Valice Plumbing Sewer & Drain Cleaning company is a straight forward company. The owner, Val is very straight forward no surprise fees and does the job by the books.

I sent an inquiry from several plumbing company through Yelp. Believe me when I say you have to weed them out. It's easy to do so- when the plumber asked you, the customer to call instead of give you a quote. When the plumber asked. why do you ask about getting a city permit and says you don't need a city permit. So when asked what's your price to replace a water heater the plumber gives you a price with a caveat I may have to charge you more when I get there. ""WHAT?"" Runaway quick!!!

Val stepped up to the plate. He gave a definite price came in such short notice. I love that it's a husband and wife team. Both were very professional. Hard workers. They came shortly after finishing a job in Lodi. Upon arrival showed paper works. After a couple of hours or so the job was done. Exceptional Job! Do check them out for your plumbing needs.

Just needed my main drain cleared. It's an older home with older plumbing. I do this about once a year and my plumber retired so I tried this company and was not displeased.

Mr. Navarro removed a 25 year old barely working gas water heater. He installed a new tankless water heater and updated some pipes to ensure that it worked smoothly. His installation was professional and his pricing was fair. He arrived on time, he was professional, cleaned up behind himself and I am confident that his installation is perfect! He guaranteed his installation. I am extremely satisfied with his services and will use him in the future. I will highly recommend him with confidence.

Had a house inspector go through the house and they didn't replace the doors on my water heater. The pilot light went out. Valice Plumbing was able to come out on a Sunday and relight it. I had no idea what I was doing. Very nice and helpful in showing me how to light it myself in the future. Very reasonably priced. Would use them again for sure.

Flaked on appointment twice! Wish they kept the word, and were a bit more dependable. I had good experience the first time but this time they have been flaky.

I had a clogged something. I had no idea I just knew I needed a Plummer. I was scared to call a plumber because I thought it was going to cost me an arm and leg. Well valentine came and got straight to it he had to go up the roof and unclogged it thru there because I have no clean out line so that was extra charge whitch I totally understand. I recommend him 100% I think he is responsible with pricing. I payed 250. Like I said it would have been 150 but he had to go to the roof and that was 100 extra which I understand. But I know that pricing changes so dont expect to pay that years from now lol. Iys just a reference do you can kinda see what you'll spend with valentine. But yah totally worth it.

Incredible service! Replaced my old water heater with new Tankless water heater. Valentine was honest, extremely fair and very affordable. His experience and knowledge were impressive. Mr. Navarro came and checked out our clogged toilet. After walking around the house to look for the cause of the problem, he figured out that it was the city sewer. He advised my husband to call the city, as it was a city problem and we would have gotten the issue resolved for free. He was very helpful, we would have never figured out the problem if he didn't point it out. The problem was resolved without hurting our wallets. We appreciate Mr. Navarro's honesty and professional knowledge. I would definitely highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

This rating is strictly based on phone/ estimate experience. I did not end up using this company, so I cannot comment on whether they do good work or not.

First off, super nice on the phone and the gentleman who answered assured me someone would be out to the house in about 30 minutes. The tech showed up in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The price for parts and a15 minute fix seemed a little pricey, but I get it, things costs a little more in emergency situations. I had another person coming out for a quote and was about to cancel because I just wanted it done. My next question changed my mind.

I asked if they took credit cards and the tech said ""yes, for a fee"". Ok, it cost money to run credit cards and even though it technically is illegal to charge fees for use since last year, if billed as an admin fee, companies can get away with it. I asked how much, he pauses for a bit and says $20.... a twenty dollar charge to use a cc? That's a 10% charge on a repair! I asked why the charge was so high and he just chuckled. I think considering how expensive repairs are, people aren't going to have hundreds of dollars laying around and would need to use a cc. I started to feel a little weird about the transaction so I waited for the second company, which I ended up going through. I'm sure this company does great work, but after possibly spending hundreds of dollars, I think it is ridiculous to charge an additional large fee to use a cc.
