I wish I could give 10 stars to Mackenzie of Vallejo Plumbers. He responded immediately, and text me his information as soon as we hung up.
He was on time and followed my request of texting me when he arrived so I could put my dogs in the other room. He was masked, friendly and most of all efficient...he DID what he said he would do. I am extremely pleased that this unfortunate pumbing situation led us to Mackenzie. He is my go-to plumbing guy from now on!

We have now had Mackenzie out for the 2nd time for urgent issue. He was able to come pretty quickly, replacing our water heater as well as almost 50 yo pipes with manageable & easy to maintain valves. This weekend, a clogged toilet & badly leaking washer brought out again, quickly. The toilet was a tough one but he got it! The washer, with same old pipes, now has new & easy to manage valves. With 2 toddlers in our house the loss of these things could make life hard so we're very appreciative for the quick response, the quality of workmanship we can rely on & easy to use valves. Mackenzie was very professional, gave us info on maintenance & got in there & got it done. Prices each time very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I had a major leak in the front of my house, and McKenzie correctly identified the problem and saved me thousands of dollars by not going with the bid from another local company. From now on, he will the man I would call when I need a plumbing service.

Mac came out to replace two bathroom faucets and did a great job. He finished in less than two hours and replace the p-trap and connections as well. Will definitely contact him again for any plumbing needed

Mackenzie has replaced two toilets for us over the past several years and today he replaced our very old water heater. He's always prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and so far we haven't had any problems with the work done. He takes the recommended Covid precautions and is easy to work with. Highly recommend!

McKenzie came ready to assess and do the work. He came in full Covid-19 gear and did not let the heat bother him. What was a plus, is his knowledge of plumbing issues with Victorian homes. He spent time with us explaining the issues and proving that the plumbing was working efficiently: great customer service! He cleaned after himself and the area where he performed the work.
Definitely, he is being added to my favorite contact list.

Mackenzie was on time, even early. That is rare these days. The downside is that he left our bathroom in a mess. The bathtub, my shower curtain, the floor and my vanity had nasty black dirt everywhere. Is clean up part of the job? He replaced my faucet and it doesn't work properly (the pop-up stopper won't stay down). I'll have to hire another plumber to come out tomorrow. It cost $425 to replace two bathroom sink valves, a bathroom faucet and to snake one drain.
