I’m Travis Jenkins. After ten years in the plumbing industry, I launched Vessel Plumbing in the year 2020. Our company is built on core values that we prioritize: integrity, transparency, quality work, as well as genuine care for our customers. We are dedicated to remain a small, owner-operated business to ensure all work is given the same attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Larger companies face high expenses. They charge premium rates and often recommend extra services to increase their earnings. We take a different path. We take the time to inform our clients about their options, so they know what needs to be done—nothing more, nothing less. For larger projects, we partner exclusively with honest, reliable contractors that uphold our standards.
We have a strong reputation. As lifelong residents of San Diego, we are committed to offering dependable, fairly priced plumbing services to those in our area. You’ll always find high-quality service, straightforward advice, and a plumber who is truly invested.

Travis to the rescue! Our shower and bathtub were backing up and toilets were gurgling...we called around and seemed to be getting the run around (of course it was the weekend). Travis was the only one to call us back promptly and set up a time to come out. Not only did he arrive an hour earlier then promised, but he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it with no ""extras"".
We highly recommend Travis / Vessel Plumbing!

Travis was polite, accommodating and worked until everything was fixed, even knowing we were headed back home, he wanted to make sure it was working properly before we left town. He didn't cut corners and made sure we were taken care of before he left for the day. He was responsive and thorough and we would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing resolution.

This guy came through for me in a pinch! Great customer service, very friendly, professional, on time, and very reasonably priced for a last minute emergency. Thank you again and I will for sure give a shout on the next project. Very grateful!

When our tub drain was clogged, we called Travis at Vessel Plumbing. Travis was clean, courteous and even asked if he should take his shoes off at the door. He was extremely patient and took the time to demonstrate what to do in the future if the drain clogged again! Because it took him all of 10 minutes to remedy our slow flowing drain, he also took the time to check our water pressure (free) as well as offered to scope our sewer for an additional fee.
Since we knew it was only a matter of time until we needed to get our sewer repaired as we had cast iron sewers, I approved the work and Travis proceeded to show me what my sewer looked like and its condition. A previous plumber who scoped our sewer during our home buy process quoted just over $18,000 to do the work of relining our 100 feet of sewer. Travis was honest in his opinion and gave us his recommendation of cleaning the sewer line with a picote system and repairing an area of root intrusion which came out to around $3,000. However, for peace of mind, I had him bid for relining our sewer. His price was more than fair and almost half of what the initial bid was.
The relining process took about two days. Travis kept me well informed throughout the entire procedure. The first day he came and dug out around our cleanout to prepare our sewer for relining. The digging looked brutal! The next day, the relining crew and Travis came and removed the cleanouts, relined the sewer, replaced the cleanouts, and backfilled the hole. We were able to have running water as soon as the cleanouts were reinstalled, which was roughly about 5 hours. This was amazing as digging up and replacing a sewer line would be exponentially more expensive, and a significant inconvenience.
After doing all this work, I am hopeful that I never need to call Travis again! I am happy with the work that Travis has done, and extremely grateful to have crossed paths with such a professional plumber. If I ever run into problems with my home's plumbing, I would call Travis in a heartbeat!

I woke up to the hubby telling me our shower was backed up and the toilet was gurgling. We have back to back bathrooms and three ladies in the house. Hair is always clogging the tub drain and causing issues with the shower drain. The toilet was a new issue. I called Travis and he picked up right away and I told him of my dilemma. He said he could get there the same afternoon. He came to the house as expected and was able to run a line through the clean out and get, what he called ""peanut butter"" from the line to clear it. A bunch of soft material had clumped together and causes a blockage in the main line. I've never seen a camera view of our cast iron pipe sewer line so that was a treat. Thanks Travis for getting the house back ""on-line"" so quickly.

My kitchen sink clogged up on a Saturday morning. Travis responded immediately. He was courteous and left my house clean.

We were in the middle of our oven replacement when we found a huge gas pipe. Installation couldn't proceed without fixing it and that's when we called vessel plumbing. Travis accepted to come in at that very minute even though it was late in the evening! He fixed our problem with ease was a life savior! Our new oven was installed with no problems later.

Our plumbing backed up stopping up 2 bathrooms. Travis was able to come out within a couple hours, got straight to it and cleared it up. Friendly, good tips/advice, and reasonable. Glad to have found him!

We found water leaking into our garage on a Saturday afternoon. I found Travis on yelp, called him and he was out repairing the leak that evening. He was professional and knowledgeable. We've already used him again for a different plumbing maintenance job.

My shower faucet was leaking badly and Travis was able to fix the leak and replace the ugly parts without tearing out the wall. He is very easy to work with. I will definitely call him again if I need to.
