Recommended Customer Reviews

The problem with well-established companies is that they can, perhaps unknowingly, over time, become disinterested in listening to their repeat customer's wants and needs.
Valley Plumbing has, sadly, joined that select group.
I do not accept teams (more than one) of workers in my home at the same time unless it is a necessity (this wasn't), because as a Senior, I've had my medicine cabinet ransacked, pills stolen, and other small items (hand calculators, small fossils) disappear when one person is working, and the other wanders off, asks to use the spare bathroom, needs to take a call, etc. NOTE: The thefts were NEVER by Valley Plumbing.
Valley Plumbing knows I ALWAYS request only one plumber at a time unless the job involves heavy work. I do the same with other businesses if the work is to be done inside my home, and I cannot oversee multiple employees in different rooms.
When I made this appointment, I specifically stated, twice, to only send ONE plumber. The job was small and lightweight, a simple R&R of a Fluidmaster toilet valve inside the commode tank.
I was PROMISED there would only be one plumber.
I feel I treat worker's excellently at my home. I am an excellent tipper, put on music for the worker to make the job nicer, and always give them a cold beverage as they depart.
However, my one- plumber policy is something I won't compromise because I've been robbed by workers before in my home (NOT by Valley Plumbing.)
Before the appointment time, I get a call from the plumber who tells me he is bringing an apprentice with him. The dispatcher and plumber did not follow my long-time policy, knowing they have electronic notes in their system about this, which they told me.
I now know Valley Plumbing no longer cares what me, the repeat customer, wants. I ask for one plumber, and they send two.
It is a matter of listening to the customer's instructions and needs, like asking a vendor not to park in your driveway or to wear a face mask during COVID.
Sadly, because I feel not listening to the customer is a very poor way to do business, I will no longer use Valley Plumbing after many years.
I do NOT recommend them as they did not listen to my straightforward request repeated twice!
I won't have things pilfered any more in my own home because too many workers show up, and you shouldn't want this either.
Valley Plumbing, start listening to your customers again; there is too much plumbing competition who still listens in the Coachella Valley not too.

Great service, on time for the appointment, very professional, friendly and wore their PPEs and shoe coverings. They fixed outside faucet that was leaking into the stucco of my home and were very quick to repair and no damage to the stucco. They also check my water pressure to the home. Thank you Roy and Manny!

This job was nothing short of amazing. I had the worst experience with another company and Valley was here to correct the mistakes and broken codes the other company had done in putting in a tankless water heater. They knew what they were doing and had a plan. they explained everything to me and were respectful of me and my home. The job looked clean and will done and I was amazed at the difference in attitude and workmanship. Can't say enough good things about Eric and Kevin. They were enjoying their job at it showed in their finished product. Thank you guys, I feel hopeful with a renewed since in trust for other service providers that I had lost because or the 1st company that came out. You are my new plumbing company, hands down. Thank you.

We've had Valley Plumbing come out to our house a few times and each time we were so happy to have such professional, knowledgeable service technicians fix our plumbing issues. Their customer service goes above and beyond so we highly recommend them to all our friends and family.

Called with an urgent matter and receptionist stated I would get a call soon from a plumber. 3 days later and no call from a plumber, instead I get a call asking if I still needed a plumber. If you have an urgent matter don't bother with them. They offer 24/7 receptionist answering services, not plumbing services. Good thing I didn't wait for them to get back to me. Yet, I got the matter fixed that same day by a PROFESSIONAL plumbing company.

I called on Labor Day and got quick response. Service tech James H. came Tuesday morning and by 1 o'clock Wednesday I have a new water heater. I was so impressed by everyone I had contact with. James was very aware of the Covid protocol and never took off his mask . I would recall them highly.

I asked for a quote because I want to install a whole house filter system. I had a system in mind, but wanted to listen to the ""experts"" and get their recommendations and go from there. When the tech John arrived, he was in mask and seemed knowledgeable about everything. I showed him the system and he agreed very nice, good price and would do the job. But then he started showing all kinds of other systems with water softeners, UV lights etc, but I said too complicated, too pricey. He then said OK let's checkout other things in house to make sure everything is working and started opening cabinets under my sink etc.
ok so I knew I had to pay $34 for the estimate call so I asked him to change supply lines on my 3toilets from plastic wing nuts to all stainless steal connectors. $128 OK no problem. So then the tech shows me a picture of another system that I should really consider and I said OK thinking its really time for him to leave but give me an estimate on parts and labor to install a system. Ok off he goes. I call the company that he recommended and the system they tell me is for commercial purposes, not household. So I go back to the original system and place an order which will be delivered in 1 week. I wait a couple of days and nothing from Valley Plumbing but a survey and can we help with other services? So I email company and tell them, been waiting for tech to get back to me, I have my system on order, name etc that The tech is aware of and I really need an estimate to install because I would like it installed in a week. Ok, give us a day or 2 and we will get back to you. Well 3 days later nothing, no estimate, nothing, so was I not willing to pay their mark up for a pricey system that I did not need. Mind boggling, didn't want my business, labor for job was probably going to cost around $1000, but that was not enough for them. I've never had a contractor turn down work? Just my experience so I can say will never be calling them again!
Dan the CEO of Valley plumbing reached out to me with an apology for their lack of service. They are also refunding the $128 I spent on the stainless steel supply lines for my toilets. Also, Ashley, in their office reached out to apologize for not responding to my email. I believe this is a great path to customer service and I am revising my review from 2 stars to 4 stars.

One of my tenants called and asked about a gas outage. I confirmed it with her. However she had already called Valley Plbg. They told her that her water heater was bad and shut her gas off. Also they said the heater was damaged and leaking water. We turned the gas on. The feed hose to the heater was loosend just enough to allow water to drip down the heater. We lit the heater and tightened the supply hose. No problems. Valley quoted her $2300.00 for replacement and repairs. Total rip off by plumbers who work on commision.Do not use

Daniel B was excellent, courteous and very professional. He replaced two faucets efficiently, and are in good working order. He followed all COVID protocols and left the bathroom spotless. We appreciate his work.
We do NOT appreciate the extremely high price of $580 for labor only! It was shocking and we regret not getting an estimate before making an appointment and not checking their Yelp reviews. Valley Plumbing was recommended to us from a friend who owns commercial property. We purchased the faucets from Build.com at less than 1/2 the price of labor. We were incorrect to assume a reasonable fee for this simple installation.
Unfortunate situation that left us feeling ripped off. Next job will go to DVS Plumbing.

I would not recommending this Company""Valley Plumbing"",they over charged me for the parts and labor...they fixed my 2 water connector and shut off valve for my water heater In less than 30 minutes for $568.00?? I will not call them for any kind of service anymore!(parts its just less than $200 at Ferguson)
