McKenzie Plumbing redid my botched Benicia Plumbing hot water tank installation for far less what I intially paid. The American Standard tank Benicia Plumbing uses is the industry lowest standard product. The Benicia plumber used a water valve in place fornthe gas line and used a stainless steel coupler to connect a brass fitting.

I called before 8am on a Monday and McKenzie answered my call immediately. I explained to him that I needed an emergency repairs done under my bathroom sink and replacing the hose bibs in front and rear of my house as well as some other plumbing projects I haven't had time to get to. McKenzie asked that I text him pictures of what I needed done and he'd pick up the parts he needed on his way to my house. I sent him pics and he mentioned that since I was catching up on these maintenance items he suggested that I replace the pressure regulator valve next to the shutoff valve he believes high pressure may have caused my braided supply line under my sink to burst. Since I'm the original owner and knew that high water pressure is an issue in our neighborhood I appreciate his suggestion and agreed that was a good idea to have it all done at once. McKenzie was very professional, knowledgeable and very efficient and cleaned up well before he left. Great value for the price, the emergency repair was complete and getting everything else done in a half day after years of putting things off I was very pleased to finally have everything done. FIVE STARS?

I had to replace several 1980's Angle Stops. One by one they all started leaking (over the years). Several previous plumbers had difficult issues with them. Mckenzie, Is a one man shell. There is no other plumbers associated with this website. He passes himself off as a list and bonded. When I needed his license for the permits for the city. He was unable to produce them. the waterheater was removed and open pipes and he left the job. That way. I had to scramble to get a new. Plumber to put the water heater ran and the pipes back together. Do not use this guy. He's a flake.

I took some pictures of our old water heater and sent it to him for reference. I made an appointment with Mackenzie for the following day, He arrived on time, replaced our water heater, upgraded to code our water heater fixtures. He also checked some of our water faucet (per my request) for future replacement. He gave me tips on maintenance of the water heater.
