I had a leaking pipe between floors. Called 15 minutes before their published opening time, expecting to leave a message. Got right through to a receptionist. She took my information and I got a call back from Greg within 5 minutes. Greg immediately dispatched a plumber. About 45 minutes after my first call, Chris was at my house diagnosing the issue. I can't say enough good things about Chris. He showed/explained what he was doing each step of the way. Very professional, efficient and kept the inevitable mess and debris contained and cleaned up afterward. Very reasonable prices. Excellent experience. Highly recommend and would use again.

Have used Vaughan a few times. Most recently Chris came by to address a steam boiler with a busted sight glass and drainage issue for a washing machine. Chris was polite, efficient, explained everything and went above and beyond giving a full review of everything he completed at the end. Left nothing behind and provided a fix for all of the issues.

Will continue to use Vaughan for any future plumbing or heating issues.

Greg and his crew are absolutely fantastic. This was our first interaction with them and boy did they deliver. Our hot water tank let go and these guys were able to work us into their schedule that same day. They got us the hot water tank we wanted, and the install is impeccable. Props to Greg who answered my desperate plea for a cost estimate on an untimely garbage disposal leak and unit replacement. While I did not use his actual services, it's clear from the positive reviews and from his highly responsive, thorough, and professional correspondence that this is someone who clearly knows his stuff and is detail oriented (all things you want in a good plumber).

As part of my request for cost estimate I sent him a photo of my issue and even though I wasn't able to afford his services he alerted me to some additional problems I wasn't even aware of. Basically, not only did I have a leaking disposal, the way the dishwasher was connected to the disposal was incorrect and had he not told me that, I would soon have to deal with a destroyed dishwasher too.

I owe extra thanks to Greg and hope I'm able to use his services for future work (God knows my house has a never-ending list of projects).

Recommend 100%..We had a major water leak in our basement due to our water heater. Called them after 9pm that night leaving a message, Greg called me right back!(was not expecting that) he sent Chris at 730am the nxt morning, installed our new water heater within a couple of hours! Had a great experience with Vaughan Plumbing. I work in business development, and it drives me nuts having to follow up with contractors multiple times just to give them some business. Greg Vaughan, the owner, called and emailed me right away and we quickly set up the appointment. Chris, his employee, came out to look at the old shutoff valves going into my washer and gas dryer. He was the ultimate pro, arrived 15 minutes early, offered an aggressive quote, replaced 7 valves in an hour and a half, and cleaned up spotlessly. We were invoiced electronically and paid with a card when all was done - super convenient. Vaughan will be our first call next time we need a plumber.

They are not the cheapest but they are the BEST! They always show up when they're supposed to, very good about calling to keep you posted on arrival time and everything they do is quality work. Derrick has repaired a leaky pipe, unclogged a drain, changed washers and most importantly fixed our Navien gas heating system on more than one occasion. Highly recommend!
