I would not recommending this Company""Valley Plumbing"",they over charged me for the parts and labor...they fixed my 2 water connector and shut off valve for my water heater In less than 30 minutes for $568.00?? I will not call them for any kind of service anymore!(parts its just less than $200 at Ferguson)

Robert was hands down the best plumber I have ever experienced. Credit goes also to his apprentices Robert and Nathan and they were polite and caring.
The people in the office were also caring and kind. Thank you to Ashley, Katie,Amy and Mimi. Josh is the field manager and was very calm and reassuring through this slab leak.
Owner Rob Ferroud has a great team. Thank you let's do it again soon...oh just kidding but really thanks

They can to our house to put in a FloLogic to shut water down if water runs to much. In the meantime we had a Koehler toilet that needed new insides. They wanted $450 for replacement. We new that was an outrageous amount so I called Kohler and bought everything I needed for less then $100. The plumber also said me could replace toilet for $800. Are you kidding me. We have decided to buy a new toilet at Home Depot for $199. Stay away from this company!!! I'm sure we paid way to much to install the Flologic. Beware if u use this company. We will never!

Beware, Beware,Beware. This was worst experience I have ever had with plumbing company.Called Valley Dec 30th after gas company turned off gas because of leak. No heat or hot water and a sick 11 month old visiting grandchild. I understand plumbers are busy over holidays and was willing to wait until Jan 2 and pay the $68 estimate. The plumber totally failed to show but called 8PM after I had waited around all day and said he was busy elsewhere but would show in the morning. Still no show until afternoon.He gave me an estimate of over $1900.00 which I almost took out of desperation but decided to just pay the $68.00 fee they charge.Now it is Fri afternoon, still no heat or hot water. Called another plumber (see Yelp), told him situation, he was busy, but kind enough to move another job and come over and complete my job for $800.00. After inspection and 5 days of waiting for Valley plumbing to just get an inflated estimate. I now have heat and am so grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown by the other company (see Yelp). I hope Valley Plumbing enjoys my $68.00, it was a cheap learning experience

Never expected such a quick response to our call, especially on Christmas Eve!
Michael S. did quick work on our backed up kitchen sink (and taught me not to put citrus fruit down the garbage disposal!)

He was friendly, polite, clean and even put things back under the sink, saving my knees.

We expected a huge bill, but the price was very reasonable.

Hope to never need a plumber, but we will keep Valley Plumbing and Michael S as our #1 choice.

Office/phone staff excellent. Always responsive. Vince did a nice job for me today. Called to advised arrival time, respectful of my time, repaired items quickly. I asked him to take a look at a few other items, that if necessary to make minor repairs would save my time and a future service call. He identified 3 areas were in great shape, and performed one other minor item. Very happy with Valley Plumbing.

My mothers home in LaQuinta that she seasonally rents had a hose bib the was broken and needed repair. The hose bib also had a water line
that came off the pipe that feed the hose bib. The house was vacant and we do not live in the area so we could not see the work that needed to be done or verify the work once completed. The technician called and told me what was needed to be done and his price was quite a bit higher than I thought it should be but I had to have the work done. After he completed the work he turned on the water checked for leaks and then
checked the water pressure. The water pressure was high so he recommended to change the pressure reduction valve at $840. I called another plumber and he changed the valve for $400. If you call Valley Plumbing I would get some other bids before you commit. They will change you $69 just to come out and see the problem.
