We had two plumbers come by and try to fix a toilet issue that happened. Both of them couldn't figure out what was going on. In a frantic I started looking on Yelp to try to find a plumber who could help. I came across Emerson and his plumbing company. He was at my house within 45 mins of calling. He used a camera that helped him find the problem. Since it was late he came back the next day with his team ready to fix the issue. Everything was done within 2 days! He and his team were very knowledgeable with everything and fixed everything great. Please don't hesitate to give them a call! If anything ever happens again, we will be giving them a call! We just had Emerson come by to check out our dishwasher that was pouring water out of our air gap. He diagnosed it quickly, took a couple minutes to fix it and we ran load good as new! He was really great to communicate with, took off his shoes upon entering (I really appreciated that!) and was masked up. I went to ask him my balance and he waved it off with a smile. The least I could do was leave an amazing review for quick and efficient work. I will definitely be calling again when we have other plumbing needs!

Saw this company didn't have that much reviews but I noticed majority of the few reviews were saying the service they received was great, so I decided to give it a try. I called the number, they answered and said they could send someone from around 7-8 pm. Ended up not showing up at all. Not even a call to say tht my appointment would be cancelled or anything. I even tried calling them a second time to try and check in but no one responded. Left a voicemail, still haven't gotten any type of response since then. Overall very disappointed with this type of service. My time was wasted with calling.

As first time homeowners, we didn't have any prior experience requiring major plumbing work. But our house was abandoned for almost 30 years, and within a few months of moving in had way too many...shall we say...odorous backups in the basement for the major sewer line between house and city. Our real estate agent referred us to Emerson, who quickly came to diagnose and fix the situation. He was easy to communicate with, either in person or over phone, and handled the job and inspection portion of the project with professionalism. Emerson and his team respected our work space, as we were working at home due to the COVID pandemic, but always kept us informed on each step of the job. Emerson was fast to respond, professional and well priced. We had a few plumbing projects that needed finishing. We called Emerson in the morning, he came by that afternoon to give us a quote and came over the following day to do the work. Within a few hours the pressure regulator was fixed, new toilet installed, and the instahot replaced. We forgot the filter so Emerson went to Home Depot to pick one up. They didn't have the part so he called Lowe's (also out of stock) and gave us the info so we can order. He even took the old parts and boxes. Great and friendly service! We'll be calling Emerson for our next plumbing project!

I strongly recommend this service if you have a Plumbing problem
Reasonable price, quick response, and quick service.
In fact, I had a bad experience with other plumber. Most of plumbing guy usually left all dirty things after repairs and works, but this guy, Emerson cleaned all areas after work. He is best guy ever !
