Vince and his team were great - fast, professional, and very courtesous. We had them run a new gas line from the meter to a new cooktop and out to a grill. They also corrected a few safety issues at the furnace. Very happy with the quality of work and timeliness.

I love this company and highly recommend them! They are straight forward, and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me since I know nothing about plumbing. The reason I mention this is because I have felt that way calling other plumbing companies.

Val Betti was super professional and cool all the way through. Ryan, showed up on time, and could have told me that I needed to replace my water heater. That was a cost I could not afford at this time.

He checked everything, and replaced a nipple valve and something else which I can't remember now, which cost me very little in comparison a couple hundred dollars instead of a couple thousand dollars.

While he was here he fixed my hot water pressure in the shower faucet, the water heater, and my bathroom sink clog. He was wonderful! The kind of individual you would want in your home. Ryan is very knowledgable, professional, and kind. Val Betti is my plumber from now on, and when I do need to replace my water heater I'll be calling them.

New house for us, but an old house built in 1941. Jason came and installed shut off valves and other things. Not only was he extremely professional, clean, well mannered, but he also did the work so thoroughly. He communicated to me what he had done and how I would handle each of the situations if something happened, such as an earthquake. What I particularly appreciate about this guy is his friendliness and high level of communication. I don't expect it from everyone that comes by the house to do some sort of repair or upgrade. But it is a huge bonus and speaks well to the company. I hope they let him know the value of customer relations and exceptional work.

I want everyone who needs a plumber to know that by calling this company, Val Betti, they're going in the right direction. My wife and I had just moved into an apartment and we encountered plumbing issues within the first day. After contacting property manager who contacted the landlord we ended up getting a call from this Val Betti plumbing... great... never heard of em... this is an apartment owned by someone else so I was only mildly interested, I just wanted the problems to be resolved. The last thing I expected was to be doing what I'm doing now which is taking time out of my day to write a review for someone else's responsibility repair.. but, this company very much impressed me! The plumber that had been assigned to our unit repairs (Ryan) was unbelievably courteous, knowledgeable and Professional. He did not try to up sell the landlord, he simply identified what the problems were and provided options for repairs. He identified what he recommended for immediate repairs and what he recommended for repairs but wasn't urgent. The guy was one of those people you'd want as a neighbor. Very, very impressed with this company.

I noticed my water heater leaking and contacted Val Betti Plumbing late on Thursday afternoon. Vince was great!! A phone conversation, and a couple of pictures sent via phone text and it was decided that water heater should be replaced. Bright and early the next morning, Vince showed up with Daniel and my new water heater was installed quickly and efficiently!! My new heater is great!!! I get hotter water and more quickly than from my old heater and I couldn't be happier with the work that Val Betti Plumbing did!!!!

I needed a bathroom faucet replaced and Val Betti was recommend by Mike's Appliances. I called them and set up an appointment with them. They sent Ryan to do the job. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He had to work with my 50 year old pipes but he did a great job quickly and cleanly. I will definitely use them again.

We called Val Betti Plumbing back in May 2018 when we were in the process of selling our home and our sewer line decided to become clogged. First, let me say why they should get 1 star. Because we called and they did get someone out there pretty quickly. But after that, the quality ends. They sent their technician to come snake the line. He only brought a 100ft snake and said if that didn't work, we'd end up needing them to come out and jet our like aka run an expensive power washer line down the clear out for an insanely amount of money. Fast forward 4 months and this minor issue ended up costing us $11,000.

Where Val Betti went wrong: before jetting the line, they should have used a longer snake to see that the clog was pretty much all the way up to the main line which was 125 ft in. By jetting the line they actually made it worse (confirmed by another plumbing company we used for the final fix.) The jetted just ended up compacting the clog so bad that the new plumber could not even get past it with a longer snake. But Val Betti couldn't even diagnose the problem and tried to then refer us to another criminal plumbing company called Bill's Underground.

Bottom line: most plumbing companies are a racketeering job and Val Betti was no exception. We ended up having to replace the entire line because it was so jam packed from the job we received from Val Betti when we could have gotten a simple fix and found a plumber with a longer snake.

Ryan quoted a fair price, offered professional advice, and completed the work in a short time. Communicating with Val Betti Plumbing is easy because they employ staff in their office who answer calls in timely, provide information, and schedule appointments. I will use their services again, and I am happy to have a reliable plumber in my neighborhood.
