Mckenzie, Is a one man shell. There is no other plumbers associated with this website. He passes himself off as a list and bonded. When I needed his license for the permits for the city. He was unable to produce them. the waterheater was removed and open pipes and he left the job. That way. I had to scramble to get a new. Plumber to put the water heater ran and the pipes back together. Do not use this guy. He's a flake.

Our 11 yr old Water Heater finally called it quits on a cold December morning. I called Vallejo Plumbers (Mackenzie), He explained to me the lifespan of a water heater and asked me for some details about our old water heater. I took some pictures of our old water heater and sent it to him for reference. I made an appointment with Mackenzie for the following day, He arrived on time, replaced our water heater, upgraded to code our water heater fixtures. He also checked some of our water faucet (per my request) for future replacement. He gave me tips on maintenance of the water heater. He's friendly, knowledgeable, extremely professional and very efficient. The price he quoted us was very fair & reasonable. I will definitely contact him again for our plumbing needs.

Talked to Mackenzie last Tuesday and he said he had an opening to come by and give me an estimate the following Tuesday at 9am. Well I waited for him to come by and he never showed up. Never called, never heard anything. Must be nice to waste peoples time. If he can't show up for an estimate I doubt he would show up for the actual job.

On Friday, Jan.7th, I noticed a lot of water running down my garage floor. Our water heater had died a horrid death and leaked water all over. After contacting our home owners insurance, I Googled looking for local plumbers. My husband and myself are new to the area and I prefer to hire local. Vallejo Plumbers had really good reviews so I placed a call. McKenzie called within minutes of receiving my voice mail. My husband told him what had happened and just by that information, McKenzie pretty much knew what needed to be done and gave us a quote. He asked us for photos to be sure he understood everything we needed and he said he would come by the day. He texted in the morning to make sure it was still ok to come and was at our house by 10 am. He was knowledgeable in plumbing and straight forward. He was also very genuine and just a nice guy. Our new water heater was in place in about an hour and he explained everything to my husband and then called me into the laundry room to make sure he explained everything to me. He even installed a better shut off that would be easier from me to use. We will be calling McKenzie for future repairs and already gave him a heads up for one of our upcoming remodels. You won't be disappointed.
