I needed my hose bib replaced in my back patio area - it was leaking and I didn't think I could fix this on my own. It was old and needed a plumbers touch (welding) I looked up a plumber on Yelp, called and texted a picture of my hose bib, he said he would call me back and never did. So I went back on Yelp and found Sam Aouda - (later in the day) called him, sent him picture and he called me back and quickly arranged to be at my house the next day early to fit me in before his first scheduled appt so I could have minimal time away from work.

Sam arrived early (6:15 am) and he replaced the hose bib quickly and efficiently. He protected my house siding during the welding and made sure everything was running right before he left.

I was impressed with his professionalism and how he accommodated my situation into his schedule. I would recommend him to everyone who needs a plumbing professional!!!

I had Sam come out because 2 toilets were not flushing right, and a bathtub was not draining right.
I picked out the toilets I wanted at home depot the night before he came out.
He charges 10 percent fee to go pick up.
I thought it was totally reasonable considering the weight, I didnt want to lift it in the back of my hatchback.If I even could.
Sam said the problem was the toilets not the drain.
It took Sam and his partner to carry the toilets in..
200 per toilet install.
1 up stairs. 1 downstairs.
Totally fixed the problem.
They were quick and professional and they cleaned up after.
I am very happy with their work, and the price.

Sam came by just today to install new faucet heads and put up the trim and handles in my shower. I have never dealt with someone in his line of work who takes the time to make sure everything is exactly as I want it. I also should mention that he got here early in the window he provided and wrapped up the job quickly. His rates were extremely reasonable, and I plan to recommend him to everyone in my condo complex. He was that good.

I had a last minute health department request to change a faucet. I called Sam from Valley United and he was able to come out the next day. I totally agree with the other reviews. Sam is very professional and personable. He was the first one I called and I'm glad I didn't need to waste time calling other plumbers. We had been having drain blockages in our main line running under the house from time to time and needed to see if we had a problem with the pipes. I was concerned that we had a broken pipe or roots infiltration. Sam was here very quickly after calling him and did a video inspection. Fortunately, it turned out that the pipes were Ok. (It turned out that apparently some non bio degradable baby wipes had gotten stuck in line which caused intermittent blockages.) His video inspection showed that the lines were now clear much to my relief. Highly recommended!

I texted Sam and a bunch of other plumbers, and he was the first to reply. Very professionally too. He quoted us a much more reasonable rate than another plumber I had called for a basic snake unclog of our toilet. When he came over, he found that it was a toy flushed down the toilet that my toddler had put in! He was so honest and helpful. He said it could have been worse, but that was all it was. He didn't force any other services on us, he was so honest and professional. So nice to my toddler's too as they loved watching him do his work lol. Highly recommend! He seems like not only a great professional, but a great person! :)

Sam is a stand up professional. My mom had a gas leak and after having Edison out to inspect, they turned off the gas around Christmas time last year. We were not ready for that! Let alone having a cold house. I checked Yelp, and saw Valley United was local with excellent reviews.
I called at 7pm not expecting a call back, but he called within 10 minutes, came out the next day, found the leak, plugged it all in one day. He also took time to put plastic around the job so the drywall dust would not spread thru the house. He cleaned up, neat and clean, job well done. Easy to communicate with, explained the quote, took video of the leak under the house so we could see it, and it was a fair price. I would recommend Sam to anyone with plumbing issues.
