Showed up and stated they are plumber don't move things objects to do their work an immediate turn off - highly not recommended. Should hide behind veteran name to lure customers.
Jewels K.Absolutely loved the water heater repair service this company provided. We had an issue with another company failing to diagnose and repair the issue. Veterans Plumbing diagnosed my water heater issue within minutes and had things working properly within an hour! Thank you Veterans Plumbing for your help! We are happy shower and bath takers now:)
After contacting Fidelity Home Warranty, they dispatched Veteran's Plumbing & Drain LLC. Within 3 hours both Jose and James came to assess the failed water heater that was leaking. The next day both Jose and James returned to replace the unit with a new one and due to the change of brand there were valves, lines and pump connections that needed replacement which I needed to cover. Both Jose and James were very patient to explain to me the need of these changes and benefits. Thank you to both Jose and James for their great customer service and quality work and Veteran's Plumbing for such a quick response.
Veterans Plumbing allows its employees to help unscrupulous landlords harassment tenants. They (the employees) lie, to gain access to people's homes, claiming to be there to do repairs when in fact they do no repairs, and instead facilitate Landlord's abuse of access. I don't know if the person who entered my home (twice now) wearing a faded Veterans Plumbing shirt and driving an unmarked white truck, is actually a licensed plumber, or has the legal right to do work in this country. I do know that in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic, he didn't seem the least bit concerned about entering a stranger's home and had taken no discernible measures to safeguard or protect himself or others. As a veteran myself, I object to any business that takes advantage of veterans in order to make money. Shame on Fidelity for partnering with this company! I plan on contacting the BBB and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
Rachel W.Extremely upset with the quality of work we received from this company. We used them due to our home warranty directing the work to them- we did not chose them. We have already had to call and have a different company out to assess the damage that Veterans Plumbing caused to our home and to fix the water heater as we didn't have any hot water once they installed the new unit.
Attached pictures detail the dry wall damage, screws left on the garage floor (2 found near my car), the installer SPIT SUNFLOWER seeds all over the garage, got solder on car parts that now have to be replaced- also dripped solder on the garage floor, down the wall and on my husband's tool box, the pan that the installer left my house to go and purchase from Home depot is not the right size and was clearly forced around the unit. Because the pan was forced it's now straining against the wall and causing more damage. The drain hole as pictured would not work properly.
This install would not pass a home inspection!!!!
Bottom line, they caused so much damage we have filed a claim against them through the homeowners insurance. Beware of allowing anyone from this company in your home. Level of service and quality is laughable.
Fidelity Home Warranty sent these guys for our minor toilet issues and a couple of sinks dripping. They were supposed to call within a 24 hour window for appt., never did and then long story short we finally got them out to us a week after requesting the appointment and took the morning off of work. Two guys walked in and my husband walked them around to each small issue and then my husband came in to me where I was sitting in the kitchen and said ""they can't fix anything today, they'll call us for another appointment"" to which I said to MY HUSBAND ""you're FN kidding me!"". I never met these guys, never saw them as I was working on my computer in the kitchen and was totally preoccupied. After my husband walked the two guys out I called Fidelity Home Warranty and cancelled the request (and called ProSkill - who are amazing btw, to come out). I guess I should mention that my Mother is a President for a company that owns Fidelity Home Warranty so (another long story short) she wasn't happy which lead to a manager from FHW to call these two guys from Veterans who told the FHW manager that I used racial slurs not once but twice and that's why they wouldn't do the work. Ummm... I don't even know what race they were as I did not meet them and I'm the furthest thing from being racist that you'll ever meet. My husband was super nice to these men too. When I asked my husband ""what race were they?"" in total shock that someone would even stoop that low he didn't even know because it wasn't even a thought! Disgusting that these guys went that low to cover up whatever they were covering up. PATHETIC. If they will lie that big to cover their butts then they're definitely doing dishonest work. Do not use this company. You've been warned. And I'll continue to warn people.
La Donna A.So unprofessional...I advise those to find out for themselves how unprofessional this place is. Like many others we were referred to this establishment by our home owner insurance. My advise to those who have problems with them and it's through your home owners insurance just call the home owners and complain no sense on saying anything to them. Then have more excuses than a man going to jail! So if we all complain to the insurance they will change who they do business with and also refer us to a more reputable company. They say it was confusion all the confusion has come from them and listening to tenants not the owners who pay for the service. Anyways I can only speak about my experience I hope others have a better one than me!
John S.They were sent out by Fidelity National Home Warranty. Plumber took a look at the sink that was reported leaking and the hot water recirculating pump that clearly stopped working. He then left with no response or follow up for 4 days. I contacted FNHW and they claimed the order was closed. Now I am having to wait through the weekend for them to come out next week on a recall. This is totally unacceptable and if given a choice I would stay as far away as possible from this plumber.
Update, its 1/8/2020 and I still have not heard from them. FNHW, do your job and terminate this contractor!!!!!!
Update, on 1/9 FNHW fired Veteran's and sent Economical plumbing out to the house. They replaced the pump and fixed the issues. Obviously, Veterans lets all their customers fall through the cracks!
Jennifer M.We were given Veterans Plumbing by our home warranty company. We suspected we had a foundation leak, but Veterans Plumbing showed up and wanted to start knocking a hole in our drywall. When asked if he was sure this was where the leak was, the plumber responded that he wasn't sure! We told him to stop and leave. Another plumber came out and found a foundation leak in a totally different location. I would not recommend this company!!
Very good service. Was able to identify the plumbing issues and give options for repairs.
