My downstairs toilet, when not in use, suddenly started overflowing with water that was sudsy,

Even though this happened on Saturday night, Travis responded promptly to my emergency plumbing issue. He quickly assessed the situation as a clog in the drain leading from the house to the sewer line and then diligently worked to clean the line. I'm very appreciative for his assistance and professionalism.

Travis recently replaced our 30g tank water heater with a 40g tank in our newly-purchased 1958 home in Serra Mesa. The existing tank was about 10 years old and had started leaking into the containing drain pain pretty significantly. The tank was also leaning and had a number of other issues with the installation mentioned in our home inspection. It was also in a tricky location in the middle of the house but he was able to move things around and fit a 40g tank (our request, not an upsell). He addressed and resolved all the existing issues mentioned in the inspection and did an overall fantastic job of installing the new unit, supply lines, etc. He was professional, courteous and didn't hesitate to answer all the random questions I had.

I've actually replaced a water heater myself before in a different home where it was in the garage (easy access) and I've sweatted plenty of copper tubing over the years so I could certainly recognize the professional quality level of his work. As far as price, I thought it was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for any water or gas plumbing work.
