Eddie M. came out to clean out my dryer vent and was AMAZING! Not only is my dryer working better but he even saved a lizard that was stuck in the dryer vent! His professionalism and customer service was top notch! I was grateful for his knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service. Our dryer was not working & our vent runs from the ground to the roof & was clogged. Mr. Eddie Montoya explained to us that due to having moisture from the steam dryer was one of the problems. He was very professional and answered all our questions. He gave us safety tips that we were unaware of and advised us on how to properly maintain our dryer. He was very fast & professional & his customer service was excellent. I recommend & will be using Valley Air Conditioning Repair in the future.

I had a horrible experience VAR. I paid in advance for a spring and fall service ($149) of my evaporate cooler. Within 2 months of the May service, the system completely broke down. After several days, finally got a tech to come out and determine the problem. Said I would need to replace belt and bearings; could not repair at that time; would get back to me with estimate. With no further communication after a week, I began calling the office. Was told Simon would need to call me with estimate; left a message. To date, have never heard from Simon. Several calls and e-mail later, talked to Holly who excused their non-action by saying they were too busy and told me the repair costs would be $495. Called another company (Kasner Heating and Cooling); received same day service and repair; didn't need to replace belt or bearings; had to repair bearing sleeve because prior tech had left off a bolt and the sleeve had slipped off. Cooler has been operating well since. Called office; talked to Holly; requested refund of original service fee ($149). At first she agreed to refund my money, then said she would have to get the refund approved. Still waiting for a response. Bottom line, unless you have a major job in which VAR can soak you for a lot of money, don't expect quality service or good communication from this company. THEY'RE JUST TOO BUSY! Lil

no heart for a dying man with cancer. Brother has about 2 week to live and Valley ac could not make room for an service to get moms ac fixed .of even try .They did not even check to see if they could juggle appointments for a dying man . Just a straight up No can do today.

Just had a new Trane heat pump system installed and it was a real pleasure to work with Simon & his crew. Simon was very thorough in assessing my situation and his quote had everything spelled out. When you are spending this much money, you need to have everything spelled out because surprises are not fun. VAR crew showed up on time for my scheduled date and they were very polite, knowledgeable, & professional. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for the other 1/2 of my house when the old unit needs to be replaced.

Valley Air installed our new unit about 7 months ago and did a terrific job. They were responsive, efficient and professional. We purchased their maintenance package for twice a year maintenance of our HVAC units, We are very pleased with the efficiency of the process, the professionalism of the staff, and their expertise and experience. Ryan was our technician and he was very prompt, friendly and skilled. This is really a great, local business, and one that we highly recommend.
