We are a small company in Hayward. This Monday morning our employees came in and found all 3 bathroom were clogged up. We called and USA Rooter & Plumbing came within 30 minutes. The service person cleared the toilets and clean up his work area. He was nice, polite and did a good job. Thanks to Emerson and her service team!

My main line was clogged somewhere between the kitchen and the bathroom. I called USA around 9:30 pm and they were able to come out within the next few hours. Paul snaked the line and cleared the clog quickly. Paul was very personable, and explained my issue. There was a buildup of grease and hair. He gave me recommendations for improving my drainage. Called many companies after a night of sewage overflow from clogged line. mostly got useless call centers, and pushy ""Must inspect first."" (Underground?) before willing to talk estimate or bid.

4 months later we're at it again. had a plumbing emergency clogged pipes to the main! Paul Castillo came within a reasonable timeframe and gave us the breakdown of what he could do. we chose the best option and he did an amazing job power flushing/washing our pipeline and BAMO the pipes were amazing spotless clean and even ran the camera to show me its 100% clear. these guys are amazing and i will always keep their card handy and refer them anytime

I called them just before the noon on last Thursday. The guy said someone will come, check and estimate at around 1pm. But no one showed up. At 2ish the same guy called me and told the someone will come in 20 min, but no one came. At around 4pm, a guy showed up, looked at my completely clogged bathroom sink, and gave me an estimation of $250. He also mentioned that other drains are fine, he will just insert a snake. Just $250 for that??? I offered $70, and he left. I did the job myself with a $25 snake, and spent about an hour. So, his rate is $250/hour? It felt like they are charging me starting the time I called. These people are not punctual and have no sense of time. Do not hire them.

First I want to start by saying , I had an issue with my lateral main line of my home, it was damaged by the work that is being done in the on my street. They completely broke it and never es replaced it. I was in a tight situation. When I was searching for a Plummer to come and fix I called USA Rooter and EMERSON answered and he immediately send someone to my home and went above and beyond to try to fix when they discovered that the damaged was done by the contractor Emerson came and worked with them to fix my issue. Emerson and Alvaro fixed and made the awful situation a great one. I M giving the 5 stars for the great work. Recommend them always
