I had a clogged something. I had no idea I just knew I needed a Plummer. I was scared to call a plumber because I thought it was going to cost me an arm and leg. Well valentine came and got straight to it he had to go up the roof and unclogged it thru there because I have no clean out line so that was extra charge whitch I totally understand. I recommend him 100% I think he is responsible with pricing. I payed 250. Like I said it would have been 150 but he had to go to the roof and that was 100 extra which I understand. But I know that pricing changes so dont expect to pay that years from now lol. Iys just a reference do you can kinda see what you'll spend with valentine. But yah totally worth it.

Incredible service! Replaced my old water heater with new Tankless water heater. Valentine was honest, extremely fair and very affordable. His experience and knowledge were impressive. Mr. Navarro came and checked out our clogged toilet. After walking around the house to look for the cause of the problem, he figured out that it was the city sewer. He advised my husband to call the city, as it was a city problem and we would have gotten the issue resolved for free. He was very helpful, we would have never figured out the problem if he didn't point it out. The problem was resolved without hurting our wallets. We appreciate Mr. Navarro's honesty and professional knowledge. I would definitely highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

This rating is strictly based on phone/ estimate experience. I did not end up using this company, so I cannot comment on whether they do good work or not.

First off, super nice on the phone and the gentleman who answered assured me someone would be out to the house in about 30 minutes. The tech showed up in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The price for parts and a15 minute fix seemed a little pricey, but I get it, things costs a little more in emergency situations. I had another person coming out for a quote and was about to cancel because I just wanted it done. My next question changed my mind.

I asked if they took credit cards and the tech said ""yes, for a fee"". Ok, it cost money to run credit cards and even though it technically is illegal to charge fees for use since last year, if billed as an admin fee, companies can get away with it. I asked how much, he pauses for a bit and says $20.... a twenty dollar charge to use a cc? That's a 10% charge on a repair! I asked why the charge was so high and he just chuckled. I think considering how expensive repairs are, people aren't going to have hundreds of dollars laying around and would need to use a cc. I started to feel a little weird about the transaction so I waited for the second company, which I ended up going through. I'm sure this company does great work, but after possibly spending hundreds of dollars, I think it is ridiculous to charge an additional large fee to use a cc.

This place is great! When my home warranty couldn't find anyone after over 24 hours - Valice came to the rescue. They were able to come right away and took care of our problem.

The response was quick (I booked the visit while on hold for the x time with home warranty trying to get them to hire someone who would show up). Nice guy and fair pricing!

We had such a great experience. I contacted them late night for a quote. I got a response within ten mins.. they were able to come the next morning actually the owner came , he gave us a free estimate he was not pushy about getting the service done with them .. we agreed with the price, the job was done well and in a timely manner.. very professional honest company.. I do recommend and will definitely call them if we have any other issues in the near future... thank you

My tub was clogged last night and I know absolutely NOTHING about plumbing. I put out a request for a quote to 3 different businesses. One did not respond at all, the other had no time to fit me in. Valentine from Valice Plumbing responded within 5 MINUTES reassuring me that someone would be sent out early this morning.
When Enrique showed up, he was professional, clear to the point, and completely honest of what was going on with our plumbing. He also went right to work, walking out in the rain, and finishing the job within 30 minutes. I am honestly so grateful. He was amazing! This company is thorough, professional, and quick to respond to answer all of my questions. I also researched prices for this same service online and I honestly expected to pay so much more. Super reasonable prices, quick service and excellent service. I will never go to another plumber. Stockton needs you, Valice Plumbing! Thank you again!
