This company came yesterday to fix my water heater, the plumber was really professional he explained to me what was wrong with the water heater before he repaired it. I don't have any complaints my water is working properly now, I'm so happy I have hot water now.

Responding to the water heater earlier review, I am the wife that had to endure your employee shortness. I NEVER demanded a new water heater unit. As a matter of fact I told him many times that he was the expert and it was his decision. I did mentioned issues with the water heater that we noticed prior the water heater flooding our home. I also told him the water had not been present the day before and the water damage workers told him that as well. That's when he became upset and rude. The good news is there were others workers present which I would gladly share their company's phone number so you can get the real story. Feel free to contact my personal number.

USA Plumbing came to my home as we had a leaking water heater. He found a new leak in the pipe and was adamant that this was the problem. My wife tried to explain that the leak was not there the day before when our home was flooded. She suggested he fix the leak but that the water heater was the cause of the problem

Rather than fix the pipe and the start to diagnose the water heater he cancelled the call and refused to fix the problem so we are now without water and waiting on another plumber.

I strongly suggest you avoid this company unless you want your wife to be insulted and have them leave without fixing the problem.

Wow! Hector came out in less than the time he said he would, which is not given in this business. He showed up and replaced all of our outside water faucets within 30min! Great plumber. I called him out to unclog my drain. Initially he said he probably wouldn't have time that day to come out, but later said he could make time. He came out in a few hours and unclogged the drain. I told them this was the third time it happened in the last 6 months. He brought his camera and ran it through the drain, without any additional cost. Pretty much every company I checked with had a $50-$100 fee for the camera. They found that a neighbor's tree root was causing the problem. They gave me recommendations without being pushy. I'll be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

My home warranty company recently assigned me USA Plumbing and I couldn't be happier. I am extremely happy with their service. Their tech was friendly, very helpful and quick to resolve my issue. He arrived about 15 minutes after the expected arrival window, so that's the only reason I am giving them 4 stars, otherwise, their service and attention is 5 stars. A highlight is their office contact, Ana, is great to work with. She is easy to get a hold of, friendly, and helpful with all my questions and when I needed to reschedule. I would definitely use them again!

Trustworthy plumbing company - finally! I was skeptical because of previous reviews but I trusted that AHS did their job screening companies for me. Apolo the plumber was prompt, efficient and honest. He texted that he was on his way. He arrived within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and resolved it within 15 minutes. So, I began to write him a check for the service but he said that I had already paid! Thanks USA plumbing. I will absolutely use them again.

My electric water heater went out and I contacted my home warranty insurance company, American Home Shield. They dispatched USA Plumbing to my residence. The plumber looked at my water heater and stated that he could not repair it, because of several reasons, the electric water heater was not installed properly (pressure relief valve was not connected), and there was a leak around the pipes on top of the water heater. He stated that there was no drain line for the pressure relief valve and that he didn't understand why the water heater did not have one. He recommended I get a cash out and repair it myself. Also, the unit was 19 inches in diameter and the door was an 18 inch door. I went on line and found a replacement heater (19 inch) and asked about installation and he stated he still couldn't touch it. After he called his boss, he said that they could relocate the water heater to the garage for $2,500 not including the cost of the water heater, with AHS paying additionally for the heater. I hired a contractor to remove the door and door jam and the water heater was removed, exposing a drain life for the pressure relief valve. Use caution, when using this company, especially if the work is covered by a home warranty insurance. By the way, I installed the new water heater, to code, in 30 minutes and the contractor replaced the door with a new one. If USA Plumbing had pulled the old unit out, they could have replaced it with a new, which would meet plumbing codes. I think they just wanted to make more money.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They left an absolute mess in my yard and refuse to take any responsibility for it. If your warranty company picks them, refuse and demand someone else, You'll be glad you did.
