A very professional and responsive company. Drew came to my house today to flush out my water heater and check out the plumbing throughout the house. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The prices are very reasonable, and they show up on time. Very refreshing!

Chandler is wonderful , prompt , able to fix the problem and likes dogs too :) ! If you want it done right , ask for Chandler at Valley Plumbing and you will get the service you deserve !!!

Honest but super expensive
They quoted $3000 to replace a $700 water heater It was a weekend, but..
A trip to Home Depot fixed the issue in 3 hours

Overpriced. Condescending attitude. Wasted a week because of them. Ultimately glad I hired someone else who did the job sooner and for HALF the amount quoted by this company.

I was on Yelp today and realized I never left a review about this business last year when I had my experience and in light of some of the current lower reviews I felt it necessary to chime in. They have been in this valley for years and my mom has used them with success so when I had an issue at my new home, she suggested I call. They charged me to come out and look at the situation which is fine. They explained if I hired them I would not be billed that fee. Sounded pretty standard to me. Once they got here, the guy gave me such an outrageous quote to replace a kitchen faucet that it was almost laughable. I ended up paying them the fee to just LEAVE and hired a different company who was 1/3 the price and did a great job on short notice. We later found out that Valley Plumbing had been sold to investors, which explains why they suddenly have money for all those fancy commercials. That should have been my first clue to avoid them. We also heard that the plumbers were switched to commission which sadly would encourage a person to beef up the quote and really, can you blame these workers? They need to make a living. I feel bad for the employees that had to stay.

Our washer and sink were backing up when being used... We called Valley plumbing at 8am and Michael S was at our door by 12:15. Fixed the issues and showed me a few things we could do to help.
Michael was efficient, kind and knowledgeable.

So,we had a minor leak in our kitchen sink. Called and scheduled an appointment for a week in advance. We were told if the repairman was going to be late,we would be notified. We were scheduled for a 1:30 appointment. I called at 12:30 just to make sure, and was told yes recognition would be hete.at 1:30,and would call if there was a problem. At 2:15 I called and was told the plumber was still at another call, and may he there awhile. If it was going to he past 5 p.m. he would call to reschedule. To be clear. No one from Valley Plumbing called ,even though they were already 45 min late. We called another service who charged us 25 percent less for the house call, and was at our door within 30 min. Meanwhile, the Valley Plumbing guy called while our sink was being repaired. Needless to say,we said no thank you,and needless to say,we will Never use Valley plumbing again. No communicarions, not set time,no updates,no phone calls. We had to do all of the calling. Customer service is what separates the good from the bad....Valley Plumbing....get your stuff.together.

I hired Valley Plumbing for a new sink install. There was an extra pipe under the sink. The young man they sent did not know what the pipe was for. I did not know the purpose of the pipe which is why I hired what I thought was a licensed plumber.
It turns out the young man is not individually licensed but comes under the license of Valley Plumbing.
The result, there was a flood. Valley Plumbing is coming to correct the install. They will not make good on replacing the cabinet floor. They informed me that there would have been an extra charge to connect the air conditioning pipe to the drain. I don't dispute this.I just maintain that they should not have done the install if they didn't know what they were doing completely. The sink was connected without the pipe. I would not recommend them at all based on this recent experience.

We had several contractors come look at our problem that we thought were termites. One termite ""expert"" took a look and said yes its definitely termites and for $2500 he will drill holes in the floor of kitchen and pump in 15 gallons of poison to kill them all. Another contractor came in and wanted to charge $6,000 to tear out a wall and redo all the plumbing. We called Valley and they knew immediately what the problem was. No termites, only a leaking cold water pipe under the kitchen sink behind the wall. They cut into the wall and patched up the leaking pipe. It looks just like new now and cost only a small fraction of the original bids. Highly recommend them.
