This rating is strictly based on phone/ estimate experience. I did not end up using this company, so I cannot comment on whether they do good work or not.

First off, super nice on the phone and the gentleman who answered assured me someone would be out to the house in about 30 minutes. The tech showed up in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The price for parts and a15 minute fix seemed a little pricey, but I get it, things costs a little more in emergency situations. I had another person coming out for a quote and was about to cancel because I just wanted it done. My next question changed my mind.

I asked if they took credit cards and the tech said ""yes, for a fee"". Ok, it cost money to run credit cards and even though it technically is illegal to charge fees for use since last year, if billed as an admin fee, companies can get away with it. I asked how much, he pauses for a bit and says $20.... a twenty dollar charge to use a cc? That's a 10% charge on a repair! I asked why the charge was so high and he just chuckled. I think considering how expensive repairs are, people aren't going to have hundreds of dollars laying around and would need to use a cc. I started to feel a little weird about the transaction so I waited for the second company, which I ended up going through. I'm sure this company does great work, but after possibly spending hundreds of dollars, I think it is ridiculous to charge an additional large fee to use a cc.

This place is great! When my home warranty couldn't find anyone after over 24 hours - Valice came to the rescue. They were able to come right away and took care of our problem.

The response was quick (I booked the visit while on hold for the x time with home warranty trying to get them to hire someone who would show up). Nice guy and fair pricing!

We had such a great experience. I contacted them late night for a quote. I got a response within ten mins.. they were able to come the next morning actually the owner came , he gave us a free estimate he was not pushy about getting the service done with them .. we agreed with the price, the job was done well and in a timely manner.. very professional honest company.. I do recommend and will definitely call them if we have any other issues in the near future... thank you

My tub was clogged last night and I know absolutely NOTHING about plumbing. I put out a request for a quote to 3 different businesses. One did not respond at all, the other had no time to fit me in. Valentine from Valice Plumbing responded within 5 MINUTES reassuring me that someone would be sent out early this morning.
When Enrique showed up, he was professional, clear to the point, and completely honest of what was going on with our plumbing. He also went right to work, walking out in the rain, and finishing the job within 30 minutes. I am honestly so grateful. He was amazing! This company is thorough, professional, and quick to respond to answer all of my questions. I also researched prices for this same service online and I honestly expected to pay so much more. Super reasonable prices, quick service and excellent service. I will never go to another plumber. Stockton needs you, Valice Plumbing! Thank you again!

I asked for a price to replace a wax ring on a toilet. Scheduled a time for 9am. Last minute I had to reschedule for 11am. Was accommodating came out gave me a price and left. No pressure. Thanks

I had a break in plumbing in my back yard and it was flooding fairly quickly. We turned off the water and called several places. Noone was available for that day except this place. The man on the phone spoke with me and stated there would be no charge for coming and giving us a quote and no obligation. I needed someone that day so I said yes, a young man come. In guessing, it was the son of the owner. We dug the hole found the leak and he told us he would charge $250 for a freaking cap. The other other solution, would be to move the sprinkle pipes over, since it was right by a tree stump. So later if we remove the stump it would not happen again. That was a $420 charge. He said if we didn't do any of the work there would be a $120 charge for coming out. I wanted my water back on and agreed to fix it right way. Paid the $420 but the moron did not fix the problem. He just capped it about one yard out. It took him 20 mins for the whole job. That man has some serious communication problems. What he explain to us was NOT at all the job he performed. Instead we paid for a cap that probably cost $2.
When people are in dire need, I hate when other people take advantage. It's just wrong.

Woke up this morning to a cold shower. Messaged around on yelp for a plumber and Valice got back to me in less than 10 minutes. I made the appointment for the same day. Guillermo came over and was pleasant & very knowledgeable (because I'm a curious person & ask a lot of questions). First time homeowner, so this was new to us. Guillermo did an awesome job! And the price was fair. Thank you for saving the day!
