Absolute scam artist, my mom who found this company and got a quote upcharged my poor mom 10000$ above any quote because of the sales tactics they used. My mom said Eduardo and Raul were the people that they spoke to. Honestly sad, I even tried to look up their license and they don't have one. Absolutely do not use their business, they prey on old people who don't know any better. Absolutely disgusting, we are working towards getting a fair amount of money back that they did on a 1500$ max job. So sad shame on this Velocity Rooter

I found them through yelp, they answered prompt and schedule to come for an estimate the next day. They came on time and looked thoroughly at the repairs. They said they would send an estimate no later than by the end of the day. Two days later I messaged asking for the estimate and they left my message on read. Not very professional.

While I appreciate the quick response and the dispatching of a technician to assess my tankless water heater fault, the rest of your business practice is not competitive. The time spent diagnosing the issue was a fraction of the two other professionals who came after you; both of home took the time to check water pressure and temperature throughout the house, inspect check valves and recirculating pump, and contact Noritz in my presence to check warranty and error codes. Moreover, the two other plumbing contractors independently determined the issue was external to the heating unit. Your only solution was to quote a new system while failing to identify a brand and model number in the quote.

Arrived early, located the leak, .main water line, cut copper pipe whereit
leaked. Slipped coupling soldered, checked for leaks .done. 45 min. $250 that was quoted before they came. Professional job.

We had a blocked sewer line. Velocity was on the job in 20 minutes. The crew surveyed the problem, diagnosed the problem and solved it in 40 minutes. Additionally they showed a picture of the conditions in my sewer lines. All of this was very helpful.
