We had a water pipe break in the wall. Called Ronald L Vail plumbing because they advertised as 24/7. There was no answer, but we did receive a recording indicating they would back to us. After a long wait and no response from Vail plumbing, we called another plumber. The other plumber responded immediately and repaired our problem. If I could rate this company with a negative star,I would. Good luck to anyone that uses them for a plumbing emergency.

The poorest customer service I've ever experienced. My kitchen sink looked as if it was repaired by Vail, but a few weeks later the leak returned. Simply calling to tell the company about the issue turned into one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a repair company ever. The receptionist woman blamed me for the leak returning and refused to give a time frame the technician would be back out, for the following week. Even after I explained that I'll need to let my job know a time frame so I can take the time off. After I told her she shouldn't blame a customer for Vail's error and should instead apologize for the inconvenience She then hung up twice, refusing to give me a time frame. When I called back, she lied about hanging up then blamed me for hanging up. After everything that went wrong that day with Vail, the technician arrives to my home that same day, without notifying me they were coming. It's hard to believe companies are operating with employees and technicians who have terrible customer service at this level. If it were possible to give a lower rating I would.

Did business with Vail plumbing this morning. I was greeted with Mr Mark & Mr Jed . Both professional. Both knowledgeable. My situation was solved . And I'm a happy camper!!! Thank You Kathy for sending me the best .

Best service in Clermont . Always so kind , on time and gets things fixed in a timely manner . I have used Vail since moving to Clermont 11 years ago and they have always done great service would not use anyone else .

Buyer beware! Unfortunately, that are taking advantage of the current situation and over charging for their service. I've used them for years but no more. Charged me over $1000 for a $400 pump and then used all my old parts and then charged me another $500 for a couple of hours of work. I was told I would get a detailed receipt, nope. I was also told that someone would call me, nope. Make sure you ask for a detailed quote before doing anything with them. They will rip you off.

I have used Vail 2 times in the last 5 months. First time was to fix my air conditioner, Jason the tech was excellent. He quoted me 3 prices , one to repair , one to replace the air handler and one to replace the entire unit, I decided to replace the entire unit . They replaced the unit on Friday, and it was a problem free installation, and it was exactly the price Jason said it would be. This morning as I was leaving for work. found a puddle on the floor of my garage. I thought it was the hot water heater leaking. I made arrangements to get off work, called Vail and was told a repairman would be out shortly after lunch, I was pleasantly surprised that it was Jason again. He diagnosed the problem, (leaking pipe) took out the sheet rock and fixed the leak. He could have easily tried to upsell me a new hot water heater but didn't. He kept me appraised of his progress and in less than 2 hours had everything done. I will use Vail for any problems I have in the future. Thank you very much to Jason a stellar employee for Vail.

We used Robert Vail on 2 occasions. Great quick service. Technician knew exactly how to fix the issues and did so quickly. Highly recommend!!!

I honestly think most of these reviews must have been written by the business themselves because my experience was not good at all. 1. I called about a toilet with a slow leak. The woman who answered said """"the guys would be out tomorrow or the next day"""". She never gave a time. So, they ended up coming out the next day, they called and said """"we'll be there in 10 minutes"""". Thankfully I work from home. 2. They get here, I open the front door and see two guys who look homeless and both smell like pot smoke. Seriously, I would have thought they looked like two bums off the side of the road. Then I notice that instead of parking in my driveway or on the street like any normal person would, they literally parked halfway on the sidewalk and halfway in my front yard like a couple of morons. 3. So, they come in the house and I show them the toilet. The leak is extremely slow / minor. Buying a kit to replace ALL the seals should only cost $25 or so. I probably only needed one seal replaced but I figured I should just do all of them. They actually quoted me $190 to do a ten minute job. They even tried to say I needed a new on/off water valve... which was total BS. I called another plumber, he came out and said only one sealed needed to be replaced and only charged me $30.

Vail Plumbing has awesome customer service from the first phone contact all the way to the time that they arrive to when the job is completed. They have repaired water faucets in our showers and replaced and repaired all three water faucets on the outside of our home and most recently replaced our water heater and through each interaction they have always shown and provided the highest of professionalism and for that reason I am writing this review. If anyone is looking for a plumber or an A/C repair company then you really do not need to waste your time looking any further, just call Vail Plumbing and I am sure that you will be glad that you contacted them to have your plumbing or A/C problem resolved.

At least they have very good customer service. I called several only her very polite. I am not a plumbing guy or construction profession. I can not explain well, but only she is very nice to me. I told her I don't know how to explain, she asked me to send picture. I told her you can send a technician to come, if the price is reasonable I will let you do it, if not I will pay to an inspection fee. Any way, she is the best I the whole clermont what I think. Don't go to the rude guy, you didn't get fix but get angrier. Thanks!
