Total HORRIBLE experience. There prices are way away from reasonable. The technician came to the house, I told him already that the motor blower was probably the problem since my friend looked at at it before and told me that it seemed this was the issue.
When the technician was done looking at it told me the motor blower was not working. OK? He also told me he had NEVER seen a system like this before. Upon asking what he meant? He said it was a Kenmore system? Hello, Kenmore is made by SEARS, I was surprised he didn't know that? So I asked him how much to fix it? He quoted $1695.00 including the part. Upon asking how much the part was, he said it ha to be ordered, it would take a while and it was $800. So the install would be Over a $1000.00? I told him to leave after paying him $98.00 for the service visit.
Later I called the company back and spoke to the manager ""Mark"" regarding the price. First of all he was ARROGANT AND RUDE. Told me his company was expensive but the BEST!!! Really??? I just ended the call then.
Called another company who fixed my A/C for $500.00 TOTAL including part and labor. IT WORKS GREAT.
They are Price Guaging and are total Thieves. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this Company to ANYONE.

Made an appointment for Friday between 12-4. Wouldn't you know at 2:30 they call to cancel and ask if I'm available next week. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't call them again EVER. Friends also had the same issue. Totally untrustworthy. I think Zero stars would be better.

Having issue with boiler and immediately quotes $10k plus for repair. Superficially looked at the boiler and said ""yup, a new one will fix your heating problems and water temps"". Refused to tune it up and said it was a waste. Called up another HVAC crew, the tuned it and everything works as expected. Next time don't go for the home run - start with the basics!!

I was a little apprehensive of hiring Varsity Plumbing for my kitchen Plumbing Demo,Due to price, That I thought at the time was a little high!!!After other estimates were given ,Although still high I decided to go with Varsity ...I have to say that this company went Above & Beyond my needs and expectations from David who quoted me the original price and Frank who did the installation Both were the up most professional technicians I have dealt with ,24 hours later I noticed a small leak and Immediately called Varsity on a Friday night and that night they had a technician at my place to correct the problem and that was Jacob who was very tolerate of my unhappiness and Remained professional!!!After deaming the leak was due to Faucet Malfunction,Jacob called Jason or Eric who gave Jacob The ""OK "" to get a Brand new Faucet and install it On a Friday evening this all was done ....I Thank Varsity Plumbing very much and highly recommend them as I will for my Bathroom Renovation in February

Stay far away from this company! They are rude, disrespectful and all out complete jerks. They will try to strong arm you into coming to your house even when you tell them not to come and they are not wanted. I told them I'm using another company and they came anyway. They will curse you out on the phone and be more disrespectful than one can imagine. Save your time money and self respect by simply using any other company but this one.

Worst experience ever. Waited all day for technician to show up between 9am-12noon. When he did show up 2:45pm and didn't have the proper gas R22 to charge to fill the system, after I specifically asked the woman to make sure he did before we made the appointment.
These schiesters try and tell me there is a leak, which I already knew, but they needed to diagnose the nitrogen leak throughout the whole system and it will cost me $1395.00 to find it + $$$$ for fixing it + $$$$ for charging it. Wasted nothing but my time.
Don't call these losers, nothing but crooks.

Update, They told me and scheduled the appointment but couldn't handle the heat!!! Beware of fulse services. Go thing my mother wasn't hospitalized of heat stroke.

What a rip off !! Price gouging! $3500 for a frozen PEX line !!!! Senior citizens taken advantage of.,
Had no heat , we were prime targets.
