Not responsive
Told me they would call in my diagnosis and when I called to follow up said "whoops I forgot"
Ignores texts, and emails, did an estimate with my home warranty company, and then disappeared.

This is the second time Apolo has come for a plumbing issue- the first time we were impressed with the price, friendly, professionalism and value. This time we needed 2 new hot water heaters before our xo play was arriving in 2 days. They did it! They were careful, thorough, friendly and clean! I will totally use then again! Best of all their price was unbeatable!

Apolo came out as USA Plumbing was dispatched for what we thought was a leak in our main water line. After assessing, he saw that it was simply a loose fixture which he fixed with a quick turn of a wrench.. However that's where things got shady. He then proceeded to tell me that he "could have" reported in and had me believe it was a major leak that would cost around $700, but he's "not that kind of plumber". He then suggested that I find as much cash as I could pay them to not report it in and risk a higher charge - pressing me for at least $100. It all started to feel extremely intimidating, and as I had my infant inside, I wanted to just have them leave. I ended up giving them $40, but then after they left I then saw they had still submitted the claim to AHS for a $700 "pipe replacement". Thankfully I called AHS so they removed that and they even offered to refund the $40 to me. Hopefully they will reconsider sending them out to anyone else to avoid such a negative experience. Be VERY careful using anyone from this business.

Typical AHS nightmare, which I consider to be par for the course. House was backing up in different areas and the plumber they sent decided to reclassify my request to AHS as a "leak". Turns out this was not accurate. AHS agreed to do a re-call (meaning they send them out again) with permission to repair. Well, the second time they correctly reclassified it back to what I said it was in the beginning (stoppage). Only problem is they can't fix it because they received AHS approval to fix a leak (which I never had). Then they said they need to check out the sewer line for which they wanted $475 to remove the toilet, because we supposedly don't have clean-out. We do have a clean-out, but they didn't look very hard, I supposed.
I would not only avoid this company, but also AHS. I would appear the providers wiling to work with are desperate for business. And when AHS does send someone out, they are either unethical or incompetent.

It's been a week and they haven't responded or bothered to submit any info to our warranty company on the broken water heater they were called out to fix. We are fighting AHS to get a new contractor so we can hopefully have how water again. Believe the reviews- this place is terrible.

Put in a work order via American Home Sheild (AHS) on Friday AM, assigned USA Plumbing, texted on Friday early afternoon, and received a callback EOD Friday. Pleasantly surprised I could get an appointment for Monday.

Apollo called on Monday and asked if he could come earlier than the planned service window. He arrived 20 minutes later, replaced my leaking 15-year-old garbage disposal, and was out in 18 minutes flat.

Apollo was super polite, communicative, professional and 100% knew his stuff. Best experience I've ever had with an AHS-assigned professional.

Keep up the great work.

Total scam. Through my home warranty, I had USA Plumbing come out to diagnose 3 issues at my house.

The technician was rude, dismissive, and actually tried to walk out the door after only looking at 1 of the issues. It was clear he had no interest in doing the work. For the 1 issue he actually looked at, he just told me to fix it myself. For the other 2, he claimed he needed to write up a diagnostic and they would come back later for next steps. This never occurred and I still do not know what the problem is.

USA Plumbing then dodged 20+ follow up emails, texts, and phone calls from both me and the warranty company. On the off chance I did get an admin to pick up the phone, I got the same answer. She's reached out to the technician and is awaiting a response.

Fast forward 2 months later and my request was closed due to too much time passing. I got stuck with the bill for a diagnostic, got nothing fixed, and didn't even actually receive a diagnosis. 5+ hours wasted on this scam business

Totally unprofessional company, avoid at all costs. AHS assigned them to us for service. They show up, take your money and say they will get back to you after getting authorization from AHS. That does not happen. Finally, when you call the company to inquire, regarding the work, you only get the phone answering service. The female voice clearly states they will get back to you, but that does not happen. If you hear their name mentioned for service, run, run very fast.

USA plumbing came out to inspect a leaky faucet. Apolo gave me a text heads up that he was on the way so I could plan around my work meeting. AHS does not cover outside faucets turns out. I missed the fine print on that one, but he gave me some easy step-by-step instructions on how to fix it. Apolo was professional and helpful. I did pay the service fee through AHS, which wasn't ideal, but at the end of the day, I have a solution that worked and no more leaking faucet.
