Severely over priced & will gauge you & difficult to reach & communicate with & doesn't stand behind their work, other than that great. BTW I love it when you ask if something is under warranty & they say lets set up a service call, a service call probably 200 bucks just to find out, lol. The guy who usually comes out is actually a nice guy but wow man I've had ex wives that went lighter on the wallet than these guys. I've used these guys quite a bit in a pinch & didn't mind overpaying at the time cause I just wanted the headache gone..I guess if I have spent thousands upon thousands dollars I expect some kind of service, turns out I am wrong. I chose the wrong profession, plumbers basically have a license to print money it seems, geeeeez. I'd look elsewhere

Vanguard to the rescue! We could not find anyone to repair/replace our below-grade pump (sump pump). As soon as we contacted Vanguard, they helped detect the issue and find a replacement pump. They are very communicative and professional. Highly recommended!

Wow what a great shop! We had a last minute need to get a leak fixed and these folks had availability the very next day (which was the fastest we found) - they were very professional, showed up on time and were very communicative about the issues. We weren't at the home at the time (our construction manager was there) and the plumber called us multiple times to give updates, explain what was happening and give us quotes. It was a super smooth experience and we have definitely found our new preferred service!

Called Vanguard Plumbing after reading several excellent reviews of their work. Within a very short time a plumber, Dave Fults, arrived and was able to unclog my kitchen sink that someone else was unable to repair earlier in the day. Absolutely satisfied with Dave's work and would highly recommend Vanguard for any plumbing needs. I am so pleased I found a plumbing service with a quick response in emergencies, excellent and fast service, and reasonably priced, and I will call them if and when I have future needs.

Thanks to Vanguard Plumbing for the professional and competent plumber sent to us. After having two major companies give us bids that were outrageous, we contacted Vanguard who sent Dave. The first company's quote for changing the kitchen sink faucet of $380.00 labor only and $120.00 each to replace hot and cold water valves. Vanguard charged $178.00 to change the kitchen faucet and $79.00 for each valve. And at no extra charge Dave inspected our toilets and valves and gave us pointers on maintenance we could do ourselves.
This experience shows how important it is to shop around and not just accept the first bid. We are very satisfied customers and would recommend Vanguard and Dave to our friends, family and to all who read this review.

Dave from Vanguard did an excellent job fixing the main water leak we had under my driveway. He was always on time and was very professional throughout the entire process and even stayed to finish cleaning. I would definitely recommend Vanguard for any plumbing needs.

Great service! Robert stopped by as Vanguard was used as the installation service for our Flo by Moen water valve. We are recent new home owners at this location and not only did Robert provide a professional, speedy service, but he also took extra time to show us some things around our water systems that we didn't even know. Super helpful and seems extremely trustworthy. We will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing services needed.
