Paul at VanGo was fantastic! I called in the morning; he was here in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the causes of my kitchen sink/disposal leaks, got the replacement parts and finished up everything the same day. He keeps the work area clean from start to finish, and is very efficient! Top that off with being a really nice guy with a very professional demeanor, and you have a very satisfied client who highly recommends him!!!

Believe me you the last thing you want on a Friday night at 10pm is a plumbing problem. I called numerous plumbers saying they were 24/7, never got a phone call back with the exception of one who could only do an appointment the next day. Nope can't wait when you have water backing up all over and now overflowing into the garage onto my Dad's 55' Chevy (which he locked and didn't leave me a key to move out of the way). VanGo not only answered the phone but Carlos called me back and was at my house by midnight. Poor guy lives in Pittsburg and probably just wanted to go home, but was the best. He worked in a tight spot snaked the darn pipe and even made a new valve cover to boot. He was a life saver. I will definitely call them again. When you're in a pinch and you find a reasonable knowledgeable plumber who just wants to help you GO FOR IT. I highly recommend these gentlemen.

Paul at VanGo did an amazing job with an amazing attitude! My landlord called them as I was having issues with water backing up in my apartment's utility sink. This was due to a improperly installed pipe with no slope...actually uphill slope! Paul explained to the landlord it wasn't due to my mis-use of the plumbing it was due to improper installation of what was supposed to fix some broken pipes in the concrete. This hack fix was performed by some discount plumbing NOT VanGo.

Anyways, Paul was polite, fast, knowledgeable and got everything done perfectly. I highly recommend VanGo and especially Paul!

I have to say I am disappointed.. I called at 9am for a regulator value leak and we are without water since we had to shut off the water to the entire house.. I called at 9am this morning and 4.5 hours later.. No return call.

I had been dealing with a slow draining toilet that had not responded to my efforts of plunging and snaking the drain. I called VanGo Rooter at six in the morning, a very professional and courteous woman took down my information. A few minutes later I received a phone call from a technician who was equally as professional, to set up my appointment. They arrived as I requested after I got home from work and literally fixed a problem I had been dealing with for weeks in the space of what seemed like a few minutes. I appreciated that their employee was very kind, professional and clean, he was very respectful of my time and my home. I cannot recommend this company enough, a class act from top to bottom.

These guys are awesome. I had a leak that was causing the area below my kitchen sink to start molding. The plumber Monte came and in 1 minute figured out the problem. Referred me to a water restoration company, and then didn't charge me. Very respectful service and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. It's a very simple call in process, and they get a plumber out in a very reasonable time.

I was unable to get the water heater restarted after finishing a pump project, so found VanGo on Yelp - what a relief! They made time in their schedule on a busy Monday and promised to help.
Ace showed up after a long day and was committed to get the thing working again. He was courteous and friendly and went right to work figuring out the problem. After fiddling with the pilot and taking things apart, he decided he needed to go and get a part. It took just a few minutes when he got back and was able to put things back together. Then it worked like a charm!
It was great to see a guy think through the possibilities and come up with the most efficient path to a solution. The work was done well and the price was reasonable. Good to get to know you a bit Ace - thanks for your diligence!
