ABOVE excellent service/communication. Everything from start to finish was perfect. I sent an email request to Greg at 7PM on a Sunday night, heard back from him in an hour and had a plumber (Sean) here by 12PM the next day (even earlier than quoted!) Sean and his partner took the time to explain everything. He was so kind, considerate, took Covid precautions so seriously and frequently washed their hands are wore masks. This company is unbelievably amazing at customer service and more importantly, skilled repair. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone! It's so hard to find someone to come in to the city with street parking and these guys acted like it was no big deal.

Had an urgent plumbing issue on Saturday morning. Vaughan plumbing was able to come by within 2 hours and address the problem. Super nice staff, and very responsive! Prices seemed reasonable for weekend service. Will use again in the future.

We had an issue where our bath faucet just wasn't releasing water. I messaged and they had two men out to help the very same day! They were so nice and quickly identified the problem (the guy who flipped our house cut corners and used some type of foam to seal the faucet, which caused it to get clogged overtime). They quickly replaced it and charged much less than I expected. I'll be using them for plumbing issues from now on!

The overall experience hiring this company was great. Fast response, good diagnosis of the issues and quick repairs - there was a suspected leak under our dishwasher and the sink food disposal was busted. The plumber, Christopher Grant, who came over, was knowledgeable and provided good theories as to what was causing the leak under our dishwasher. Side note: The pricing was fair and in line with the time spent onsite and the work. I never ask for biz cards after a job but this time I did!

I contacted them to replace our water heater and found Greg professional, prompt and extremely courteous. He answered my questions even off hours, and was patient with assisting us. He sent Sean over after decisions were made, and he was fast, efficient and polite.

I found the experience so pleasant, I hired them again the same week to finally install the bathroom vanity we'd put off installing for the past 8 months. Thanks to Sean and Greg!

I've never ordered from this guy, because we have a long contract with an old plumbing company, but I see him driving his van in Needham, and it doesn't look like he will over charge you or under charge you. I'd say he is a good bet if you don't want to be ripped off by a plumber. So my from observations - would recommend!!

I sent Greg a description and link to a few photos I believed to be related to a plumbing problem, but as it turns out, it was unrelated (per Greg's suggestion). Taking the time to understand and diagnose the issue ahead of time helped me avoid a potentially costly and unnecessary

While I didn't ultimately end up using his services, it's clear from my experience and others' that Greg communicates well, and has both honesty and integrity. In the case where I do need plumbing services in the future, I know where I'll go.

Quality work and easy to communicate with. We had an older toilet leaking from the base and needed help quickly. They were available in less than 24 hours and restored the setting which had rusted out. Everything is working great now. Super happy with the quick communication, diagnosis, and fix.
