I was very satisfied with the service provided by Vic. I needed someone to flush my gas water heater and adjust the faucets in my downstairs bathroom so I called VIc (I had previously used him - based on his excellent Yelp reviews - to replace my toilet flush). Vic said he would be able to visit me sometime the next morning and sure enough he gave me a call the next morning to give me an hour's notice of his arrival which I very much appreciated. He was very respectful of my property - wearing shoe covers and taking care not to have any water drip from the hose pipe that he used to flush my water heater. I particularly appreciate Vic taking the time to look at my faucets (which have rusted badly and need replacing) and make the necessary quick fix adjustments. Vic is a a great guy and I would highly recommend that you give him a try.

Vic was quite responsive and helpful to my minor plumbing problem - unlike several other plumbers I had called - over the phone he walked me through what he thought might be going on and even how I needed to work with my condo association to get prepared for the repair (our assoc. needs several days of notice to shut water off in a building, etc.) I had not even contemplated any of that. On the day, he was on time and very efficient. He had to wait, unfortunately, for the water to be shut off (even though we had scheduled it to be at the hour he was to arrive) but did so with patience and good will. The fix was quick and painless.

Vic responded immediately to my urgent need to address the fact that sewage water backed up into the tub and toilet of the first floor bathroom, and overflowed to the floor. He explained that there were tree roots that had entered the sewage pipe causing the backup. He reamed out the pipe and addressed the issue very quickly. I did not previously ask for an estimate as it was an emergency situation. Professional, courteous, and thorough. I will hire him again.
