Valley Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (VPHI) was established in March 2015 by John C. Ridling, the current President, and Joseph S. Eldridge, the Vice-President.
With a focus on excellent customer care and quality craftsmanship, VPHI was formed by its founders to serve the Washington community.
VPHI also extends its services into Northern Idaho.

Prior to becoming business owners, John and Joe built their careers in construction.
Both completed their plumbing apprenticeships in Alaska, where they took on responsibilities as journeymen.
As task managers, they learned to manage small crews and ensure project success.
Both transitioned to superintendent positions early in their journeyman careers.
Both have been in superintendent positions for over ten years.
