Valley Plumbing helped me tremendously. Specifically Robert M who took the time to search for a less expensive product that I needed. I was in need of having 3 motion sensored automatic toilets installed in my home. Robert M visited my home to assess the existing bathroom setups and asked me to give him some time to search for a less expensive product. A week or so later he found one. I purchased 3 of them and Robert installed them for a very reasonable price. If Robert had not taken the time to do some research for me, I would have paid the ""other"" excessive price. Also, their dispatch personnel was very friendly and helpful, having all my profile information at their fingertips for the many calls I made into them. I will definately use Valley Plumbing again.

They changed ownership a few years ago and ever since they charge by the job not by the hour...most services easily tripled. Overcharge my one shame on you..do it again shame on me.

I called Valley Plumbing for a quote for a toilet repair. The pipes in the bathroom were making a high pitch sound; the toilet over-flowed twice in the past two weeks and left a large amount of water on the floor and the toilet was ""running."" Isais came out the following day. He said that we needed many parts replaced in our tank to resolve the problems. He quoted $1200+ to replace the needed parts. He also quoted $1,217.27 to replace the toilet and install it. We got a second opinion and quote from another plumbing company and had the repair done for $185.00!! Obliviously, we didn't need a new toilet. We needed a ""snake"" to unclog the toilet drain and, a new ""flapper"" in the tank. Isaias misdiagnosed the cause of the problems that we were experiencing.

Not very happy about the service. He checked out a shower head leaking problem and left in about 30 minutes said he would get back to me with an estimate. After several calls I finally recieved the estimate - 3 weeks later! The worst part was that it was just one number - no detail - no explanation if parts were going to be needed - no mention as to the work to be performed. Just one number - $6,500!!!

Called Valley Plumbing because they were close to where my elderly father lives. They came pretty quickly to look at the knob in his shower. They weren't there very long and quoted my dad a price of over $2200 to fix the problem and said it would be a 2 day job! Called my plumber who is our neighbor and he fixed it same day for $120.00 including the part. He was there about 40 minutes. If you have any questions about your quotes from this company, please seek a second opinion!

I spoke with the office who agreed to take 296 off and credit me back. Customer service has been good with the office. I appreciate that they reached out and did some adjustment. I would suggest getting multiple quotes before making a decision.

My older home was in need of multiple repairs and upgrades. The service from Valley Plumbing was excellent from start to finish! Amy in the office was friendly and helpful and had patience with my multitude of questions. Michael came out and looked at everything, providing me with lots of information, explaining all of my options on each project and providing detailed estimates for each of those options. As I made choices on items to purchase for installation, both Michael and Amy were extremely informative and knowledgeable; again taking time to answer my questions and explain things - including details I didn't even know to ask! Michael and Danny have completed several different projects for me now -- efficiently and effectively. They also showed respect for my home; wearing shoe coverings each time they entered the house and leaving each area they worked in cleaner than they found it. GREAT SERVICE!

We needed our water softener system checked out and David came on time and gave me a good education on my system and adjusted settings. He also looked at my tankless system and recommended that the system needs yearly servicing to avoid future problems. Good advice and great service.
