This guy has the machine to do the job and shows up and gets it done. I called Rescue Rooter first. Big mistake. they wanted to put a camera in my line and locate the clog for $425 which they said they would credit to the job after digging up the pipe (30 feet down) and replacing it. I sent them packing.

Then I called Rooter Hero and they charged me $77 to stick a tiny line in the wrong clean out which did nothing. My shower still filled with sewage and human waste the next day. So they came back and did the same thing again. then they ""cheerfully"" refunded my money.

Then I called Valley Rooter. they showed the next morning with a machine that had to be winched out of the truck. They snaked the big line in the driveway and pulled enough roots out of my pipe to start a tree farm. The fee was $225.

Call these guys first. They get it done fast and right with the correct tool at market rates.

Bob comes to my house in Laguna every six months to keep the main drain free from roots. He is fast and clean. He is always right on time. I never worry anymore about my ancient pipes and everything backing up! He and his son know their business.

I called Bob and described the symptoms of our home's stoppage issue. I was concerned our house didn't have the necessary lateral cleanout. Bob listened and said if the cleanout isn't there, he'd figure out a solution. Bob and his assistant (son?) arrived quickly, inspected quickly, and got right to work. They unblocked the pipe, informed me there was no evidence of roots invading the pipe, and had me run water while they continued to snake, just to make sure it was all cleared up. No upselling, reasonable rate, friendly, and professional. They seemed honest. Thanks guys.
