Recommended Customer Reviews

I have a home warranty with Fidelity National Home Warranty. My warranty company dispatched Veterans to my rental property to look at a clogged garbage disposal unit. I was VERY worried and very skeptical reading these other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a quick call from the workers who were at the property. They determined that I needed a new unit and put one in without hassle. Easy! I was very happy!
Perhaps some of their other negative reviews are due to the actual warranty company handling the claim? I use Fidelity because they seem to stand by their contract and honor their claims. I've used other warranty companies that would fight every claim and try to dispute charges?
Anyway, happy camper here with both Veterans Plumbing and Fidelity National Home Warranty.

If I could give a zero, I would. This company is total and complete garbage. I was referred to Veterans Plumbing by my home warranty company. On their initial visit, after I had already described the issue at hand and the recommendation from the first plumber who was unable to solve the problem, the plumber who showed up was not equipped to complete the job and left without doing any work.
I was rescheduled for the following week for an appointment between 11 and 1. At 2pm, nobody had showed up. I called the office and was told the plumber was running late but would still be there.
At 4:30, I called again to find out where the plumber was and I was told that the ""truck brokedown"" and that I would have to reschedule.
Today, I was scheduled for an appointment between 9 and 11. I called the office at 9:30 to confirm that my timeline was still good and was told that I would now be seeing a plumber between 11 and 1. I called the office again around 2 after the plumber did not show up and was told I would get a call from the plumber in about 45 minutes. At 3pm he called, said he had no idea what he was scheduled to do when he arrived, but that he would be here after he stopped at Home Depot for supplies. I explained the issue and sent him photos at his request of the problem. At 4:30 I tried calling him back to see where he was and if he was still coming. No answer. I called the office and it was closed.
If you are considering this company to do your work, ask yourself if you want it to be fixed or not. If you do want it to be fixed, call someone else who will actually show up and actually cares about providing service to customers.

Frank came out to replace our water heater which was cracked, and leaking. He was/is very professional, presentable, hard working and sincere! He did an awesome job! I highly recommend him & his company!!!!

Your company is the worst I have ever felt with.
I got your company through a home warrenty. It took you a week to make an appointment for you to come. Now a day before you canceled my service date. I even changed a dr appointment to be able for my drain to be fixed. My house stinks because the sink is clogged.
I will report you to the BBB. About how horrible your service has been. I will also send a report to my home warrenty.

This place is scam. Wanted to replace my garbage disposal that did not need replacing and charge my home warranty company. Tech even said it was fine but more than willing to replace and charge them which results in higher rates to us. After questioning and further investigation, turns out it was something else. Notified warranty company and Veterans had the nerve to ask if I would like to schedule a repair with them. Hell no, beware!!!!

My water line from the city service to my home was leaking badly. I called the insurance company for water line service, and Veteran's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning LLC was dispatched. Frank, my technician, said the whole water line needed replacing. He arranged with the insurance agent to replace the line. He and his helper did an excellent job, were very courteous, and are men of integrity. If you want your plumbing needs done correctly, honestly, and in a timely manner, call Veteran's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Excellent company !!!

I won't lie, I felt a little worried when I read all of the reviews before these guys came out to replace my water pressure regulator, but the service I received was awesome! Bobby was professional, very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions or show me the repairs that were made. After the first time he came out the check out the problem, it took about a week for the part to get ordered (which was expected) and he when he returned with the part, not only was he 15 minutes early to our appointment, but he also finished the repairs under 30 minutes. I would happily use these guys again for any future home repairs.

Veterans was quick to respond to our property for our home warranty claim on a leakimg water heater. Jose & his partner were quick to diagnose the problem. Which resulted in needing a new water heater. Jose called our Warranty conpany then told me about the water damage to the exterior of the house and recommend a restoration company. He told me to pay the trade fee and he was moving to the next job until he receives a phone call back if water heater was covered or not. Told me its be about 1.5hrs, if its not covered he'll let me know so we can install a new one regardless. . 3hrs later i did not hear from Jose. I called warrenty direcrly. They told me it was not covered, they told the tech that 3 hrs ago. Jose pretty much new it wasnt covered and wanting to move to the next job w/o me deciding if i wanted to proceed regardless. Poor poor customer service and will not recommend them. Horrible expirence that you can leave a customer hanging like that.

The response to my call was within 24 hours by the customer service representative. Then today Bobby was our plumbing tech and he called me to inform me of his delay. He was professional where he assessed the issues that I had and tackled all the 4 issues. Bob even was thorough about taking the time to diagnose each situation and then prioritized the order of his tasks.
He is also a Marine! Thanked me and my husband for our service. :) Very patriotic.
Thanks a bunch Bobby!

Needed a hot water heater replaced. Veterans sent out Frank and his assistant. Outstanding job from customer service to product knowledge to the workmanship. I have high standards and was very impressed. I highly recommend them and will certainly request Frank when I call them again! Tough to find good people like that now days.
