EBMUD alerted me that my water use is quadrupled (?!?) this past few months...and after being told to wait for a few months by another leak detection team I looked up other options and found USA Leak Detector. Khalil and David were super helpful and thorough. I really appreciated their time and effort and the detailed report that Khalil wrote for EBMUD. I'll use them again and recommend them highly.

Incompetent and Unprofessional.
They sent a crew over on a Thursday that had no idea where the problem was coming from. Told me they would send a more experienced crew on Friday, never came, I finally called about my appt for Friday, they said they forgot and would book me for Saturday at 10. Nobody showed up on Saturday and nobody called.
I waited around for 3 days for these guys with the concern of water damage.
Again, incompetent and unprofessional.

after long i finally had their crew come to detect the problem, which they did and I am happy with that, but they wont tell how much it will cost to fix the leak. I have been asking them to send me an email or just message and i don't get any response at all for days and days. I still dont have any.

I recommend this company for leak detection! Shane and Khalid came out and honestly it took about 20 mins for them to detect where our leak was coming from. Also, they were very friendly and patient with explaining everything twice to me, because it takes me a few explanations to actually understand everything. Lol Thank you, USA Leak Detectors!

USA leak detector gave me a good quote for under pavers gas pipe leak detection and did the job promptly. They then replaced the under pavers gas pipe with a fair price. Their people worked hard and professionally.

We had no water due to a large leak in main water line to the house. They came out the next morning, found leak and repaired cracked coupler buried deep in ground. They are great people to work with. USA is the way to go for leak detection. Shane handled my initial phone call. He is a great communicator and said a tech would be out the next day. Khalid the technician arrived right on time. He is also a great communicator and was upbeat, despite a difficult and challenging project of a steep, 1000 ft long water line with no surface symptoms. After listening to my history on the problem, he explained his plan to diagnose it. With about 20 minutes he located the leak! I greatly appreciate both Shane and Khalid. This is a competent crew! Highly recommend and they will be my go to, should I run into problems again. Thank you!

Sean and Guillermo took good care of us. Sunday There was water running into the street from the main line man-hole. Sean arrived 30 minutes after calling and located the leak. Guillermo came by 11 and completed the work. The repairs were neat and the site left tidy,
