Horrible experience.

Hired Robert ( Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde) to finish a fire sprinkler system plus some other basic plumbing and appliance installs. I was given an invoice upfront for the work which itemized the work. Everything went well until the end. He was hired mainly to finish the sprinkler system so it was operational. He did everything on the invoice, but never installed some other devices needed to complete the system.
He basically did 75% of what was needed and refused to do what was now necessary to make it operational. I'm not a plumber so i assumed everything needed was listed on the invoice.
So now I have an incomplete system , and he was already paid in full, thinking it was ready for inspection.
When I asked him why he didn't do all the work needed to make it operational, he said I didn't tell him to do those other items to make it operational and pass inspection.
He was hired to complete the system not partially complete it.
He became Irate when I called him out on it. I told him i needed the work completed so I can close on the house, as it was for sale. He refused , said he didn't have the time and was leaving the country for 3 weeks. When I told him I would file a complaint , he threatened me with physical harm and let the air out of my cars tire. I had to call the police because I felt he would come back and vandalize the house considering what he just did to my car.

We had a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink occur at 11 PM on a Saturday night. Robert answered his phone and exchanged texts to diagnose the issue. He then was there the next morning despaired a heavy snow storm. Service was prompt and affordable. He wasn't pleasant. We highly recommend him.

I agree with everyone saying that Robert has a bad attitude and he is rude ...only cares about money. Wonder what level of education he has? The way he talks, my guess would be not past 5th grade.

Called this guys to fix my tankless water heater, came in twice charge my husband $800.00 and didn't fix the problem. Trying to call him and don't answer his phone. Horrible services, unprofessional.

Don't use this company. Never gives you an honest cost for work and in the middle of work starts to demand more money to finish work he started. There is always more money or he walks off work. I had no choice but to give him the money because I want him to finish and out of my life.

I have nothing bad to say about this company. The people who came to assess and then install my new Garbage Disposal were professional and neat. They were able to accommodate my work schedule by calling 30 minutes before getting to my house.And they were there within 10 minutes of me getting home.

Beware! Do not use this company. Rude and unprofessional behavior before the job even began. I cannot comment on any actual work done (he was not given the chance due to his frightening outburst and misrepresentations). Do not allow this man into your home. There are MANY good and affordable plumbers around who are professional, courteous and honest.

Robert from variety installers diagnosed my air conditioning problem and was able to fix it within an hour...this after having two other companies come out and not being able to figure out what was wrong...
All at a very reasonable price.
I would recommend variety to anyone i know.

Being a property manager I have used Variety Plumbers Inc on numerous occasions at different locations. I deal with Robert directly and he is very professional.
They prices are very competitive and the work is extremely professional and clean.
