This is the second time we have used Val Betti Plumbing. Very knowledgeable, professional and willing to help in anyway to be sure the customer is satisfied before finishing the job.
The plumber helped us with replacing the hot and cold defective water valves for the clothe dryer. They replaced them in a timely manner and connected the new washer and dryer. We are very happy with their service. We highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

We liked how our job was done, starting with a less expensive faucet cartridge replacement, then with a more expensive replacement of galvanized piping with copper piping. Problem solved! Front office was very communicative and friendly, too.

Val Betti provided exceptional, clean and precise quality service. They had to cut into a wall to run a new line, once done they replaced the wall and you can't even tell they were there. we had a recirculating pump installed today. (love it! no more wasted water waiting for the hot water) The entire process was fantastic..from making the appointment thr the installation. Vince took my order. He was knowledgeable and kind. He was able to schedule two days after the call.
John arrived on time for the installation. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, respectful and efficient. He even made a special trip to his office to pick up an additional part that we decided on once he was here. I highly recommend Val Betti Plumbing. We've used them to install a water heater as well as for plumbing emergencies and are always satisfied. If I could give them more stars, I would!

Val Betti Plumbing provided exceptional service. We had them install a new kitchen sink faucet, move and install a new garbage disposal, run a new gas line to our new cooktop (coordinated with Mike's Appliances), replace our water heater, replace an existing driveway faucet, and replace/install two bathroom faucets and under sink pipes. Val's prices are reasonable and well below that if other plumbing companies. We highly recommend them.

Am very pleased with Mitch from Val Betti Plumbing. Excellent workmanship; in fact, very beautiful work (valve installation for gray water system plus new caulking around kitchen sink). Mitch is also knowledgable, courteous and kind. Both Mitch and Val (who came for a cost estimate - very reasonable) were respectful of the house by wearing shoe covers when they came indoors. The company is run in a super efficient way with fast response time and service. And we also praise Melissa who runs an organized front office, Vince who makes staffing decisions, and Jeff who came out to assess leak issues. What a great family-run business!
