On a Saturday morning tenants in a home we own in Granada Hills texted a pic of a leaking and corroded water heater and told us the water was no longer able to get hot. As owners we were upset because we had just spent a grip of money replacing the main pipeline that runs from the center of the street to the home.

We immediately searched the net and stumbled upon Sam at Valley United Plumbing. They were listed as a five star company and the customer comments stood out for us. We reached out and all he asked for was a picture of the whole tank and the serial and model number. From that information he was able to determine that we hadn't replaced the water heater in 10 years and gave us a reasonable quote for tank, labor, parts, and warranty.

Even though the price was good, we wanted to save money by asking for a smaller tank, but Sam schooled us by letting us know that there's only a $50 difference between a 40 gallon tank and a 50 gallon tank and with two or more bathrooms we definitely wanted the latter.

By Monday our tenants were happy to be bathing in hot water. Everything was done in two hours. Sam even gave us a discount. Best of all was his knowledge, expertise, patience, and efficiency during this entire process. Thank you Valley United Plumbing! You are a legitimate five star company!

He also checked the water pressure while he was here and shared helpful tips on how to maintain the new water heater he installed!! He is professional, efficient, communicative and so kind. Valley United Plumbing does it again! I've been putting off the big job of replacing my main sewer AND water line from the street to my house. Finally pulled the trigger. It was an expensive job but I knew from past experiences with Valley United that they would do the job right and I would have peace of mind. They dug up both lines and I thought my lawn would never be the same. After the city inspector signed off on all the work, they backfilled the holes and I was amazed at how good they did putting my lawn back together. I wish I had taken before and after photos. I trusted Sam and his crew on a big job and I'm really glad I did. Their work is impeccable!
