First I want to start by saying , I had an issue with my lateral main line of my home, it was damaged by the work that is being done in the on my street. They completely broke it and never es replaced it. I was in a tight situation. When I was searching for a Plummer to come and fix I called USA Rooter and EMERSON answered and he immediately send someone to my home and went above and beyond to try to fix when they discovered that the damaged was done by the contractor Emerson came and worked with them to fix my issue. Emerson and Alvaro fixed and made the awful situation a great one. I M giving the 5 stars for the great work. Recommend them always

I was searching online for water heater service and repair in Hayward Ca. What came up on my search was USA Rooter and Plumbing. Upon my search, I realized that this company serviced my plumbing last year. So I went ahead and called and spoke to Emerson. He was the same person that serviced my plumbing issues last year. I asked if his company do water heater service. I was happy to hear that USA Rooter And Plumbing do such service and that he does free home estimates. What can I say. This company provide excellent service. Emerson was able to come out and see the water heater and provided an estimate. He suggested that it's really time to replace the unit and that he has the water heater available and that he can provide the service same day. The cost of the water heater, installation and disposal was very reasonably priced. Emerson said he will come back in a couple of hours to get the unit and will replace the water heater. Few moments later, Alvaro arrived and introduced himself that he will be the one to do the job. What can I say about Alvaro? He has great customer service skills. He knows his job very well. Answers our questions and concerns. He is very thorough on his job and his work station is neat. In addition to servicing my water heater, I went ahead and asked if they can do additional service the same day since they are already here as to snake the backed up plumbing. Alvaro went ahead did the additional plumbing service. I highly recommend this company to family and friends. You will not be disappointed. Emerson and Alvaro are such professionals!

Emerson and Jose from USA Rooter And Plumbing were available on the same day that I requested service unlike other East Bay companies that I called. Emerson and Jose were on-time, very friendly, polite, and respectful.

They made the repairs as requested for a gas valve that was leaking at our clothes dryer, and I am very pleased with the tests and the work that they have performed.

Their prices were fair and the same as we discussed over the phone when booking the service call.

I highly recommend them to all Hayward and East Bay residents. They also offer a 24/7 emergency service for our convenience.

Emerson came out the next day and fixed a leaky bathtub faucet. He was courteous, efficient, and on time. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. His rates were VERY reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to contact his crew for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

It all started with a kitchen sink that would not drain. Multiple chemical and plunger attempts lead me to use an appliance company that i had used in the past. Unfortunately , they could not remedy the problem due to the fact that the problem was much deeper in the plumbing. The appliance company referred me to USA R/P. Fortunately they were in the area and were able to come to my place within 1 hr.

I had used the washing machine before they arrived and turned out that the washing machine drain also backed up.

Emerson came out and checked out both my sink and washer drain. Kitchen drain snaked and then my washer drain snake and they also dropped a camera in the drain. Turned out that for one reason or another the pipes had shifted. After placing the camera in drain Emerson showed me were the water all of a sudden leveled out. Drains are supposed to be clear and must sit at an angle for appropriate drainage.

With the use the metal detector and camera they were able to pin point the area to be investigated. Namely my closet.This all happened on a Friday and work was set to go for Monday , Tuesday and finally Wed.

Monday they excavated the pipes in the concrete and it turned out that one of the pipes was not leveled out more vertically as water goes down hill. The second day they determined that a Y joint should also be replaced because it could be a future problem. So done. Hole was covered with cement carpet replaced and the section of the wall in my closet was replaced and spackled. I did not expect any paint job. Least of my worries.

This entire adventure turned out to be an education experience. Emerson explained the entire process of snaking the drains, showing me the problem using the camera (before and after work), showing me the angels of the draining pipes and what was to be repaired and a Y joint preventative repair. Eveyrthing was explained to me several times to make sure i understood. I am more adept of the medical world rather than the plumbing world. And all explanations of the work was appreciated.

They were up front with the cost. Answered all my questions. My texts were answered in a timely manner. And they tired to be as neat as possible. And punctual of their appointments. And most of all THE JOB GOT DONE .
