We called because we were having issues with our plumbing backing up and figured it was time to have our septic pumped and inspected. They came out the next day, as scheduled. They were informative and professional. We had them locate and dig, and for the work they did, the price was reasonable. Less than I thought it would be. We will definitely use them in the future.

My kitchen sink was clogged and the water was going nowhere. I tried using a 25 ft auger but it came to a hard stop. They came in and fixed it. Great experience. I highly recommend them.

I like to do my research . I called several companies and received a few bids . I ended up going with USA Septic because I read good reviews and wanted everything permitted on my seepage pit. They also seemed very knowledgeable. I felt really comfortable going with them . They had no issues with my requests and did a clean job in a timely manner . I would recommend them to friends and family .

I hate to admit that we were too long between septic service and called at the suggestion of our plumber. We called late Friday afternoon and they were here at 8 today, Monday. There were challenges encountered and they never wavered and kept working towards a positive outcome. The service techs were awesome and friendly and explained the job in detail and made sure to finish the job with the result being a job done right (really). One of the owners of the company popped in to make sure they were doing a great job and dropped himself in the hole to help them to overcome the challenges they were faced with. Although the job took several hours longer than expected they would not budge on their quoted price, even though I thought they deserved considerably more than I was charged. They restored the property to the way they found it (even my wife's garden art) before leaving. I won't ever hesitate to recommend them enthusiastically.
