Valley Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (VPHI) was established in March 2015 by John C. Ridling, the current President, and Joseph S. Eldridge, the Vice-President.
With a focus on excellent customer care and quality craftsmanship, VPHI was formed by its founders to serve the Washington community.
Additionally, VPHI has expanded its services to the Northern Idaho region.

Before starting VPHI, John and Joe climbed the ranks in the construction field.
They both finished their plumbing apprenticeships in Alaska, gaining experience as journeymen on various projects.
Taking on task management roles provided them with the experience needed to lead small teams and control project outcomes.
They both advanced to superintendent positions shortly after starting their journeyman careers.
For more than ten years, John and Joe have served as superintendents.
