I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to. Extremely poor customer service.
I have used them for all my A/C needs for years but will not be using them ever again.
Sales manager is very insensitive.

I recently moved to Fresno and purchased a home. I had seen Valley Air Conditioning as a sponsor of the PBS show ""My Job Depends on Ag"" so when I needed my A/C units serviced I called Valley Air. They sent a technician out that was friendly and knowledgeable. He discussed my units with me and was a professional in every way. As luck would have it one of my units went out and needed to be replaced. Once again I called Valley Air Conditioning & Repair and they sent out another friendly and professional salesman to give me a price on a new unit. We agreed on a fair price and with in 3 days two Valley Air employees showed up and installed my new unit. These guys were clean, friendly and professional. My unit was installed the same day (August) and my home is cool again.
I will trust all of my Air conditioning needs to Valley Air Conditioning and Repair. Their staff was well trained and provided outstanding service.

The team at Valley Air Repair worked hard to replace our three outdated and struggling HVAC systems. They provided us with a competitive proposal in a timely manner and delivered the completed systems with professionalism and quality workmanship. The Trane systems that they installed are the new variable speed heat pump systems that have been nothing short of impressive. We recommend VAR and their team without hesitation. Yesterday we came home from a trip and turned on our AC and were not happy to hear the sound of silence! Since I was throwing a party today, time was of the essence. Peter and his co-worker arrived this morning and in an hour's time had diagnosed the faulty thermostat, installed another, and has us feeling cool air again. The guys were professional and kind and we were very pleased.

Valley Air is an excellent company. Simon has been a pleasure to deal with and is very trustworthy.

We've had several jobs done in the last few years. We had our HVAC system replaced with an upgrade to add our garage. We also had our home thermally balanced by adding additional ducts to the warmer parts of our home.

Our 20-year-old evaporative cooling system broke down and Simon recommended we repair it instead of replacing it, saving us thousands of dollars.

We recently added an evaporative cooling system to our barn.
Simon was great in his assessment of these projects. He is technically astute when sizing up the scope of the job and the type of system needed. Valley Air employees are very well trained, polite, and professional. They call before they come, arrive on time, and complete the work as scheduled.

I would highly recommend Valley Air for your HVAC (cooling) needs.

Excellent service and Albert was pretty cool too. Got a great qoute to install 2 toilets and scheduling was very easy. After the work was completed Albert just showed me a few concerns regarding the work area but overall he did a fantastic job.
