The plumber was nice, professional, and honest - he didn't upsell us on some fancier garbage disposal and recommended the base model for our needs. Fixed it quickly and it was clear he took pride in his work and his craft. Overall - I was very impressed with Val Betti and would call these folks back for any plumbing need.

Had an issue with fluctuating water pressure in our house, called Val Betti based on Yelp reviews. They were able to get appt in about a week and were very responsive, even calling to confirm the appt beforehand twice. Plumber was super nice, very professional, quickly able to ascertain and articulate the problem and my options to fix it. Fixed it right on the spot, I even asked on-the-fly if he (they) could check out our water heater, and he said no problem and was able to accommodate. He replaced our pressure valve and even installed a new hose faucet as a courtesy, and also cleaned/flushed our tankless water heater -- all in a single 4 hour visit. I would definitely recommend Val Betti again and they will be my go to plumber from now on!

Kitchen sink stopped draining at a super busy time: a messy, disruptive situation with available plumbing appointments about a week out. Made an appointment with Melissa at Val Betti and prepared for the worst. A couple of days later she called back to say she had a cancellation -- a plumber could be here in 20 minutes. Welcome news! Ryan was knowledgeable, quick, completely prepared, personable, super neat and tidy. Also, he observed all the pandemic protocols, which was great. He fixed the problem right away, and provided detailed maintenance instructions. I really appreciated how professionally he handled everything, and that despite the messy situation, my kitchen was left perfectly clean. Five Stars service!

We've had a problem with our water pressure for a couple of years since another plumber changed our pressure regulator. We had another plumber look at it recently who only made it worse. We called Val Betti, and Ryan came out to look at it. He quickly checked the pressure and explained the problem, adjusted the pressure for the house and specifically at one of our faucets that was especially bad. He was so nice and professional! I wish we had called Val Betti years ago and we'll certainly call them from now on.

Wow! John is a Grohe expert and top professional with many years of experience. He easily replaced my broken Grohe pull-out kitchen spray hose. Before it broke, it was difficult to pull out and now it's smooth as silk!

The Grohe vanity sink stopper was not working. Grohe sent the replacement part to me, but John didn't need it. He quickly identified the problem and added a simple part to secure the connection.

Melissa was also great with scheduling. I had to cancel my first appointment and Melissa proactively scheduled me for the next opening.

The whole experience was a pleasure.
