These guys were great.

Had a pretty serious clog. Jorge and Edwardo came out and immediately got to work.

Cameras, radar detector, plumbing snake and all.

Other guys wanted to replace a bunch of pipes for a wad of cash before even trying to declog.

These guys did the declogging first before breaking down the other repairs we may need. Really honest and forthcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking to solve a plumbing problem!

We had a pretty serious clog in both toilets on New Years Day no less! We called Velocity and they were at my house within 20 minutes. Did not leave until they fixed the problem. I thought their prices were very fair. Also, I appreciate that they were also honest and walked us through a few of the potential reasons we encountered this problem. We will be calling them again to do a deeper inspection of our plumbing. This is a company I can trust.

Our toilet overflowed at about 6pm. Jorge from Velocity Rooter and Plumbing answered my phone call on the first ring and was kind and courteous. He showed up about thirty minutes later, provided a very fair and affordable quote and immediately got started on the job. He finished promptly and did a great job. 5 stars. The team came to my house on very short notice to fix a broken shower faucet. Through texts and photos via our mobile phones, they accurately diagnosed the cause of the problem and quoted me a very reasonable rate for an emergency situation.

Once they arrived, they were courteous, professional and handled the matter very quickly and made sure that I was satisfied with their work.

I have a few more plumbing issues that I've put off and I am hiring them again to tackle it because of the work they performed for me on our shower faucet.

Had major clogging problems bathtub and sink in one of my rental units. Eduardo came out to access the problem. Turn out the main drain pipes was severely clogged and also rotting and cracking away. He replaced all the affected areas. He had to tear out parts of walls and ceiling, to which he patched and repaired back nicely.
