We have used Vets4u in the past with a very good outcome, but NOT this time. I understand new owners took over. We called because our Heat Pump did not work after all the rains. The tech checked the system and its was a faulty circuit breaker! He checked out the Capaciter and said it was not working! We were given a estimate for a circuit breaker change of $650 AND $400 for the capaciter. which we thought was Highway robbery. It turns out my husband got breaker at Home Depot for $35 and installed it himself with a U tube demo in 20 minutes. The Heat Pump worked but the fan didn't , turns out the technican put it in backwards When he was checking it, (I am sure that was intentional). The system works great now. We were changed a fee for troubleshooting of $250 with NO DISCOUNT FOR BOTH OF US BEING VETS. DISHONEST stay away.

We called Vets 4 You because our water heater broke a couple of days ago. Andrew came to provide us with their courtesy consultation and estimate. He was incredibly knowledgeable, profesional and cleared all the questions we had with the current tank and the options we have to replace it.

This company is awesome. I thought I had a leak but Andrew tested and told me it wasn't a problem.

After a previous AC vendor began to fail us, we called Vets4you. They responded professionally and reviewed the mess left behind and quickly gave us a very fair price to remedy the situation and delivered expeditiously professional installation services of the unit previously bought. They could have walked off, but saw our anxiety and plight to have air and heat. They saw a fellow veteran in trouble and need. They came to the rescue!

I had Vets 4 You send someone to check out my water heater today as a yearly courtesy call. The man who came was Brandon and I was so impressed with him that I wanted to leave a 5 star rating - I would have given 10 stars if it was possible. He was such a nice and friendly person, and it truly was a pleasure meeting and talking to him. I have used Vets For You to do a number of jobs and I've always been impressed with the people they send. They're always professional, polite, friendly and always do superior work. When someone comes into your home to do any work for you, you never know what type of person you'll get which can be a little un-nerving for a single woman. However, it seems that Vets 4 You sends men that are held to a higher standard and I know I'll always get the best.

If I could give a ""0"" score, I would. Most awful contractor experience that has caused us six months of unfinished renovation of damage. Three of four jobs requested were faulty, including leaving new faucet unconnected (water damage underneath), leak in water inlet/pressure valve into house (flooding garage), and cheap unprofessional shower handle install that loosened quickly after use. Eventually had to hire another plumber to fix residual issues. Requests to Vets 4 You for consideration went unanswered.

Complete opposite experience from their motto ""We're Committed To Do The Job - Every Job - The Right Way! It is our priority to make sure that your customer experience is the superior! Vets For You® lives up to the Navy Seabee motto, and we use our ""Can Do"" attitude to deliver professional services..."". Appointments were postponed, water mitigation company fessed that they were to do the bare minimal effort to resolve water damage, owner didn't return several calls, texts, or emails and postponed appointments to make things right.

I agree that this company gives VETS a bad name.

I can't begin to say enough good things about the professionals at Vets 4 You. I had used them in the past for a tankless water heater issue and was impressed with their service. Recently I used another company for a shower problem but was so displeased with their constant upselling (wanting to replace every valve in my home, install a filtration system, etc. etc. etc.) and ended up NOT fixing the one issue I had with my shower despite charging me for the parts and labor. I called Vets and they came out immediately...Theo was so professional, personable and helpful in explaining all my options in fixing the shower. He was able to schedule the job that afternoon with CJ who was terrific...fixed this issue in a timely manner with minimal disruption to the tile surround and left the job site immaculate. They are definitely my go to company for any future plumbing and HVAC problems!

We suspected we had a slab leak in our living room. Called Vets 4 You on a recommendation. Julie answered. She is the sweetest! So refreshing to speak to someone who provides excellent customer service. Based on the severity of the issue we faced, she scheduled Keith to come out. We were given a 2 hour time window. Keith called me promptly at the beginning of that window to let me know what time he'd arrive. Keith went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and figure out the best possible route to take. Keith and his team are professional, reliable, and honest. For any plumbing needs, small or large, I would highly recommend Vets4You Plumbing.
