Replied quickly to my quote request with a fair price and time of when he could come. Very responsive and proactive communicator via yelp messaging and phone. Offered multiple time windows. Arrived when he said he would, gave courtesy call before arrival. Wore a mask but was able to clear my backed up kitchen drain from the roof without even having to set foot in the house. Friendly, honest, and professional, will definitely use him again!

Wanted to provide another update....I called Vic again when my kitchen disposal was frozen. He was quick to respond and offered to send his partner J the Plumber out to fix our problem when scheduling became tight. J discovered the issue and fixed it without incident. Vic was awesome, and his assistant Carlos, he was straight forward and gave me a very inexpensive quote compared to others, of course I went for it. I found the clean out myself but it had a weird 'y' connection to the clean out. The clean out section was facing the street. I attempted to clean out the drain using a hand held drain snake but failed to find the clog. Because of the 'y' section, one end did not go the direction of the house. So that's when I called Vic. He saw the weird configuration to the 'y' section and gave me the option of going through the roof vent from the main bathroom since we couldn't find the main clean out facing the house. He retrieved his portable drain snake, got on the roof, went through the toilet vent, and in minutes got the clog cleared out. He showed me the roots that were stuck to the end of the drain snake, All took maybe 30 minutes. Yes, both had masks on when they arrived.

- Victor asked helpful questions over the phone, correctly assessed the problem and explained it to me (mainline clog backing up tubs and toilets in a 66 year old Eichler with no easily accessible clean-outs)
- Reasonable pricing estimate provided up-front; the estimate was what I ended up paying in the end
- Carlos came over within the hour. It was a nasty clog and it took him over an hour to clean it up, but he was relentless and professional
- Carlos stuck around and got me to confirm everything was working fine, even though it was late in the day
- We did not have an easily accessible clean-out. Victor explained the benefits, effort + money required, and answered all my questions without ever being 'salesy'. I'm definitely going back to him when I'm ready to get the clean-out installed.

Called Vic based on the stellar Yelp reviews. Was not disappointed! He answered quickly and was able to work with my schedule (next day). Had a main line clog which backed up both tubs in a 66 year old Eichler with no clean out. One tub had been slow draining for over 20 years...just lived with it. However, when the other tub started to slow drain and also affect the toilet flushing, could not live with it anymore. Vic worked on both tubs at the source of the clogs and also snaked from a vent at the roof of the house to 75 feet to clear the drains. Everything drains great now and the toilet flushes normally. Service charge was more than fair. Vic wore a mask at all times and used shoe coverings when entering the house...very reassuring during this pandemic. It is easy to say to support local independent businesses, but Vic gives good reason to with honest work from an honorable man.
