Our old in-wall gas heater started leaking and we needed a joint replaced. We had a hard time finding someone willing to take the job. It took a phone call and about 2.5 days for the technician to come out and replace the part. He also pointed out an issue with the pilot light, showed me the estimate, and fixed it as part of the appointment. The technician (I didn't get his name) was polite and professional, including wearing a mask and taking other COVID-19 precautions. I would gladly hire Val Betti for future plumbing issues.

This place is a life saver. I actually called them last year for an old heater i thought was dead and the guy came in and fixed my heater quickly and the price was too good to be true.

I had an urgent matter this time with both my wall heaters and looked for a local company and didn't realize it was the same company until they returned my call and knew my address. Well again AMAZING. I sent an email on a Tuesday and was called that next morning with an open slot within the hour. Again superb i had an old heater spark right up and a replaced thermostat within an hour and again the cost was too good to be true. So good i dare not mention it. :)

This will always be my go to company for my heating needs. the cost is great and they are super responsive.

I had an appt. window between 8 and noon. As I chatted on phone that morning, the Val Betti truck rolled by, My plumber exercised all measures to ensure safety while evaluating my issue. After determining what the problem was, he wanted to give me a cost of the repairs but given that it was my toilet with a leak issue, I told him to just go ahead and fix it. He fixed the leak/made sure that the problem was resolved several times after the work was completed. Not only was he quick, he left no mess, and let me know what was happening along the way. He was very professional/personable and just a real nice guy. When he left I felt completely assured that this is one issue I won't have to deal with again or at least for a very longtime. I've used Val Betti before and I see their truck in my neighborhood a lot so they are certainly trusted and valued in my community. Thanks to my plumber (I should have gotten his name but I was so happy he showed up I forgot!) and thanks to Val Betti!!!!

Val Betti dispatched someone to my house same-day to fix my wall heater. Ryan was professional, on time and went above and beyond the initial repair to make sure my wall heater worked great. He took all COVID-19 precautions and fixed my heater efficiently. I would definitely recommend them!

We just replaced our kitchen sink and countertop, and Val Betti replaced our old galvanized pipes with copper, moved the plumbing from wall to deck mount, put in shutoff valves, lowered our drain, and hooked up the new sink. They were great! They're responsive, organized, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and honest. And nice! They went out of their way to help us out when we had delays. I absolutely recommend them!
