First, the good. Darrell is here right now and he is professional and courteous. He identified the leak problem in one of our bathrooms within 5 minutes.

Now, the bad. I don't know how these plumbing companies get so many good reviews on Yelp, except that people are willing to pay $$$ more than they should. Or, maybe they are 1st time home owners and don't know any better. I first contacted them through Yelp and they got back to me immediately to set up an appointment.

Day of appointment - No show. I message them and they immediately start calling and messaging me. I couldn't do the appointment at the times they wanted later that day and let them know it. We set up another appointment.

Second appointment - I get a call an hour before the end of the window when were supposed to show. Their pipe camera was broken and they asked to reschedule. I explained that this was a huge pain and ate up another day of waiting around. No apology, no offer in price reduction, nothing.

Third day.(same window 9 am- 11 am) I get a call at 10:24 letting me know that the camera is not ready and they won't be here til the afternoon. Door bell rings at 2:25 and Darrell is here. He identifies the first problem. Needs two new faucets, supply lines and angle stops. $815 is the estimate WITHOUT parts, which I would need to buy myself at Lowes. Then, he takes a look at our second bathroom. The quote I get to have a camera down the pipe is $325. That is just the cost of running the camera. I didn't even ask for an estimate on the rest of the work that would be needed for that bathroom.

The big picture- If you have only one bathroom and/or an emergency, any plumbing company is going to rake you for $$$. We have 3 bathrooms, so we are not in that situation. This company is no different than any of the other big plumbers in the area (meaning that they charge too much) except that they respond to your Yelp message immediately. Now, I understand that everybody needs to make a living and I don't fault them for that. However, that doesn't mean that I have to overpay either. And to be fair, Darrell did contact ""the boss"" after I complained and he agreed to lower the price to $593 from $815. No thanks.

My next step is to call my buddy who ""knows a guy"". He does quality work at a fair price, but on his own time-line.

If I could hire Darrell as a side job then I would, but I am not going to pay that much for the installation of two new faucets. My advice to Darrell is to leave VanGo and start doing jobs for a fair price. I know I would hire him!

Had a bad experience with Vango Rooter call them to my mother's house for a simple leak underneath the kitchen sink. Told my mother that the main line was backing up into the sink and the main line needed to be snaked out. I knew it was not the main line because I had this problem before my mother is a senior citizen and it is not right to take advantage of the elderly. Decided to call a different Local Company they came out snake the kitchen sink and fix the problem

VanGo Rooter was outstanding. They are the only company that didn't charge a dispatch fee to inspect the issue I was having with a leaky sink pipe. They came out SAME DAY, quickly identified the problem and were done in half an hour. The charge was a flat rate, which I was anticipating, and Eddie was awesome. I would call them again for plumbing needs in the future!

VanGo Rooter was amazing! They are friendly, professional, quick, and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience with a plumbing service on Tuesday(they did not correct the issue as well as would not call me back). After contacting our home insurance they stated that the company reported we needed a new toilet(Wednesday) smh. I knew that this was not correct. After requesting a second opinion, they stated they couldn't get a second opinion out until the following week on Monday.

After this I decided to find a company on my own(Thursday).
Then my stress less experience began with VanGo.
They called me back with 5 minutes, and were in our home within the hour to give us a free estimate.
They fixed the backed up toilet within 10 minutes(if that), the same day, for a great price!
I will NEVER go to anyone else for our plumbing issues!

Vango rooter was excellent.. had our main water pipe burst while we were out and got home to water all over the front yard. We called them and Eddie was excellent came here within an hour even though it was super late.. We got a quote and he was here first thing next day.. which is very hard to get someone out next day.. Eddie did an excellent job fixed our main water pipe line and gave us a very reasonable price.. any plumbing issue I would definitely recommend Eddie...

When i needed a plummer i called them and they had a plummer out quickly. Darrel was awsome. He knew exaclty what was going on with our clogged toilet and tub. With in 45 mintues of his arrival, the job was finished.

VanGo, was the only plumming company that called me back with a plummer in routie to my home. I highly recommend them and especially Darryl.

Really impressed with VanGo service! Darell was quick, professional, laid out likely causes for our problems and options to deal with them. He kept things clean, only bothered us when he absolutely had to, and made sure the problem was completely resolved before leaving us. Definitely 5 stars for Darrell!!

Excellent service for reasonable price. When I came home from a trip my yard was flooded and water going down the gutter. I had a main line break from a tree root. To make matters worse, it was Thanksgiving weekend and I couldn't get the repair done for days from other companies. The water turned off for days or high water bill. Not a good choice to have to make. VanGo came out after dark and gave me a very affordable bid AND, get this, worked on the line that night for no extra cost. The job was finished early the next morning. They really helped me out. I will remember this company for future jobs, for sure. Oh and BTW, the plumber could not finish the job that night because he needed parts but finished the next morning that should have been his day off. That is pure devotion. Also, through this whole process, his CAN-DO attitude was highly positive. I was lucky to find this company. Don't let the Rooter in their name fool you. They do excellent plumbing too.
