VanGo Rooter was very responsive and did a great job. Michael was friendly, called prior to arriving, and arrived with a mask on. He fixed the issues with our drains, and even cleaned up the floor afterward. I've had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers, but I will definitely call Michael if I have any future needs.

We had an emergency... shower backing up and the bathroom was flooded. Thinking maybe it was a clog somewhere and seeing as how it was Saturday I called vango and they sent someone out Saturday night. Without trying to assess the problem first, he snaked the clean out. That didnt do anything so he snaked the shower drain. That didn't do anything so he stated we had to hydrojet it and he left. At least he didn't charge us. But it was a waste of time. And I have since talked to two more plumbers who were confused as to why he tried to fix it this way. He didn't send a camera in or try anything else. I don't recommend them at all.

Our Kitchen Sink backed up late Saturday night. The next day (Sunday) was our anniversary & we had planned a nice dinner at home. Called VanGo Rooter Sunday morning & they responded within their 2pm - 4pm window with Arvy. Arvy was a delight. Very personable, very customer focused, very efficient, and very honest and straightforward. Despite being confronted with an unforeseen circumstance that might have caused others to leave the job, he went the extra mile to make it work. After snaking out the clog, he also recommended Hydro-jeting due to the long term build up of greasy sludge in the pipes. At no time did we feel like he was trying to sell us something we didn't need. We are glad we did it (saw a fair amount of that sludge). By the time he left, every thing was running free and clear, the price was very fair and reasonable compared to many others who don't offer the same level of service, and we had a one year warranty from a reputable company. We are very glad to have discovered VanGo Rooter. They are now our plumber of choice.

I've been having issues with my toilet not flushing properly for quite some time. Last night, I spoke with Eddie who originally quoted me nearly $300 to fix the issue. Got a call this morning and spoke to Dweit and he offered to send someone out for another free estimate. About an hour later Adam arrived and saved the day!! He fixed my toilet in NO time and saved me close to $200!! Adam I can't thank you enough for your service. Adam was professional and very knowledgeable!! I am so glad I found VanGo!!!

Best service in town! We have used this company 3 times so far and Paul was the best. He was efficient and did a great job. He even cleaned up after himself. I would refer this company to anyone! The best in the Bay Area!!

We looked at four different plumbing companies for estimates to help us with a bathroom remodel. VanGo was by far the best. Not only in price but in their prompt response to our project. Eddie was fabulous. Was able to complete the project even though it was rather difficult and involved. One other company tried to tell us it couldn't be done, one never responded and one charged us just for an estimate.
We are so happy with the results and the great work done by Eddie. Not only that he was very professional, friendly and helpful in giving us advice for other aspects of out project.
We will definitely be using VanGo for all future plumbing project. Highly recommend this company!!

At 9:30 at night I had a non emergency leak. While other companies were wanting me to wait as long as 7 days to be seen, Eddie and Adam came out the very next morning and fixed my leak in a very short period of time. They were super respectful of our sleeping baby and worked quietly. Great job guys, thanks!!!

Called Vango up when we noticed that my parent's side faucet was leaking. They sent over Eddie in a timely manner and he had the faucet fixed in no time. He was courteous and professional. Will definitely use them again.

We had our whole home repiped from the old galvanized pipes from over 50 years ago to brand new copper pipes. Eddie and his team spent over 10 hours at our house mostly in the crawl space doing an amazing job. They made sure to inspect everything before they called the job done. And the price they gave us was far better than the 2 other bids I received for the job. Thank you again. I will definitely hire them for any future plumbing needs.
