Very rude and unprofessional service and attitude. Robert committed to doing the work on my boiler repairs and despite me repeatedly asking him for a written estimate based on the specifications I gave him, he said he will bring it with him when he starts the work, then he delayed the project repeatedly and today when he finally came, his estimate didn't include dorm of the key things that needed done. When I questioned him he was rude and kept saying he can't do it for the price, get someone else, etc rtf. Then I said fine as I didn't want partial work done and on the way out he was extremely rude saying people from your country are all like that I should have known not to work for u people etc etc. bottom line he is rude and unprofessional and from it seemed I don't think he is that technically qualified. Do not waste your time and money!

Horrible is right! Very rude, does not even listen to the customer. They ordered the wrong parts for my water heater and then told me I gave them the wrong error code, also told me the parts they needed had already been cleaned by them so they had to order new ones, yet when I spoke to the manufacturer they said that was not the case. Felt like they were trying to rip me off! When I questioned the owner he told me I needs to find someone else to do the job!

Left work early to meet with the technician for an appointment between 3 -6 pm. He didnt show until 8:15pm. The pilot had been on since the previous evening with no problems. said i needed a roll out heat sensor. He replaced it. Heat came on. He also recommended i get a cleaning and have a new pilot assembly installed. Once he said that i knew something was up because a new pilot assembly was installed the previous day. Well, he left and the heat went out about two hours after he left.
Its obvious these guys are just in it to bleed you dry. i would not recommend doing business with this company.

Service was very unprofessional made me feel as if they were ripping me off. Made me wait for 8 days for a simple part. Took advantage of a woman and used profanity at me and stole my money. These people are rip off plain and simple beware.

I had an appointment with them August 14, they never show up or even a courtesy phone call telling us what was wrong or when they would be here. I call to reschedule a appointment and the man hang up on me twice. Totally unprofessional, I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Horrible! Do not use this company ever! Unprofessional and rude. Did not want to do this work, let alone do the work properly. Sloppy, shotty, botched central air installation. Unit had a freon leak and the refrigerant pipes were covered in frost and kinked. All he did was complain about Sears and how they don't pay him enough money to do his work and kept asking me how much Sears charged me. I understand that must be frustrating to a contractor, but it's not my problem as the customer and I certainly should not have to suffer due to his lack of work ethic and sloppy job. He ruined the side of our house. It was a monstrosity where they put the connections into the house - used some dark silicone that now has been taken off and re-done by a wonderful company (Paul's AC based in Middletown, NY - they are awesome! Highly recommend you use him!). Our siding is still not quite right, but it's a lot more aesthetically pleasing. Variety seems to have used a jig saw to cut what should have been a small, round hole that most people would use a drill bit to make a hole to fit a connection into the system. Paul and his crew re-ran all pipes neatly and showed us what it's supposed to look like! Glad we have Sears to make this right since they subcontracted this hack to our home! Beware! Do not hire this company!!!

My house was full of plumbing issues, and after 2 different plumbing companies failed to fix the problems, variety showed up and fixed everything from the boiler to water heater to expansion tank and sump pump. The quoted price was the final price without any surprises. DIdnt even read the reviews on this company before, but was referred by a mutual friend. Would totally recommend to family and friends for every plumbing problem, big or small. They were all very professional and showed up on time. Im not sure why theres negative reviews. Im so happy to have found this plumbing company.
