Apolo was timely, professional, easy to talk to, and thorough. He fixed a leak in less than 5min. We were strapped for cash and he gave some solid DIY advice on another leaking issue. This was very much appreciated and a great way to establish more business.

So grateful that he came quickly. I had a plumbing clog at 8 pm and the garbage disposal quit working. I failed to unclog, drained out a bucket of water, opened a ticket with my home warranty company and went to bed. First thing in the morning I got a call from USA and we set up a time, the plumber was here just after 10 am to remove the clog and replace the garbage disposal. It was a good thing he arrived so fast since I didn't notice the water from the sink had drained into the cabinet during the night. I could not be happier with USA Plumbing's service.

We were assigned them through our home warranty company. The whole process was excellent! From the booking process which was easy, friendly and flexible to the guys who came to do the work. Apolo came to the house 3 times. The first time to evaluate what was wrong, he was very punctual and polite and he tried to fix our water heater but came to learn it needed replaced. The second time he and another guy came back to install the water heater and take the old one away. Again very punctual and polite and worked quickly. The install did not take very long at all. Then about a week later I noticed the water pressure seemed a little low, Apolo came back and it was just sediment from the old heater in the faucet, he fixed it within a few minutes. I really appreciate that they sent the same person all 3 times and how efficient he was! I would use them again even if paying out of pocket myself.

This company came yesterday to fix my water heater, the plumber was really professional he explained to me what was wrong with the water heater before he repaired it. I don't have any complaints my water is working properly now, I'm so happy I have hot water now.

Responding to the water heater earlier review, I am the wife that had to endure your employee shortness. I NEVER demanded a new water heater unit. As a matter of fact I told him many times that he was the expert and it was his decision. I did mentioned issues with the water heater that we noticed prior the water heater flooding our home. I also told him the water had not been present the day before and the water damage workers told him that as well. That's when he became upset and rude. The good news is there were others workers present which I would gladly share their company's phone number so you can get the real story. Feel free to contact my personal number.

USA Plumbing came to my home as we had a leaking water heater. He found a new leak in the pipe and was adamant that this was the problem. My wife tried to explain that the leak was not there the day before when our home was flooded. She suggested he fix the leak but that the water heater was the cause of the problem

Rather than fix the pipe and the start to diagnose the water heater he cancelled the call and refused to fix the problem so we are now without water and waiting on another plumber.

I strongly suggest you avoid this company unless you want your wife to be insulted and have them leave without fixing the problem.

Wow! Hector came out in less than the time he said he would, which is not given in this business. He showed up and replaced all of our outside water faucets within 30min! Great plumber. I called him out to unclog my drain. Initially he said he probably wouldn't have time that day to come out, but later said he could make time. He came out in a few hours and unclogged the drain. I told them this was the third time it happened in the last 6 months. He brought his camera and ran it through the drain, without any additional cost. Pretty much every company I checked with had a $50-$100 fee for the camera. They found that a neighbor's tree root was causing the problem. They gave me recommendations without being pushy. I'll be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

My home warranty company recently assigned me USA Plumbing and I couldn't be happier. I am extremely happy with their service. Their tech was friendly, very helpful and quick to resolve my issue. He arrived about 15 minutes after the expected arrival window, so that's the only reason I am giving them 4 stars, otherwise, their service and attention is 5 stars. A highlight is their office contact, Ana, is great to work with. She is easy to get a hold of, friendly, and helpful with all my questions and when I needed to reschedule. I would definitely use them again!

Trustworthy plumbing company - finally! I was skeptical because of previous reviews but I trusted that AHS did their job screening companies for me. Apolo the plumber was prompt, efficient and honest. He texted that he was on his way. He arrived within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and resolved it within 15 minutes. So, I began to write him a check for the service but he said that I had already paid! Thanks USA plumbing. I will absolutely use them again.
