Plumbing and Heating
Founded in March 2015, Valley Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (VPHI) is led by President John C. Ridling and Vice-President Joseph S. Eldridge.
The two owners created VPHI to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality workmanship to the local community in Washington.
The company has grown to include service offerings in Northern Idaho.

Prior to becoming business owners, John and Joe built their careers in construction.
In Alaska, they completed their plumbing apprenticeships, which allowed them to work as journeymen and take on more responsibilities.
Taking on task management roles provided them with the experience needed to lead small teams and control project outcomes.
Not long after, both moved into superintendent roles during their journeyman careers.
John and Joe have held superintendent roles for over a decade.
