Regularly, customers ask us, “What’s the story behind Veteran Air derive from?” Let me share the background.
From both sides, my family has a rich legacy of supporting our nation. My father was a dedicated patriot with a family history. His dad and brothers were enlisted in our armed forces. As I was raised, my father taught values of honor, politeness, and compassion. Continuing my heritage, I enlisted in the military and served in the 11th Cavalry as a medic.
As of now, my youngest Joseph is currently enlisted in the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell.
As I advanced in my career, I focused on supporting military personnel, first responders, emergency responders, and first responders. They warrant our support, and I will forever offer them a bit more, just as they have done for our country.
Throughout my twenty years in the cooling industry, I found that I cherished the moments I shared with the older adults in our neighborhood, notably those who defended our country in military service. The stories they shared would enthrall me in their homes long after I finished the service of their air conditioning units, and I realized myself lowering the fees I provided them and putting in extra effort, as though I was compelled to give back.
As I advanced, I continued on supporting military personnel, police, fire service, and emergency personnel. They have earned it, and I always provide them a bit more, just as they have done for our country.

Curtis came out to repair AC. The blower fan was out. He was very quick and efficient. I was very impressed with his attitude and skill. It was a pleasure to have them. Although I don't like paying that much for a repair, my homework told me they were spot on in pricing. The parts were expensive(not their fault) and the labor was fair. I'll use them again if needed.

I have been with Veteran Air for 9 years and they were good until they were bought out now I was put on the back burner for just maintenance. My Schedule was May and November, they couldn't get me in until July then I had another appt for Nov 1 he got delayed said he'll be there later in the afternoon or make another appt which would have been in January. I cancelled and told my husband to not let him in if he shows which he did. Received an email the next day that I would have been charged for that visit which I paid for in advance under my old contract. I made an appt with another company. Veteran Air is not to be trusted, they lost my trust this past year.

I rarely if ever write reviews but this company was so far over the top of anything I have ever experienced with a service company that I felt compelled and almost obligated to. My split system had been living on life support for the last 18-24 months and I knew it was just a matter of time before replacement. I contacted Veteran Air based on reviews on Google and that is where the amazing experience started. The sales representative came over and asked me lots of questions to fully understand my needs. He then took a great deal of time inspecting my current system and sat down with me to go over all of my options. (Continue limping along, replace, etc ). He was very careful not to try and sell me a system that was more than what I needed using unnecessary tonnage while at the same time setting realistic expectations for the lower end options. Four days later a crew of 4 (Eric, Jason, Ron and Kuoy) arrived to do the legwork. Every single member of that crew was extremely courteous, professional and clean. They did not seem rushed and went out of their way to make sure every last detail of the workmanship was top notch. I had one vent that they said was going to be a custom size and they would need to order and install at a later date. Ron called the very next morning and asked when he could come out to install it. The icing on the cake was that the following day I got a call from a lady named Debbie who introduced herself as their """"quality control person"""" and wanted to come out to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Most companies forget your name as soon as the check is in their hands. It was amazing to have a company that actually was seeking feedback on their performance and had a full time person dedicated to this role. Veteran Air has earned a new lifetime customer and it is obvious that the level of service I received was something that is driven from the top down and is present throughout the organization.

Terrible service, rude telephone contact. Does not keep appointments and give the run around

I had been using Veteran Air for several years and been satisfied until the morning I called them when my 3 year old Trane unit stopped working. I was informed they could not come out for 6 days. This was in our hot month of August. They told me they were just too busy, but I needed to know that when they would come out there might be a charge. They also informed me that my maintenance contract expired 10 days ago. I said I was never informed of the renewal, which I renewed during that phone call. After figuring out my drain line problem, I called Veteran Air back, only able to leave a voicemail and wait again. When they finally called back, I cancelled my service call and my maintenance contract and told them their service has gone down hill in the last 1-2 years. I would no longer need their lack of service in the future. I have since learned that many of my neighbors on our shared website have experienced similar problems with Veteran Air. What has happened to your company??

I bought a sink that I needed installation for. I called Veteran Air, they sent someone out same day. Very nice young man, said he had time to do the install right then. I agreed, he did upset a garbage disposal and maintenance plan, I accepted. Cost me over $1100 in the end. Tech left, everything """"looked fine"""". Tried to run my dishwasher, no water. The tech came back the next day and said he forgot to switch the water supply line to my dishwasher back. He did that. I get home from work and try to run the dishwasher again, water comes in, but dishwasher not running through the cycle. I call back, tech comes back and says it is a """"strange coincidence."""" I don't believe in strange coincidences. Something had to happen during the sink and garbage disposal installation that affected my dishwasher. No way you charge over $1100 then expect me to pay someone else to fix my dishwasher that ran perfectly fine before the sink/disposal installation.

Don't waste your time calling anyone else!! Kevin and his team did an outstanding job!!! Their customer service is excellent from Vincent coming out (with boots covers on his shoes) educating us and giving us an estimate, to the installers Jason and Jason, to Allan, their service manager, and finally Debbie who follows up after each installation. THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS FOLKS!!! My old HVAC system was 11 yrs. old and didn't owe us a dime. We knew it was on its way out, but tried to hold off as long as we could. Well, it decided to quit on a late Monday afternoon. It's 86 degrees in the house and, and we knew it was time. I wanted to get three estimates and Veteran Air was the first I called at 6:00 Monday night. Kevin called me back within 20 mins and said he could have someone here the next day. I called 2 other well known HVAC contractors in the area and left messages. The 2 others called the next morning, but only 1 could make it out on Tuesday. Make a long story short, Vincent came out Tuesday evening, added Freon to get us up and going for the night and they came out the next day (Wednesday morning)to install a new system. So from calling to install was only 48 hours!!! Thanks and keep treating your customers like family Ooh Rah!! Rob T

Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made some good recommendations without trying to sell us on something. He was on time, wore a mask and was very respectful.

Signed a service contract last year. The first visit was very good. The office called this week to schedule my semi-annual maintenance visit. The agreed upon time was today between 9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A..M. 11:10 A.M. and no technician and worse NO PHONE CALL. I phoned the office and the gal informed me he was running late. She sounded surprised that the tech did not call me. 30 minutes later - no phone call and no tech.................. I would not recommend this company because customer service and common courtesy are not part of their program to say the least..............

they are thieves wanted 526 dollars to replace a 35 dollar capacitor on my mothers ac unit good thing i was there other wise they would have taken advantage of her bought the 35 dollar capacitor from ace hardware and installed in 45 minutes ac working good again
