Had a drain leak in my wall. Called o a Monday morning and they rearranged their schedule to be out by noon. Fixed the problem quickly and even gave a discount because my husband is a veteran. Highly recommend this company.

I live in old 55 year old house, the only heating I have ever used is a wall heater (its all I really need a few weeks out of the year) Well, SDGE told me it was not functioning properly and I searched high and low for 2 years to get someone to fix or replace it -- to no avail.
The I found Vets 4 You - he was professional, courteous and YES he got the heater working and all I needed to do was replace thermostat to keep it working! All I can say is they are WONDERFUL-

Just used Vets 4 You for another big job. We had a water heater break and water was everywhere (when we had multiple people staying in the dorm building that this water heater serves)!

Keith was there within a half hour, and they got it replaced the same day, even working later than usual so it could be done. It was such a relief, as the timing of this problem could not have been worse! I'm so happy that I found this company and have someone reliable to help when we call in a panic!

Hey these people are great..they do a great job. Come on time and know what they're doing.! Sarah is awsome. Jim knew right away how to fix my faucet.
They installed almost 2 yeara ago a faucett and some toilets did a terrific job. I got them on speed dial. Highly recommend this company. Geez Jim was was fast and never even charged me fir this fix!

I had an HVAC systems installed in my house last year and have been obtaining estimates for the house I am buying this year. I arranged for Keith to meet me at the property one morning. After ensuring to have he house open and coordinating the morning off from work, my real estate agent and I waited there at the agreed upon time. He stood us up. After an hour I finally was able to reach him and he ""had forgot... [and] was already in San Diego on another job."" So we aimed for the next day.

He arrived early the next day and began the estimate; even did a little extra by pressure testing the plumbing system. I am grateful. After the estimate he expected a check for almost $200. Given that I had five A/C estimates over the last year, all free in hopes of winning the bid, it was unexpected. Mainly since there had been no notice of this charge prior to that moment. He unhappily waived the fee.

When leaving he promised the estimate within 24hours. It is two weeks later and I am still waiting. Everyone I spoke to at his company, including him, seemed very helpful and respectable. I do not understand the shortfall in service. I would not waste your time with this company; they seem to have no problem treating it as waste.

These people saved my life. If that sounds melodramatic, it's because it sure felt dramatic to us. Imagine this: the house is 85 degrees and climbing. Even hotter upstairs. We turn on the air conditioning and SCREEEECH ""What was that noise??"" No more cool air. No more sanity.

This wouldn't be so bad... if it weren't for the TRIPLE DIGIT HEAT WAVE in the forecast this weekend! :-O I think the same thing happened to a lot of people, because I called about 8 different local companies (support small businesses!), and half of them didn't even answer their phones. The ones that did couldn't come out until Tuesday. Today was Thursday. NOOOOOOOO...

When I called Vets 4 You, the receptionist (I'm so sorry, I forgot your name!) was wonderful. She was super-friendly, very sympathetic, and very helpful. At first I was told not till Tuesday. *droopy sad face* but she would put my name at the top of the waiting list if there was a cancellation. Imagine my surprise when I got a call 15 minutes later informing me that they could come out today! *shiny happy face!*

Turns out one of the company owners, Keith, decided to come after hours, even though he was tired, to help me not melt into a puddle. I was so happy! He arrived two hours later and inspected the unit. He suspected the capacitor had gone bad and, after removing a panel, was able to immediately confirm his suspicions. Even more joyous was he had a replacement part in his truck! He reattached the wires to the capacitor, put it back into the unit, turned it on and then.... that beautiful sound of a noisy AC unit! Yippee!

Afterwards I asked if there was any maintenance I should be doing on the unit. He said every six months we should check the filter. They could do it for us, or we could do it ourselves to save the cost. He even showed us how. That's a class act. I highly recommend these people.

It has been a while since I've had them out to my home to fix anything but my recent trip to their office in Oceanside has left a great impression on me as I learned more about the companies contributions to veterans and veteran's charities.

They contribute regularly to a charity called Wounded Warrior Homes. A non profit that gives housing to disabled veterans. A much needed resource in our community.

Had an entire HVAC system installed when our 50 year old gas heater finally gave up the ghost. I knew this business was going to do well for me because they bought the business from our plumber of 25 years who actually vetted them before he sold them his business! But my expectations were totally exceeded.

When Keith and Mike came out to look at the old heater and give me a quote for a new one, they were both professional, willing to answer any and all questions honestly, and fully explain the work that needed doing. They also explained how they were all vets and enjoyed volunteering their time and some of their profits to various veterans organizations.

I was so impressed by this and also felt sure this was an honest operation. These men are to be trusted, they're full of integrity.

It took 3 days to get the job done--these guys were working with intense concentration to get us back in heat (and install AC as well) as quickly as they could. They covered the floors with plastic and did a fantastic job of clean up when they were done. They were all so polite and professional. I was extremely impressed.

I highly recommend Vets 4 You. Personally, I won't call anyone else if I have a plumbing or heating/AC problem. No job is too small or too large for this company and all customers are given the same level of customer care and service.
