I contacted Vets 4 You on a holiday weekend via phone for flooding and had an awesome plumber out to my home within 45 minutes. The plumber was professional and personable and found the leak within 20 minutes. He got me setup with a residential restoration team and immediately repaired the leak.

My mother lives in SD County. She called me freaking out that the bathtub was clogged and then at the same time water was overflowing out of toilet.

Prior to my phone call with Vets for you Plumbing, I had called two other plumbing companies and both did not answer. I left VMs for both. One texted back saying he received my message, but was booked for a month. I never heard back from the other one.

Charlotte, the woman that handles appointments was extremely nice and professional. Someone arrived to my mother's house very early, even before the three hour time frame, they initially gave me.

My mom said the gentleman that came out was extremely professional, decent, trustworthy, and she felt very safe.

She's a little older, so she doesn't like strangers in her house haha!! She said the young man was efficient and fixed the problem quickly. Knew exactly where the problem was and fixed it! He even checked something up on the roof for her. :)

***He gave her a great price for the work he had to do! She is a very happy customer.

I had two prolems in the same week with backup issues. I called Vets 4 You, and Charlotte (I hope I have the right name) answered and it was one of the best customer servce calls ever! Polite, well mannered, professional, said shed call me back, she did immediately and Daylon arrived the same day, stayed late, but got every thing fixed and working.
Two day later a different problem and again Daylon came out the same day, stayed late and fixed the problem. he is also very nice, poite, well manner and professional. I will call them for my other plumbing needs.

Contacted Vets 4 You via email. They called me via phone next day. Came out to give estimate same day. Replacing back wood patio with concrete patio & needed plumbing estimate & advice for future outdoor bbq, kitchen island with natural gas, water, sewer (and electric, but contacted different company for that). Wanted to run lines, pipes, etc now before pad was poured. Hanna wanted $105 estimate deposit up front. If Hanna didn't get the job, they keep the $$$. If Hanna would have done the work, the deposit was rolled into the total cost. Vets 4 You gave free estimate. Andrew gave me lots of options on estimate ranging from me purchasing material & doing the digging myself to Vets 4 You doing entire job. Bottom line, Vets 4 You will get my business. Will follow-up once the job is complete.

Jim was just here to check my HVAC system. I thought my vents and ducts might have some problems, but he actually checked the whole house, advised me on how to USE the system...leave fan on auto and air will tell it when to turn on!....what size filter to use, the different kinds of vents that would improve my system. He charged me nothing for all this valuable info, but is giving me an estimate to change out some vents and use a different filter. I was so pleased. He is knowledgeable, polite, personable. It was a delight having him in my home, the system is working better than ever. And even though I could change out those vents and filter myself, I will be calling him back to do it....and whatever HVAC services I need in the future!!!!!

We try to help vets but understand the plumber coming to your house is probably not a vet. It is vet owned. Ok, fair enough. We had them out to do several jobs, on which they give you a warranty. They do not honor that ""warranty"" unless they come out, refuse to do the repair work for free and you say ok, you're going to call someone else (that may not screw it up the first time and charge you again to fix it.) Then they will do the work (still charging but less.) But then, if you decide, ok, that was a one-time deal and call them again - they tell you they are on the way and never show up. On the way at 9:00 a.m. and not there by the afternoon. This company is not reliable. Do not use.

Great company!!! We highly recommend this business and plumber: Daylon Garrels. We called Vets4You yesterday morning with an overflow toilet emergency. Since we've used this company before and were pleased with their work and customer service, they were the 1st on our list. Daylon came out within a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable in his job and lets just say, he's not afraid of his line of work. I can't thank Daylon enough for going beyond (what we'd never consider) his call of duty (pun intended) Daylon also explained to us why we were having this problem and gave suggestions to help prevent this from happening again. To top it off, Vets4You gave us military discount! Love doing business that supports our military, is kind, and has knowledgeable hard workers!!!
