I hate to admit that we were too long between septic service and called at the suggestion of our plumber. We called late Friday afternoon and they were here at 8 today, Monday. There were challenges encountered and they never wavered and kept working towards a positive outcome. The service techs were awesome and friendly and explained the job in detail and made sure to finish the job with the result being a job done right (really). One of the owners of the company popped in to make sure they were doing a great job and dropped himself in the hole to help them to overcome the challenges they were faced with. Although the job took several hours longer than expected they would not budge on their quoted price, even though I thought they deserved considerably more than I was charged. They restored the property to the way they found it (even my wife's garden art) before leaving. I won't ever hesitate to recommend them enthusiastically.

This company just replaced a leach pit on my neighbors property. They proceeded to dump excess rock and dirt on my property. During the phone call on the weekend emergency line i was swore at by the guy and he denied my property was affected and said to go ahead and complain to the city. Think the phone conversation says alot about the integrity and quality of this company.

Had USA check our septic on a house for sell and they claimed we needed repairs that could cost up to $8000, we got a second opinion and found out nothing was wrong with our tank. Very dishonest people!
We will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I scheduled my septic tank to be pumped today. I asked if they could do it as early as possible. I was told they would come between 8 and 10 am. Two guys came at about 8:30 to dig out the lids, they left and and said another guy would come to pump it. It's now 1:15pm and still waiting. I was hoping to get it done early in the morning so I would have the afternoon to do other things. Not happy at all

WOW......great job!!!!!!!!
Started to have a sewer back up, I could plunge it to drain the line just couldn't clear it. Called yeasterday at 2:30. They came right out, plumber checked the main line snaked it out. BAM problem solved, how ever we did want the tank pumped out. He checked for the tank lid, found it had the crew come out today to dig it up and pump it out. We figured that the yard would be trashed when finished, the wife is impressed says "" looks better the she figured it would. We now need to move a tree by the clean out, set up something new to mark the clean out, maybe a small fountain or potted plants.
What a awesome job didn't break the bank and everyone is happy. Thank you, everyone that helped get this done. Took a lot of crap off my mind LOL........

Don't trust em. Their crew said the seep pit was bad, and after a second opinion it was found to be just fine. They didn't even did it up, and it would have cost my client $3500 for a new one. This crew should be fired.

Office staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating. I was a pain in the a** and they were really nice about it. Guys that came out were also very pleasant and honest.
