I used Vic's services for replacing all the valves in my apartment. He responded pretty quickly on Yelp to all my messages and it was easy to get a quote and book an appointment.
When the day of the first appointment came, an emergency came up and Vic called me early in the day to let me know about it and ask me how do I want to proceed with our job. I chose to postpone the work for later the same day, but the way that day went was not too satisfactory to me (there was a 3 way sync between me, Vic and the guy who was supposed to perform the service which did not go that smooth), so I let Vic know that I was not too happy about it. He owned-up to it and offered to do the work himself at a later time we convened to.
When that day arrived, he was at my home on time and he did a great job. Overall I am really satisfied and I will definitely contact Vic for any future plumbing job I might have.

Showed up on time. Investigated what went wrong and fixed it very fast. It was a clogging issue and, other plumbers were quoting and asking me to do different stuff rather than fix the issue.

We hired Vic to install a new Toto toilet as well as two new bathroom faucets and drains. He came by on two separate occasions (as the sinks arrived later than the toilet), and both times he was punctual, completed the work in a timely manner, and thoroughly cleaned the space after he was finished (leaving it even cleaner than before he arrived!). He was easy to communicate with via text and kept us informed on his availability as we were thinking through our timeline (as we were coordinating with other projects that had to be completed). Overall, we were very happy with Vic and will definitely contact him for future plumbing needs.

Vic helped us to fix the clogged pipes two times, one recently, another about two years ago. He found the problem very quickly and discussed the solution with you very honestly. Also, he gave you a flat rate and the rate usually not change afterwards.

Once I called him regarding on dishwasher not able to drain issue, he told me that it was likely an appliance problem and not a plumbing issue. Charged $250 for drain cleaning. 4 days after they did the work, Kitchen drain still backing up when washer is running. What a rip off.
