As a General Manager for Sunright Tea Studio, one of the biggest boba stores in SoCal, I've definitely had my fair share of experiences on upkeep especially on store issues regarding electricity, plumbing, detail cleaning services and many more.

With this being said, I was looking for some help on clearing a backed up floor drain. Basically I used the function where yelp sends out your work request to multiple tradesmen in the area and honestly, was I glad to have gone with this one. Eduardo helped clear the floor drain within minutes. Little did we know that the back up was affecting the whole plaza. Even though Eduardo was only around to help fix a seemingly simple clog, he willingly went around with his crew to help the other stores determine and solve their clogs as well.

His service and attitude displayed during today's visit was exceptional. I would highly recommend Eduardo. Honestly, if he can solve a multiple business clog, huddled together in a plaza, he is definitely one to clear even the most problematic ones at home with ease.

Eduardo was quick to respond and showed up on time. We have a water heater that has a pilot that keeps inconsistently turning off. Eduardo was thorough in servicing the water heater and vents. Excellent customer service.

I had my standing water in my kitchen sink today, houseguests and an event planned for tomorrow. Disaster! I called my plumber but they couldn't come for at least 48 hours. I turned to Yelp and sent out a blast for help.

Eduardo responded quickly, quoted a fair price and offered to be here within two hours. Amazing! The got held up and it ended up being four hours, but once they arrived, they very quickly and efficiently solved the problem. The team was courteous, professional, skilled and charged exactly what they quoted. I'm super grateful for a same day fix that didn't tack on an exorbitant ""emergency fee,"" and that they managed to fit me into what was obviously a very busy day. Happy to have found these guys -- definitely recommend!

Original call was for a clogged toilet. They came out the following morning. They used the camera/snake to unclog the sewer line. They indicated sewer line needed to get replaced because there was not enough slope in the line and that was causing the toilet to get clogged. I was quoted 2800 to get the sewer line replaced and correct the slope issue. Raul was the lead person I was dealing with. He assured me this would resolve the clogged toilet and the sewer line would be free of any issues. I believe him and went ahead with the job. About 8 days later the same toilet gets clogged again. Mind you we two other bathrooms in the home. It was the same bathroom that clogged again from the previous visit. This time Raul did not show up. Instead it was another guy with his helper. Again they used the camera/snake to get the sewer line unclogged. I asked why the toilet got clogged again in the same spot as last time. He proceeds to explain this time it's due to the sewer line being corroded and needs replacing from where they previously replaced the line. I asked him why I was not told this when Raul did the work previously? He couldn't really come up with an explanation. He proceeds to talk bad about Raul on him not doing a thorough job. He then goes on to quite me another 2500 for the rest of the sewer line to get replaced. I did not proceed with the additional work since I no longer trusted them. I would caution you from doing any work with this company.

I called Velocity for a clogged toilet originally. They came out the following morning and unclogged the sewer line. They recommended to replace the sewer line due to not having enough slope. They came back out and charged me 2800 to replace and fix the sewer line with the proper slope. I was assured by Raul this would take care of the toilet getting clogged. Approximately 8 days later the same toilet got clogged. They came back out, this time it was another guy. He unclogged the line and placed the camera in the sewer line. He now was claiming the sewer line needed to be replaced further passed where the first sewer line got replaced. To say I was dissatisfied with this explanation was being kind. I explained to this guy Raul had not mentioned prior that the sewer line didn't need replacing from this location only the part toward the back of the home. What was most frustrating was this guy then starts talking about Raul should of have known better to the helper that accompanied him. He went on saying the whole sewer line needed to get replaced and quoted me another 2500. Needless to say, I'm not comfortable doing business with Velocity. Now I'm out 2800 plus the charge for the first visit. I would caution using this company for any jobs.
