable and his craftsmanship is great. He finished a job that another plumber could not. That speaks to his expertise and dedication to serving his customers.

Updating my prior one star review with updated information. Also read the ""not recommended"" one which is similar to my experience.

Vic attempted to repair my bathroom sink which needed a new drain and stopper. I now know there is no record of Vic being licensed as a plumber. His work product leaked - he didn't catch the leaks, I did. He tried to leave twice, each time with the pipes leaking from different areas. He said ""it's just a small leak"" as if it's ok to leave water soaking the inside of a bathroom cabinet and elsewhere.

He hollered at me to pay him immediately after I simply said to wait overnight and see if his two leaks were actually fixed. They weren't. I felt scared as he is a big guy at least 2-3x my size. He videotaped me driving away, I felt he was trying to block me from leaving, and then posted his ""Karen"" rant. I had to block him from texting me after a barrage of demands and insults, including questioning my profession and telling me I was not actually in that profession. I received dozens of ""invoices"" sent to my email along with commentary calling me an ""ugly B****"".

I had to have a real licensed plumber come and redo the work. He removed what Vic had done and put in the proper product. Vic didn't even use the correct type of pipe, for a plumbing service!! He didn't install his product correctly either, and jammed a bunch of plumbers putty to try to stop one of the leaks. The real plumber explained exactly how Vic had messed things up.

Vic's ""response"" says it all. He can't respond to the facts because they are what they are, and only attack me as a female. When I discovered his leaks and asked him to fix them, his response was to accuse me of never hiring a plumber before and not trusting him. Rather than deal with the leaks, he also called me ""just a stressed out mom.""

I managed to get him out of the house and into the driveway. He then blocked my driveway with his van, and I had to call the town police to ask them to come get him to move. I was legit scared he would do something to my property or try to intimidate me again as there was no reason for him to sit there. Luckily he did finally drive away so I could cancel the call.

Note all of this scary behavior was in response to my saying I would give it overnight to see if the leaks were fixed before I paid his invoice.

Vic is THE best! I called him to help fix my toilet, which was leaking from the base in all different directions. Vic came the next day and installed a new wax seal, along with screwing the toilet properly into the flange. I also love that he wore a face mask and shoe covers when he arrived.

The visit itself cost $200, plus $10 for parts. He accepts cash, check, and Zelle (amongst other options) for payment. Vic provides exceptional service and great value -- I've saved his number for all of my future plumbing needs!

Highly recommend Vic's Handy Plumbing. He replaced our old shower diverter and hot/cold water valves, along with a well rusted bath sink fixture with no problems and clearly explained what needed to be done. He wore shoe covers to keep our home interior clean, was courteous, on-time, and does an honest quality repair job. He is a trustworthy individual who I'll count on for future service!

We developed a leak from our toilet shut off valve. I called Vic based on a neighbor's recommendation and I am very glad I did. He was super professional, efficient, and very nice to deal with. He replaced our ancient valve with a modern one and run a bunch of test to make sure that everything was OK.

I'm super-happy to have found him and he will be my go-to plumber for all my future needs.
