Highly recommend Valley Rooter.
Our restaurant had a broken sink part. After sourcing the part myself and texting with Bob, he came by the day after to install it, as well as look into some other issues we were having. He was extremely professional and prompt. The install took less than 30 minutes, and the price was much more reasonable than other companies in the area.
Will be using again for other plumbing needs.

If you have a tough clog or a slow drain they are the guys to call first. This is what they specialize in. They are not trying to up-sell you with expensive video inspection or hydro clearing the line. They don't have the large fleet of service vans or overhead that needs to be paid for. They provide rooting services for your drains. If they believe something more is needed they will recommend other companies for the repair.

You pay for the visit and rooting. Eric spent some time cleaning out our stubborn kitchen drain. It has a long history of being a challenge to clear. The clog will move down the line and then reclog. You have to root and test and root and test until the clog is pushed out to the main line. It's time consuming and requires the longest rooter to push it all through. Eric was determined to clear the line and after numerous roots and tests he got it done. Drain has been flowing great for months now.

Valley Rooter is on the top of the list for drain clearing!

I foolishly threw Clorox wipes down my toilet and clogged my toilet almost immediately a few flushes later. I tried my trusty plunger, a 3ft snake, multiple manual water flushes, drain cleaner fluids but nothing worked. After 3 days, it was still totally clogged, and it was clear I needed the pro's help. My normal go-to plumber who I trust told me he doesn't work on drains and clogs (what? ). So i went to yelp and looked for drain/rooter specialists close by. Called up right around 8AM and Eric picked up. He gave me good honest vibes over the phone and he said he could come over in 2 hours after his current project. He showed up on time and texted me beforehand to let me know he was heading over. He showed up with Robert, and they were both friendly and determined how to resolve the clog within seconds. It only took them about 10-15 minutes to take off the toilet, free the clog with their equipment, and put the toilet back over the drain, but I was not surprised as they gave me the confidence they knew what they were doing and would get it done correctly without any surprises. I suspect their pricing is about the same as their competitors, but these guys were straight up and easy to work with which is a big plus that you don't find in every vendor these days.

After two years, our guest bathroom tub started running slowly again.

I called Valley Rooter and Bob & Eric were out within 45 minutes.

I led them to the main clean-out and Eric got to work with the big rooter. While he was doing that, Bob checked the trap in the tub. Sure enough the problem was hair in the trap causing the slowdown.

I really appreciated the job they do. Both are clean, very friendly and professional.

I would not hesitate to use them and I can highly recommend their services.
