TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! They were assigned by my warranty company. We have a leaky water heater that needs to be replaced ASAP. "USA" wouldn't bother to call me back ever. I called and texted them a dozen times. They texted me 2 sentences about an estimate after 5pm and then ignored me for another full business day. Finally I went with another company due to their lack of communication. They were only responsive when I sent them 6 one star Yelp reviews confirming their consummate unprofessionalism. Too late! Zero stars! Don't let them waste your time!

USA plumbing is pathetic, never returns calls... have had cold showers for over 2 weeks. No call backs, no shows, no help. Useless, never use these guys even if you warranty company sends them to you, request another company.

Apolo from usa plumbing came to fix an issue and he said he is missing a part and would come a day later. But he is no show after that and like another reviewer said, they havent updated american home shield (AHS) and now AHS doesnt want to help

The serviceman showed up and said he would return after contacting American Home Shield for authorization. We never heard from him again! He never contacted AHS.

There should be a no star for this company. They were contracted by Old Republic Home Protection after the previous provided tried to scam me into almost $1500 worth of additional items needed to replace a water heater. USA plumbing doesn't answer their phone and when they do they say they will call you back and dont, then respond with a "please text us". They came to my property on 8/6 and after many calls, text respond with "sorry we are busy" when asked about what the found. Then I call the warranty company ORHP and they tell me even though USA had a technician at my property they do not have a report? What was this man doing at my property if he has no report. Stay clear of this company.

USA Plumbing was sent by AHS Warranty to diagnose problem with water stoppage behind Refrigerator wall. The technician cut the sheet rock in the wall to get to the pipe but could not detect where the problem is. Then he left the hole in the wall and left. AHS is no good either in this case as I had to call them at least 10 times without any solution to the hole in the wall. I still have a hole in the wall. Very unprofessional (both the plumbing company and AHS warranty). Please hire them at your own peril.

This company was assigned to us through our warranty company and never responded to phone calls or texts when trying to figure out a time for them to come out. They finally responded via text giving us a time window and then no-showed and never returned our call to find out why they didn't have a plumber show up. Unacceptable business practices, especially when dealing with an active leak.

I had usa plumbing come to my house to clean the bathtub clog and they quote 2100 choice home warranty denied the claim usa plumbing are thieves scammers I did the job for 50.00 in pvc parts do not hire this thieves they are real thievers they will steal u money don't hire this scammers

Completely unresponsive and a no show after waiting a week for an appointment. Use someone else and save the hassle. I wouldn't let these guys touch my house even if they showed up now because they can't even handle the simplest things.

I don't do Yelp reviews but i was compelled to leave this feedback:

USA Plumbing is not a trustworthy company. I would give zero stars if it were an option. USA Plumbing was assigned to us through American Home Shield to diagnose/replace a broken water heater that was leaking in our garage.

USA Plumbing ended up being a no-show on the Saturday they had scheduled to come and install our new water heater. No warning from the plumber, no attempt to reschedule and no follow up to my multiple calls and text messages for updates/help because, guess what? Their office is closed on Saturdays and they don't offer an after-hours/emergency phone line and don't provide a number for the after-hours plumber, which is EXTREMELY irresponsible. Especially if they're going to be scheduling after-hours appointments.

I ended up talking to a few representatives with American Home Shield to get in contact with USA Plumbing and their best solution was to call the same office number i had tried multiple times. Next step? "Guess you need to wait until Monday"

My family and i had been without hot water for days and USA Plumbing's no-show on Saturday meant we'd have to wait at least another 24 hours to even talk to someone about what happened and hope that we could get back on the schedule.

Needless to say, we moved on to a different company of our choosing that was able to get out to our house within 24 hours on a weekend and install a new water heater. We ended up paying out of pocket for this but it was well worth it.

I will not trust USA Plumbing to step foot in my house again.
