Had some ""back up"" issues in the past where another company dropped the ball. VanGo was great!

Tom (our technician) called quickly arrived within 10'minutes (super fast and at 9pm on a holiday weekend) Tom had a solution for our backed up plumbing system. Tom spoke to a third party on the phone- my Brother in law--to further elucidate the situation. My BIL works as a commercial contractor and was impressed with Toms no BS style and expertise. Great service with some dry humor to make a bad situation, go as smoothly as possible. I recommend VanGo in lieu of all similar companies on the peninsula. Got hosed by some local competition in the past. Now-when the time comes to redo our entire system-these guys will be the first ones I call.

I called VanGo Rooter to come fix our toilet - the woman on the phone was very helpful and sent someone within hours. Marios came, made an assessment then broke it down with best case/worst case scenarios. Fortunately, it was best case. Within 30 mins the toilet was fixed and they even gave us a $50 discount for their services. We now have a go-to plumber whenever we're in need.

Deejay came out to unclog our bathroom sink. called them in the morning and they were over in about 30mins. guess it wasn't a particularly busy day so it was really quick. came in and snaked the sink for a few minutes and the job was done. he was very nice, polite and was careful with his equipment. i live on the first floor of an apartment building and the way the plumbing is designed other units can get clogged from other peoples waste. he understood my issue, so i didn't have to eat the cost of other peoples waste.

I've had two recent experiences with this company, and the first one went so well that when my hot water heater burst and I was out of town, I trusted them so much that I gave Tom, the technician, the code to my garage so he could just go in and replace my hot water heater. This company is solid and does great work, and I highly recommend them.

I called today to check on my kitchen faucet. Since the cold water is not working. Paul Yumang and his partner walk in and took a look at the water value. Took him a minute and everything work fine. They both wear booties to keep my place clean and very professional. I would use their services again.

Speedy service and great communications. A Van Go plumber showed up within an hour and was finished in half an hour. My issue was a clogged drain due to baby wipes getting stuck. Plumber cleaned it out and replaced my toilet seal. No surprises as they were very open with the price. Keep up the good work!

This 24/7 service is so convenient! As soon as I sent them an email on their website, I got a phone call literally 5 minutes later. The lady on the phone was very helpful and scheduled for one of their workers to come during the time frame I had given. We were assigned Rich and he was awesome! He came during the earlier part of the time frame (called a few minutes beforehand to give me a heads up) and figured out what we needed in under 5 minutes. Afterwards, my brother and I went to the store to grab the needed part. As soon as we got it, I called VanGo and they redirected me back to Rich. He gave me a call a few minutes later and gladly came back to install our new kitchen faucet. Total instal took about 45 minutes, not bad at all! This company takes the inconvenience out of these household problems and really works towards helping you out in such a timely matter!

The people are what makes this company fantastic. From the sympathetic person who answered my plea for help, to the estimator, to the two guys who did the work - all top notch!
Juan came out on a Friday and gave the problem a thorough going over. He not only checked the bathroom with the problem, he checked all around the outside of the house, the sump pump and clean out to make sure the problem was localized. He gave us what we considered a fair bid and suggested they come out on the following evening, Saturday.

We had been given the runaround by another company and had paid them a large sum of money for an estimate/NO work performed just two weeks prior for the same problem which the other tech said had resolved itself. I was NOT going to call them in again!

Rich and Carlos came out on a Saturday (no extra for the weekend work) and resolved the issue quickly and thoroughly. They were personable and knowledgeable and very respectful of our home and dogs. I will not have to think twice about who to call for the next emergency.
