I called and spoke to Raul when our previous plumber had a family emergency and couldn't install two bidets for us. He came out the next day to see what we needed done and made an appointment with us to install the bidets the next day. He came pretty much on time and did the jobs within two hours. His price was very reasonable and his work was great. We did end up having a small leak and called him at 9am the following morning. He came to our house within half an hour (on a Sunday) and fixed it. He was so kind and apologetic but we were happy that he came so quickly to fix the leak. I highly recommend Velocity for anyone with plumbing issues and needs.

Raul was the first to respond when I was requesting for quotes to inspect my water heater. He was really friendly and answered my questions based on his extensive experience. He came out later during the day and confirmed the tank leaking and the rusted burner. This helped me call Rheem support and request for a replacement. I recently used Velocity Rooter & Plumbing Services to replace the water shut-off valve and temperature and pressure valve on a hot water heater. Raul did an amazing job and even added an additional drain pipe as a courtesy. Their prices are excellent. They are reliable, very accommodating, and get the job done fast. Had a problem with my pilot light on my water heater so I used the Yelp request quote! Within minutes I received a call from Raul from Velocity Rooter &Plumbing Services. He asked a couple of questions and had a lot of knowledge regarding my particular water heater said they had a lot of problems with the manufacturer so it concerned me a bit. He told me he would see me in an hour to two hours and got here way quicker than expected! He came out to my water heater and did what needed to be done to get the pilot lit. Explained that if it was a major problem what I needed to look for( a red light). He actually could have just told me it was a major problem and taken advantage but he did not! I requested a quote via Yelp and within minutes I was contacted by Velocity R&P Services. Other plumbing companies contacted me as well to set up appointments for the next day, but Raul from Velocity was willing to provide the free estimate that same afternoon. He arrived 10 minutes early and assessed the job on the lawn spigot. By the time I went outside to meet him, Raul already had the issue and the cost for me. Raul is very professional and down to earth. He was up direct and I really appreciated that he was not a pushy sales person. The price was fair. The entire process was done within a couple of hours (from requesting the quote to full repair).

I contacted Velocity via the ""request a Quote"" feature on Yelp. Eduardo got back to me pretty quickly and we messaged back and forth. We ended up setting an appointment for Sunday at 2pm.

To be perfectly honest, I was skeptical from the very beginning. He would generally answer with 1 word answers and would shy away from answering particular questions. For example He would say Sunday afternoon. I had to ask him 3 times for a specific time. I gave him my address and He never even acknowledged that He got it etc. Also they only accept cash, check or Zelle for payment methods. BUT, since they have good Yelp reviews and decent prices I decided to give them a try.

Sunday 1pm I message to confirm that they would be coming on-time. He responds ""We have a problem, we are going to cancel the appointment, sorry."" No reschedule date or explanation UNTIL I ask. Then I get a BS excuse ""They just stole a truck. I'm looking for it.""

I was telling my Wife the night before that something wasn't right with this company and wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even show up and what do you know. Maybe it's a good thing that I'm taking my business and referrals somewhere else. You might have a better experience from them, but this is my fair warning that they are shady.
