Emerson is always a pleasure to work with and very professional. He and Juan both came out for a two person job at my home today. Juan was out initially (yesterday) to evaluate the job and provide an estimate, and is also a pleasure and very professional. They replaced my dinosaur kitchen faucet that was leaking everywhere and not working well at all, and at my request, removed the garbage disposal and connected the pipes to the outgoing drain. In the process of doing the work, they found and repaired a rusted out pipe leading into the wall, which if left unchecked would create a disaster later. They checked thoroughly for leaks, showed me their work and were on their way leaving a very clean workspace. With Emerson and Juan you can count on honest, friendly service and solid work.

Last month had to get plumbing pipes fixed at my parents place. The pipes were causing clog on and off for a year and later camera revealed the pipe had cracked. The cracked pipe was under the city street so it was a big job and needed city permit. Called many diff plumbers in in the area for quote. Ended up hiring Emerson and his team from USA Rooter because they had the cheapest quote.

Very glad I hired them since they finished the job within 2 days. The only problem was the city took longer then expected to grant the permit but other then that everything went smoothly. The job was done right, the service was great and fast. The work place was also left clean too. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them as I would certainly use them again.

Called USA Rooter & Plumbing few times to my house in Hayward (Toilet clogged, water pipe leakage, etc). Every time they came the same day or within few hours. Emerson and crew gave a friendly service and did the job fast & professionally each time at a very reasonable price.

He fix our clogged bathroom but not all the issues I had with our pipes. We lived in our home 20+ years. We know the history and majority of the rebuild my family did. Charge us a lot for whatever he thinks but insisted we do not need any replacement because its still fairly new. But he got the clog done which could be cheaper. We had work done cheaper and solved the issues and replace pipes for about almost the same amount. Go figure.

Water heater sprung a leak and within 1 hour Emerson and his team arrived. Within 2 hours had a new water heater at a fair price. They had great response time, friendly service and was oh so patient, with me as I asked a lot of questions! Emerson and another fellow came within 45 mins of calling. It was an emergency call as our drain had clogged and our ex- plumber didn't return our call.
Emerson went to the crawl space and gave us options on how to fix the problem. Everything was done within 1 hour. I recommend them.

I'm updating my review bc although Emerson did a good job the first time, he stopped picking up/returning our calls or answering text messages when we had a question about plumbing or wanted to ask him about a potential job. He was so professional initially, but now does not seem to be able to respond to our inquiries. Perhaps one of the reasons why is because he picks and chooses what he responds to and doesn't want to waste his time on smaller jobs or jobs that might be too difficult. Fortunately we have been able to find another plumber in the area, but his ghosting us has been pretty disappointing to us.

Emerson to the rescue again! Emerson and his nephew/trainee, Luis, came out to take care of banging water pipes. They needed to add 2x4s as support for pipe straps. This had to be done in my crawlspace that's about 3' tall at its highest point. They did a great job with the pipe straps (tested out turning water on/off, no more clanging). What wasn't expected was my cat jumping into the crawlspace and walking 100 ft to the other end of the house. Luis crawled his way down there and back with my cat. Just the cherry on top of the great service that this company provides. Great service at a great price! Thanks again Emerson!! Tobey says thanks, too, lol. This is an update to my previous review. Based on his previous great work for our HOA, I hired Emerson and his co-worker to do extensive work on my own unit. Many different projects needed to be done due to the age of my home. We had also inherited several problems from the previous owners. The situation was getting to be urgent. Emerson and his co-worker worked for 2 days to accomplish it all. They arrived right on time as we had planned. This was very important as I had to arrange to have the water cut off for several hours to the 1/2 the complex (and had given advance notice to the residents as to the date and time range). This could not be altered. Emerson and his co-worker prioritized all the various projects so the water shut off time was minimalized. They did a fantastic job on all the work. Excellent!
