Had plumbing issue with garbage disposal & washer/dryer in April 2022. Velocity replied quickly with great pricing. Repairs were prompt, courteous &professional. Fast forward to July 2022 & we had issue with pipes Eduardo completed & sent a message on the Sunday of July 4th weekend (per Yelp Sundays Velocity is not open Sundays). Eddie replied within 15 minutes & arrived at my house in mere minutes. He very quickly completed needed repairs, demonstrated effectiveness of said repairs & politely left. I had a spray leak on my front yard faucet post. This was on Saturday the day before Father's Day. I was really stressed out because this was my first Fathers day as a dad, plus I was going to host my first Father's day at my house. I called up Velocity Rooter & Plumbing. Right away Eduardo picked up and stated he will be there between 2pm-3pm. Eduardo showed up at approximately 1:15 pm, which was way earlier than his estimated time of arrival. When Eduardo arrived he looked at the leak, and immediately went to work. About 30 minutes later he was all done! I was really impressed on how efficient Eduardo was. I asked him for his card because he is definitely hired as my new go to Plumber!

I needed fast repair to a malfunctioning toilet and Velocity came to my rescue. They replaced all parts inside the toilet's water tank and took the time to explain how each piece worked.
