I was very impressed by the level of expertise that our plumber, Tom, had. He was very thorough and extremely fast. He was able to install new pipes for our downstairs kitchen as well as new gas lines in just a day. It's very rare that you get someone from the company that has 20 years plus of experience doing plumbing in the city. It really just puts you at ease knowing that the job was done right. Great customer relations and great professionalism. Job well done.

What can I say these guys rocks!!! Our shower knob and the stem were completely stripped and continued to leak . Called Vango rooter for the problem and quickly given an appointment for assessment. ARVY and Ricky promptly responded and quickly made a diagnostic of the issue . They were very professional and thorough of the work they did . Highly recommend to a friend or anyone that needs any plumbing work.

Got a quote from these guys to replace my water heater. They provided a link with a specific model that is to be used. Price was agreed upon based on what was to be installed. Come time for installation they bait and switched me and installed a lesser model and did not change the price of the quote. Only realized it after the fact when they installed it. Tried to get them to pay back the difference of installing the lesser model. They said to fix this issue, they are even willing to give me a discount. Can you believe that? The audacity they have to say they are EVEN WILLING to discount me when they bait and switched me. I agreed to the amount they were willing to give back. Said they processed the refund. It's been 20 days, I've emailed them twice and I'm getting ghosted. So here's their review. Do not do your plumbing with these guys. Scammers.

Ricky was great! We had a broken pipe in a crawl space on the weekend before Christmas that had leaked water everywhere. Three plumbers had already said it was ""too difficult"" or just ignored the call. But Ricky came right away, found a company to clean up the mess and sewer smell, and then came back and replaced several pipes as soon as he could get parts. We were very happy to work with him.

Needed a broken water shutoff valve replaced to restore water to my house. Tom came out on an emergency call and quickly diagnosed the problem. He even worked with my local water department to assist with shutting the water from the street. He is very knowledgeable and gave tips and on annual maintenance. The cost was very fair and he performed quality work. I highly recommend this company.
